Hopefully, now that most of the RE franchise is now on the Switch, Capcom will finally give in to having 7 and Re2Make ported over to us, whether they do it themselves or ask Panic button (preferably the latter since they do a better job than most)

Might be pointless to us with common sense, but I am appreciating the art style of these warnings.

Re4 had a motion control option on the Wii, yet the Switch version doesn't. 5 and 6 never had motion controls, but the Switch versions do?

I wish Capcom would just give Re7 and Re2Make to Panic Button to port over to the Switch since they clearly lack the nads to do so.
All the resident evil games somehow work well on the platform, and I'm sure it's easy money.

A small group that is able to do a special package like this that some of the bigger companies can't even get right, kudos to you Bitmap Bureau. I'll definitely pick up the Switch version to show my support.

Everything sounds perfect...except the lack of internal battery. Why can't they just do what 8bitdo does with their Pro Plus controllers and give us a rechargeable battery but also AA battery option?

Lol I had 100 gold points left over and this game cost me nothing with this sale. Dunno if that's sad or great marketing on the dev's part, but wow, it's kinda amazing how low some of these game prices will go on the eshop.

@HADAA where did you get your info from? You do NOT need Nintendo online to buy / redeem eshop titles.

I dont even see the preorder pages for them on the eshop (US) so how am I supposed to download their demos?

Re6 for me. I played enough of 5 in one life time. 6 is good for couch Co op

The arcade classic got me into Co op games, and now this remaster plus original package is a must own. Now all they need to do is remaster the sequels with original arcade versions

Why couldn't they just make this a wireless pro controller/joy con side rail thing? Charge more - I don't care but give me a universal controller with Rear paddles.

My guess is some special model for shows or events. Maybe one with video out just for e3 or something?

Unfortunately I had no choice in my region but to buy the physical Switch version.
So I have an unopened port of a game that has been unplayable since launch, and 5-6 months in they will make a patch available - I hope - and now I will be able to play it.
This is just sad. What's with Kickstarter projects and being such messes?

Wow that's actually a neat design for a portable controller to toss in the bag. They work with Switch and mobile (and pretty much anything that supports x input) so not a bad option to have around with a Switch/lite. Also great price.

Only thing that isn't clear is do the dpads count as analog sticks?

I hope Namco buries Atgames. Those guys do shoddy work at best and always came off as scammers. Now trying to acquire a character that is mostly Namco's makes them seem like such douches

@SomeLunatic actually no, the razer phone wasn't the first gaming phone that sparked all of this. Xiaomi and Huawei actually had gaming focused phones before the Razer but not marketed towards gamers first. Dont forget about Redmi and Play series by both, they came out before.

I had Both super Nintendo and Sega Genesis growing up, but man oh man did I love the Genesis more (despite being a Nintendo Fan boy most of my life).
But having only a single game out of series like Sonic or Streets of rage doesn't make much sense (thanks Nintendo for inspiring this logic).

I'm one of the morons that opted for the Switch Physical copy, and unfortunately I couldn't ask for a refund. So I'm stuck with dead weight until they finally fix the game. Or at least make it a bit playable

There's a reason the original team didn't go past that horrid PSOne title; Bubsy is as dead a mascot as Gex or Tak or even Croc...

@scully1888 In that case I suppose it warrants a 9. You did mention gameplay and backtracking as negatives so I assumed it isn't the kind of game you play more than once.
As long as a game is replayable and is fun enough to have long lasting appeal, it warrants a higher score.

This is so ridiculously over priced, it's not even funny. The game is FREE TO PLAY on mobile and the game on Switch looks no different than the mobile version.
If it were 15 bucks it would make sense but 35 is just nuts

I beg to differ. Some of the 3rd party accessories match or surpass Official Joycons and controllers in quality or feel.
Hori makes damn near good dpad joycons for handheld use, and I'd argue the PowerA pro controller feels better than the official Pro Nintendo controller.

Also some of these fake joycons have clever tricks up their sleeves (like being able to charge via USB c cables rather than the Switch itself).
Don't discard all 3rd party joycons without testing them.

More co op brawlers the better

Not a fan of Smash bros clones but I would like to know when this is coming to the Switch. Hopefully a demo launches of it soon so I can get a better feel of it and it's cloneliness lol

I get multiplayer games... Maybe...though games on mobile have sync to cloud and they are the most hacked games ever.
Still, this is one of the stupidest things Nintendo could possibly do.

Wow all these comments over the review and all I'm thinking is with this many great games coming out this month and the next, how the heck am I going to afford groceries?

These guys understand 2d classic games better than anyone else and it shows with games like the Bloodstained 2d title and the Blaster master remakes.
Dragon marked for death is the only one I haven't bought from their line up, and the one that shall not be named (Kickstarter disaster of the century)

If they would just release 7 (panic buttonight as well do the porting for these lazy bums) and somehow port 2, I could justify the pricing. But these older classics are hugely over priced. And even at 10 bucks a piece it's hard to justify each individual purchase.
