Re: GoldenEye 007 Is Getting A Digital Release On Xbox

LegatoSkyheart

@Savage_Joe The point is that this port of Golden Eye is no where confirmed ANYWHERE. It's pure speculation and leak releases.

It should be filed and reported as a Leaked Rumor and not confirmed.

Wario64 is not a reputable source as confirmation of an Xbox Port existing. Even if there is strong evidence that it does indeed exist, neither Xbox or IO interactive or MGM or anyone have confirmed it is actually happening.

Re: GoldenEye 007 Is Getting A Digital Release, But Not On A Nintendo Console

LegatoSkyheart

I have a huge issue that this article assumes that something official has been stated which none of it is.

This is all leaks and speculation, please indicate that in the article. This is how misinformation spreads. We also don't know if this release will be on Nintendo yet either, since Banjo is coming there's a high chance 007 could be coming as well. But there's nothing official. Wario64 is not an official source.

Re: Not Everyone is Thrilled That Metroid Prime Trilogy Lands on the Wii U eShop Tomorrow

yet Digital Copies of Earthbound didn't even budge Earthbound's Physical sale price.

I think the true culprit is Gamestop's Pricing. Metroid Prime Trilogy is $49.99/$44.99 at Gamestop and seems to be always available online.

Those First two listings were selling high before the initial "Reprints". Back then Gamestop was pricing Metroid Prime Trilogy in the Heavy $80s or $90s along with Xenoblade. Then the White Box versions started to show up and now they're in the $40s.

The Last sellers got the money they deserved.

Re: Wii U Owner Proves That Rejecting The End-User License Agreement Locks The System

LegatoSkyheart

I press agree because I've already come to the conclusion that in order to use a certain product I HAVE to agree to the terms anyway just to use ANYTHING. Software on my PC or my Consoles or heck my Phone.

All of these End User Agreements even have the "We can change these at anytime" part too.

So I'm not really too worried about the WiiU's situation.

What I am concerned about is that part about "You're not sold anything." That concerns me and also the fact the End User Agreement doesn't have a "Opt out" option. The PS3's case actually has an Opt Out option it's a letter but you can opt out of the end user agreement (If I recall It's a letter but the point is you can still opt out of the agreement and use the console.)
What Nintendo is doing here I think is pretty illegal. (unless there's no law against it.)

Re: Wii U Version of Watch Dogs to Miss Out on DLC

LegatoSkyheart

@Sadodi would have freakin' helped if EA actually gave a damn and put the Mass Effect Trilogy out for WiiU instead. Would have especially helped if Activision put out Call of Duty Black Ops 2 DLC instead of releasing the free Day 1 DLC map pack 2 years later. It would have probably also helped if Ubisoft also put Farcry 3 on the System and if 2K games and Square put Bioshock Infinite and Tomb Raider on the system.

Sadly none of that happened and we got one heck of a game drought for the WiiU in 2013 and bad press and looks like we got a really bad version of Watch_Dogs.
