7/10 for a 50 bucks game with that bad performance? You should rethink your ratings honestly. If I had no idea about gaming and I would rely on your review, I might throw money out of the window.

But why...? Who wants a 15 year old game that relies on performance on a handheld that's not made for performance? And for that price?

Man, I get that Let's Go Series is special for some people who want no challenge in games, but I'd rather have D/P/P remakes...

Dude, stop defending Gamefreak. Parents don't care for that *****. If a 9-year old chooses to pick up the wrong game and let the parents only see the buy-button, it's pretty easy to make a mistake. Just make one DLC. Greedy company.

Gamefreak is the main one to blame here. They're absolutely greedy and lazy.

And even though it's not that hard to buy the right dlc, I can totally see that people misclick and accidentally buy the wrong one for themselves or for their kids. Especially parents who don't have any idea.

I can't see why not. I own around 40 digital games and 2 cartridges (Zelda as my first game and Yugioh since it had a release discount.)

Can't wait tbh. A good executed Pokemon-like with a challenging difficulty could definitely fill in a gap at the moment. People love the gameplay of Pokemon, but Gamefreak doesn't give a crap about its core fan base and dumbed the gameplay down as much as possible. I don't really care about the design.

And I'm gonna pass on this one. I watched 1 hour of gameplay and it's way too easy and one dimensional.

This game seriously needs some bug fixing patches. I play it atm on PS4 and sometimes the character won't react to my inputs or will react to it with delay. Or the game crushes while starting the game. This is really frustrating.

Nintendo Switch isn't a groundbreaking concept either. It's just a combination of 2 things Nintendo always did well. Also Sony and Microsoft have the superior online services by far. I like both sides and I see the problems on both sides as well.

The fact that rental teams are allowed, already kinda ruined competitive play for me. This is just the icing on the cake.

I was looking for similiar gaming experience as in Steam World Dig 2 and this game came to my mind. Unfortunately it wasn't my cup of tea. The progress is way too slow. Even in a small world.

Not gonna lie, Steam World Dig 2 was absolutely fantastic. Unfortunately it was way too short.

Wow. That would be absolute lazy game developing. And no, I wouldn't buy the game because it would lead to more future titles.

Definitely try that out, if I got the time. Gamefreak does need some competition. They're really lacking effort.

I love how some people talk about: " Don't wanna spend my money for a PS4/Xbox One", when in reality, they spend more money for graphically worse versions on a switch. You don't save as much as you think. Witcher on ps4 is currently für 10€/(idk about $) and 40€ on the Switch. Do that move 5 times and you almost have a PS4.
And I honestly can't understand how people have fun with playing shooter or 3rd person combat (like DS or Witcher) games in handheld mode. My fingers are hurting after 10 minutes.

I bought the Switch for Nintendo and Indie-Games. There may be games like Diablo or Darksiders (Genesis) who suit the Switch plattform, but most AAA games are overpriced or look terrible.

I don't care what anyone says. This game feels like Sun and Moon with a cut Pokedex and an even less challenging story mode. I mean... why do I have to use the lame exp. share? Why am I not able to turn it off? This is so lazy. The animations are obviously 100% from S/M. The game looks good enough for me, but there's gotta be more potential. Luckily I enjoy the online matches too much, so I still will have fun, but I get every casual gamer who complains.

Am I the only one who will play the game tonight and probably enjoy it? The concept is just too good.

Nice changes. Maybe add something for Hidden Power as well? You still have to breed for IVs though or did I miss something?

Good changes, but one thing's still missing (or maybe it's possible and I'm dumb). I would love to have a button where you can see the opponents combat radius where you don't have to hold it. I know first world problems, but it's more convenient I think and Advance Wars or Fire Emblem always have it as well.

Why does almost every Switch game on this site gets an 8/10? 8/10 is a very very good score and I doubt that the majority of Switch games are that good.

But please start to release some good games. 2017 was good, but this year was very spare.
