Re: Walmart Announces Foray Into Pre-Owned Games

Just think of how much crow MS would be eating if they didnt change their initial Xbone policies This is pretty cool though. Its interesting to see what major retailers are doing to combat the transition many gamers are making when leaning towards digital purchases or not wanting to pay full prices for software

Re: 3DS Faces a Renewed Vita Challenge in Japan as Home Consoles Underperform

@minotaurgamer
Please stop the the market is dying nonsense. Its annoying seeing these comments every time Nintendo's numbers are down. Yes, mobile is here to stay and eating into the handheld market but I didn't hear this stuff when the 3DS was selling like crazy last year so dont do it now...and consoles arent going to sell well in that region regardless.

Re: 3DS Faces a Renewed Vita Challenge in Japan as Home Consoles Underperform

I wouldn't say its a challenge due to the overall sales, but it is interesting to see the Vita's numbers have been close to those of the 3DS recently. The 3DS numbers have been DOWN lately but I dont know if its due to a need of more software or just over-saturation.

Its should be interesting to see how Nintendo plays their hand with this situation since they've obviously shifted many of their their resources to the Wii U to address its many problems....maybe release the 2DS in Japan?

Regardless, congrats to Sony I guess. The Vita will most likely be looked at as a failure when its all said and done but at least they've been able to find a niche audience for it. Maybe the PS4 doing so well will help too.

Re: Extended Nintendo Network Maintenance on Wii U and 3DS Scheduled For 13th March

I'm not expecting much.
I hate to be nonchalant or negative but this is more than likely just stability and them getting ready for releases of major games like Mario Kart and other major titles that will be released during the 2nd half of this year.

I honestly dont mind it though. Smash Bros NEEDS to have a good online experience this time around and games like X will be devalued if the online aspects of the game are shotty.

Re: Capcom Is Aware That We All Want A New Mega Man Collection, Thanks Very Much

MAN1AC

They've always been aware. The fanbase has been pretty vocal for some time time now.

That doesn't change the fact that we probably won't see one any time soon. The franchise indeed needed to take a break and I think Capcom got to the point where they wanted to make a new game but didn't know where to go with the next installment. They probably still dont and I dont mind them holding out until they get some good concepts instead of running the series into the ground with bad games like they've done with other IPs they own.

Also, anyone expecting the next game to be on a console will more than likely be disappointment. Believe it or not, Mega Man games dont sell very well and its a safer bet to put it on the Vita or 3DS.
