The Japanese sales are scrutinized because of the price differences. They get the switch cheaper than everybody else.

@MysteriousMudkip Weird because the wii U was great.. actually better than the switch. It wasn't underpowered for a nintendo system... It's actually more powerful than the first switch... It had a second screen (the controller), you could play games wirelessly with the controller, free online. It had a great library of games near the end, BOTW, and even the virtual console games, Like GameCube. It's sales were weak because of it's lackluster starting lineup, and poor timing. By the time it had games, ps4 and xbox one had just came out..

@Athropos that's the only reason to buy Nintendo is the exclusives... The entire reason its handheld, is for the Asian culture that spends most of their time on transportation, to and from work.

@Spider-Kev wow doesn't even support an external drive sad... I think most people would have preferred a home console over a handheld.

@Diablo 4K on a 15-inch screen is mostly overkill because the PPI is already high enough (293) that most people can’t notice the extra pixels at normal viewing distance. Phones have higher PPI because they’re viewed up close, so smaller screens need denser pixels to appear sharp.

@DennyCrane Don't you think it's a little silly to compare a game that was originally made in 2002, Prime remastered, that has only been upscaled and minor quality tweaks added, to a 2025 Prime 4 Game?

Single player games don't have end games, they just have the end of the game...

@DennyCrane I'm not seeing that stated above anywhere on this page. and I don't know why 60fps would to be expected when only a handful of switch 1 games run at 60fps, Echoes of Wisdom doesn't even run at a full 60 frames...

Edit: I found it, Well then that's impressive, still wasn't to be expected though...

@1Kismet that's what im expecting since they literally held it back till switch 2... Won't be getting The full experience on switch 1 without the mouse function anyway, and it's obviously going to be stripped down graphic wise, we'll be lucky to see 30 FPS. Lame so lame

Luckily Nintendo made switch 2 so you can swap out ssds and add a bigger one if you need to. Unlike the Steam deck where you have to rely on MicroSD cards that aren't even meant to run games off of.
