As per usual Japan gets the better ones.

I was saw the size of the cast as a detriment not a quality.
There are so many characters and you barely get to know any of them and gameplay wise a lot of them play exactly the same.

I think the asking price is a ripoff, but if they put Ogre Battle 64 it would become very tempting.

@Royalblues While I do agree with your opinion, I think the main reason people reacted to your comment negatively is because you told people to grow up simply because they don't think the same way you do. Of course some overreacted and attacked you personally, but you did provoke a little bit.

I donated some money to Ukrainian charities that help the victims of war and there are quite a few that you can donate to and help them.

The western governments are not willing to help, but let's show them that the western people are with Ukraine.

It offers a pathetic amount of content when compared to Game Pass. So definitely Nintendo is learning the benefits. They offer almost nothing and get loads of cash!!!

I love this game, but to give it a 10 is a bit of nostalgia glasses wearing in my opinion.

It's incredibly unique and a piece of history in gaming, but at the same time has some big pacing issues, inventory management is awful and it has some weird difficulty spikes.

Strip the game of its charm and check its core mechanics and you'll see that it's an interesting but flawed RPG.

I'm 100% sure it's gonna be cloud based bullcrap.

Look, generally I'm all for fan projects. But he made a shooter out of Pokémon which is primarily targeted at children. In this case not only they have the copyright but also it affects their licence negatively.

@blindsquarel I do know what it is. As I said before these companies have competitors but they are so weak that it's irrelevant. Microsoft doesn't need to buy out its rivals, just weaken then enough so it won't officially be a monopoly.

But it's clear to see we're never going to agree on this.

All of them have competitors, but they are so weak that it's irrelevant.

The future definitely doesn't look as dark comparing to the possibilities you presented, but one other thing to think about is that Microsoft makes the game pass model so accessible because they want to defeat the competition. If they do win the console war and become a monopoly, what's stopping them from hiking prices or creating "tiers" with access to different games according to how much you pay, thus creating another class division?

Unfortunately I think it's something very human to try to divide themselves into groups of haves and have-nots.

Microsoft buying all these companies is net negative for the video game Industry. Imagina a future where you get all your games through game pass, don't own anything and Microsoft has complete control of the market?

That would be the darkest timeline.

Focusing on the Kinect instead of quality 1st and 3rd party games I'd what made the PS3 outsell the Xbox 360 by the end of the generation. They should've have focused on what they were good at instead of aping Nintendo.

That's PR talk. The moment they see the profits lowering on the Switch they're gonna launch another console. I don't think it is farfetched to say that they're already in the early development stages of the Switch's successor.
