@mist I myself will never get tired of retro graphics, grow up with them and love them, like tacos. I will never get tired of tacos, I will eat tacos til the day I die, maybe a taco will be the cause of my death... A good death indeed.
OK, really liked the trailer... Need more hours in my day with so many good games coming out lately. It's hard having a girlfriend, working and been a gamer this days.
Hyper light drifter is one of the best games I've ever play period. Swords of ditto seems like a perfect indie version of Link to the past but with various playthoughs each with different gimmicks and higher difficulty (can't recommend it enough for those who liked Link to the past.)
Bloodstained now, my friend pedro when it gets on sale. I'm thinking of getting bloodstained on my ps4, cause... Too many games con my switch that my ps4 pro is gathering dust (although sekiro & nioh are on my backlog)..... Oh, Gamers problems this days.
Would prefer for it to be an anime movie. My main concern is... Please keep the games like they are. Games prior to there Hollywood movie start going downhill making them with a more casual approach.
I can't wait to play this, first I need to finish swords of ditto (having a blast with it, currently in the 5th era). Bloostain Curse of the moon was great, I can't wait to play this.
Oh, and.... Hollow knight > shovel knight, really can replay both for years and years to come
PreOrdered Cuphead & Katana Zero. Considering Steamworld game (never played any but I'm interested). Mortal kombat maybe (but for ps4). Having love gunman clive really considering Mechstermination Force.
Last year was a gamers heaven, looks like this will be the same.
Nintendo is doing things extraordinary this couple of years. Sony "coping" is a way to try to make things better. The gamers are the real winners here. Competition makes them both push themselves harder, and that's always good.
Haven't play blaster master zero, but seen the second one coming out made me think of why the hell I never played the first one. Indies backlog is growing and I'm loving it
Really loving this indie era. Love the variety, the prices, and the amount of games releasing. I think only the pine game didn't interest me at all, other than that almost every game I saw is a potential buy.
Already pre-order it, but first need to finish Tales game, and then choose which to play first: dragon marked for death or wargroove. Loving this switch times
Really loving indie games, last year 80% of my game where indies. Definitely specting this again for this year. Hopefully great new games will be announced and will be released soon.
Just bought the Tales game, but definitely buying Travis Strikes Again, maybe even playing it first. And well, Gunman Clive is super cheap, so... Maybe getting it.
Travis strikes again definitely, NSMBUDeluxe most likely and... Tales of Vesperia has a high probability, but might read some reviews to convince myself.
First year in medicine school I really didn't had any friends; all I did was studied, gaming and anime. On my second year, during class, I saw the guy at my right reading something of smash bros on wii (which I just had purchased) and started talking to him about that, the guy on my left starting saying he wanted to play too, and in 2 hour (I really don't know how) there were 4 guys in my house playing smash with me. And that happened almost everyday since. In between classes was always smash time. Studying for an exam we always unite and had a rule (2 hours of study for 1 hour of smash), when someone broke up or had family issues we got together and smash was our therapy.
And now a day... All married one divorce, some with kids some with dogs. We are a OB/GYN, a Otorhinolaryngologist, a Radiologist, a Psychiatrist, and I'm a Anesthesiologist. We now get together to smash at birthdays, holidays, after or before surgery/appointments or when our girls are at work. They are my best friends and my life partners... And all thanks to a game that has unite us.
And thats why smash bros will always have a special place in my heart, and will be the greatest game ever made.
Christmas smash bros is actually the best part of my Christmas. But I should return to Diablo, Dead Cells or downloading the messenger. But maaaan I just can't close smash bros, there's always one last fight and another one and another one....
I always go for digital, unless game I know my close friends like and I can share them once I finish them. I love indie games, grow up with pixels so my game library has like 80% downloaded pixelated games. Which my wife always says... Why have a 4k TV when you are always playing with pixels? Cause me love some huge 4k pixels
Ok, I don't really like DLC before a game is released. I really don't. But... Guys lets be realistic ok?? Gamming is a business, remember that please. They want money, cause... We all need money, we all like money, money is needed to make more games, more money is what developers (and all of us) want. Soooo, yes gaming is a business and are using different strategies to make more money. Is it ok? O is it not ok?.... Is business. So, if you can and want support by buying, if you don't want... Don't. But please be realistic.
@Mr_Pepperami I never said it's ok. I said the review or reviewer doesn't have to thrash a game for that, he/she must make you aware of the fact that the publisher wants more money from you (which is done in this review) and also talk about the other aspects of the game. I saying it's up you you/us to gave that money to this type of games. But the one that deserves to be thrash is the publisher not the review/site. I never have said MXT are a good thing, I saying its a choice, if you dont like them, dont buy this game or dont buy the MXT. Its a new type of option. If MXT exist is because people buy them (clearly they dont go into this site) so let them buy them, and let a reviewer/site give his/her opinion of the review as a whole he clearly didnt decide to put the MXT in this game.
@JaxonH exactly. If you don't like MXT, don't buy them, if you don't what a game for just one aspect, then don't buy it. But don't trash a review just cause it doesn't share exactly your personal opinion. The review is of the game as a whole. The gameplay is good but has MXT or grind, the game has its goods and bads. Don' t trash a review or a site just cause it doesn't share u your personal score of a game.
Grinding is part of so many games, and thats fine. I wonder if people would hate a rpg if you could pay to level up? I mean, you could just grind... But if you have the option to pay it's wrong?... I mean its just an OPTION, you can just... Not pay and grind. The gameplay is good so, I think thats the must important thing at the end. If you like the gameplay then grinding is not so bad right?
Finally finishing Hollow Knight, then proceeding the god master DLC. After beating it got Guacamelee 2 then Dragon Quest XI on my backlog. Thinking of fitting Hyper Light Drifter in there... But I don't know yet.
