Release a new console that's similar to the current one while the current one is still selling very well... It worked for the Wii so why wouldn't it work on switch?

I think their reason for these changes is because their biggest market is the Asian countries who are doing fairly well at knocking back COVID19

I can't see the DLC being on the physical cartridge, this is most likely the game with a code on a piece of paper in the box

Base were always known for selling games a little cheaper than other retailers, this could be why Nintendo don't want to supply them as they want to be seen as a "Premium" product

Im actually intrigued to see how this can/will be implemented... The way the switch is designed if you have multiple accounts each with their own saves

If the next gen Nintendo console is simply a ~€100 docking station that provides extra ram and processing power to the current model (obviously it would only for playing on TV) then I can see a lot of gamers getting behind that

I've tried stadia and have to say that with cloud gaming coming in I think the idea of a new console for ~€300-400 is not going to survive... Nintendo should stand back and let Sony and Microsoft find that out for them I think

€30 is cheaper than a new game and rather than starting your story all over again you get to carry your current save data over into new story's

On the other hand the game is notably much smaller than many other first party switch games in the first place

Assassin's creed Odyssey is region locked on switch... From that perspective alone cloud gaming can rightly piss off on a Nintendo based console

Stradia works nice and smoothly off my home broadband connection and no region locking, long may that continue
