It's very obvious that Asobi devs are fans of Nintendo and there !s nothing wrong with that. It's almost a love letter to Ninty! And one of the reasons why I love Astro Bot so much! Not playing it, is missing out (if you enjoy Mario platformers and have a PS5). The game is magic!

$500 seems a bit steep for casual gamers. Hardcore gamers won't mind to pay that amount if it has the same functions like the OG Switch.

Yeah, those GameCube titles were something else. I did like Banana Mania (good price nowadays) too so I'll pick this one up!

Hope Sociable Soccer 24 is something good on the gameplay front. Back in the day, I played so many football games on Commodore. Kick Off, Sensible Soccer, International soccer, ... not good today but man, had I fun with a lot of them. PES needs to come back like it used to be. I long preferred it above Fifa games. Also, what happened to UFL?
I hope SS doesn't only try to get players who have nostalgic feels but gives something more like a Mario Strikers or Captain Tsubasa.

Bought it since I loved the first one so much & even bought it on several platforms (first time doing this). It is -30% but that EPIC stuff is so not cool!

That's why it will be difficult to sell a lot of games on the new Ninty console, which is obvious ofc (but probably a reason cross-gen will exist). Understandable, they want to keep this generation as long as possible. Don't think they will beat the DS (154M) or PS2 (155M) sales though (but who knows)
I really want a new compatible system (I bet the old one will stick around for a lot more years), but their games/IP are just awesome imo. That 55 million sale is mind-boggling to me (I bought the MK8 DLC too & have 6 of the 10 games). Nintendo is doing something right & Pikmin 4 is awesome!
I remember Animal Crossing went fast during Covid, even non-gaming friends went for a Switch with that game.

GCN had a lot of good games with RE4, ED, MP, SWRL, ... etc but I personally want a new Wave Racer!

This direct was overall fire but so many remasters. And not a MP collection was disappointing because that means they will milk 1, 2 & 3 sadly (since I already own the OG ones I will skip now, was on board for a collection). Pikmin 4 is my fave!

Updates are always a plus. Double dipped this one because I wanted this one on the go. Big Mizuguchi fan!

After seeing the DF vid, maybe on a ready for performance platform. Reviews are subjective but keeping it a 10/10 with those performance issues? Might as wel replaying my 360 version if I want to.

Wow, a lot of VA's in here. Just reading some lines? It's an art/craft! Voices are pretty important in experiencing a game. She is a part of the Bayonetta succes. Meaning, if a game sells well the VA should be paid accordingly (profits in VA region). Don't know if boycoting the game is a solution either but $4000 (not even a tiny amount of royalties) doesn't scream a lot of regard/respect for her work.

I wonder how many people are collecting these 🤔🙂

Wow, that's low. Kena PS4 was about 8GB and the PS5 version about 17GB. Maybe it's a short game? Or they have good data fragmentation in place.

Master Chief because MS let Rare games going to Ninty as part of a deal? If not, I wonder why MS did this, except it will bring money to their war chest of course but good there be something for us gamers or is it just about the money?

@Paulo Yes, and I love it like the previous one but I seldom pre order game and decided to pre order 3 at once when drunk Super Monkey Ball, Wario Ware Inc September 10, 2021 & Metroid Dread for NS. But if it's less than expected I will cancel because I have so many games on my list, also on other platforms. Played the demo but I wish they gave something more.
Also Cruis'n Blast for Switch is on my radar September 14, 2021

Bought it day one on PS4 & playing it again on Game Pass + free update is a service. Only pay for amazing DLC. Paying for an upgrade is always a pass & probably a future pass when they release a new game (my overall rule from now on)
Day one supporters pay the most & have mostly some bugs to take in account. The longer you wait, the cheaper & better the game is. Wreckfest is the best example for me, so I'll pass a next one & maybe miss out unless I can get it super cheap. I'll be very pick for buying a next battle pass, season pass, ... I remember day one buyers of Super Hot were rewarded and that's always a nice surprise!
This game was worth it's price because I liked the overall presentation.

I had a lot of pixel artifacts in Survival and first, I thought it was part of the mode, but by the second or third level in it was in the whole image so I couldn't see anything of the characters and such. Very Strange.

Hoped it was solved after the weekend but it seems to be a very complicated issue. So strange ...
