@Heavyarms55 i disagree. Ps5 will very likely be a much more powerful ps4 pro with new techs (rtx? Maybe) but ps4 and ps3 was a very different story. The base structure of this gen consoles are very similar to PC which solves alot of headache for devs about compatibility. While ps3 and pc is very different structural ly.
@JHDK it performs okay considering how it runs on my laptop (i7 7700hq, gtx1050 on medium-low at 900p) and still struggles to maintain 24-25fps when cities get big
@KryptoniteKrunch they just dont want to risk a port, Capcom is the one that persuade Nintendo to increase the RAM in Switch to 4GB to be compatible with the RE7's engine (intially it was 2gb, wtf?)
@Geeks4Life if switch is having a strong 3rd year and switch+/new switch/switch pro announced, they will buy Panic Button, that is how capitalism works.
I've just played Wolfenstein II on Switch, it makes every arguments about Switch's too weak for modern gen games are trashtalks.
Sure the Switch has less raw power than an PS4, but it supports EVERY CURRENT GEN GRAPHICAL TECHS (OpenGL, DirectX...) that makes it able to run EVERY current gen games with reasonable compromises made. And that's what every Switch owners want: reasonably scaled-down versions of games that they can play on the go.
I bought Wolfenstein II on Switch and turns out I could be able to finish it while I let it sits in my PS4 for ages unfinished.
As much as I love Nintendo, I'm concerned about the NS future would very likely be the same as previous consoles: lack of 3rd party support. To be honest, I had high hope of playing decent AAA games on the NS in the beginning, although Nin has been trying to get more support from 3rd party but it seems that they are losing interests in the console: Bethesda has no plan for it after Wolfenstein 2, EA still keeps its half-assed FIFA for another year, no other games, Ubisoft is still very reluctant to release any major IP on Switch, From Software Dark Souls RM is still nowhere to be seen although everybody else is finished with it... All we have for now is a bunch of very old games (Titanquest, really?) And buttload of indie craps.
@Regpuppy sport games is far different from other kinds of games. It relates to real life things that changes frequently and producers have to pay yearly money to keep up with. Unless you want a football game with no real players, leagues and teams then one game in a few years is fine.

I got RE4,5,6,7,0,1 on Steam last time they went on sale, costs me 20$ for ALL OF THEM. Lol
Re: Review: RollerCoaster Tycoon 3: Complete Edition - A Ride That Switch Players Should Consider Jumping Aboard

Re: Reggie: Nintendo Would "Love" Red Dead Redemption 2 On Switch
If Nintendo fund the whole porting job then why not? Just hire Panic Button to do it and we'll get the game in a year or so.
Re: Huawei Is Launching A New Gaming Phone To Rival The Switch, And It Costs Over $1,000
Compairing phone SoC to Tegra X1 is stupid. None has a full pledge featured GPU like Tegra.

They should have included 1000 SNES games
Re: Rumour: Video Shows Leaked Harry Potter Open-World RPG For Consoles

Re: The Messenger
@LordVal it's not apple and pear, it's real value and price. A donut, for example, no matter how good it is, pricing it 1/3 of a pizza is ridiculous.
Re: The Messenger
@LordVal i got The Witcher 3 for 40$ at launch, so you're telling me this game worths equal to TW3? Or even half as worth? I dont think so.
Re: Square Enix Announces Final Fantasy XV Pocket Edition HD For Nintendo Switch

@Highlar wait. they won't update old FIFA games squads and online is just dead because nobody plays.
Re: Video: Check Out FIFA 19 Running On Switch In Handheld Mode
@Francema me too, no Frosbite no buy. They're just being greedy milking old games. This looks like a FIFA 16.5 on PS4
