I would have preordered this long ago, but I was waiting for bonuses to be announced in north America. I will go play it at game stop this Sunday and order it while I'm there.

I thought this was much needed. I'm sure this will come in handy with smash.
I dint think I'll use it much I'd it comes west to conserve my mobile data. I also have a galaxy s4.

I was planning on getting the best buy gas pre-order. But I guess I'll get this, unless something better comes by.

I don't care if they do this so long as their game development remains focused on their main consoles.
I fear that Nintendo will succeed with this and try to capitalize too much on it that they would hurt their main fans. Like how they now try to make everything casual gamer friendly after finding success with the wii and the ds.

I hope the developers don't keep the Chinese limitations in mind when making games. I generally don't play violent games, or games with gambling or other things China doesn't want, but I don't want them omitted because the publishers and developers want that market.

New hardware corks be something that goes with the 3ds ie the wii u, it doesn't have to replace them.

That's good to hear. While it sucks that the game is delayed I well not get a chance to plays it if it wasn't.

This is definitely better than what game stop is offering, which is nothing. I'll wait and see how if there are other pre-order bonuses. If there is nothing, then I'll take this.

Hopefully they clarify what the wii u is while they are at it, they should have marketed w101, pikmin, and 3d world before this.

I think this is a good decision, but it would have been nice if they put some MK design on it.

I can't wait for this game. It's a day one purchase for me, but I'll start playing it after xenoblade, alongside w101.

I hope they go to E3 this year, and I'm glad they upload their stuff to Youtube, because Ustream videos are so awful.

The February Direct was so choppy that I didn't know they revealed the Koopalings for MK untill I read it online afterwards. I don't want this to keep happening.

I've heard good thing about golden sun, so that's on my list.

I only used Miiverse twice, when I got my Wii U and when it became available on the 3DS. I have nothing against it, but I see nothing special in it. Then again, I'm not into social networking.

That charizard and yoshi image looks dirty.

I didn't like the first one. It got cheap and annoying after waking the crystals the first time, there was no need for doing it five times. The English voice acting was one of the worst things I've ever heard. I liked the RPG elements though.

I probably wont be getting anything soon, except for MK, Child of Light, and Shovel Knight.

Publishers and developers like to see preorder numbers to gauge the game's success. I just don't see that being that useful, considering it's not inventory based. And it's not like the servers will be overloaded.

As you said, I don't see Nintendo making lower prices for eshop or preorders.

I don't see why I would preorder an eshop game. Unless the download starts automatically, I suppose.
I can see, however, this being helpful for indie developers.

I'm even more intrigued. I will likely get it day one, but I will not play it until I'm done with Xenoblade.

It's not a must, but there are games that require no motion control that might be easier to play with a cc. Currently I'm playing xenoblade on my wii u with a cc pro, and I prefer it to the wiimote. The same is for FE, I first played it in the gc controller but the wii u didn't support gc controllers.

As usual I anticipate disappointment, by I hope for good news. I week leave work early for this, it better be good. I also hope fire nonsmash news, they often do that with dedicated directs.

Just started the game, I'm looking it so far. I hope I'm fine with it by the time mk is out.

I wasn't trying to be rude or anything, but last direct was so bad and choppy that it's was difficult to watch. Even the na stream was bad. I switched to the YouTube stream near the end when summertime told me about it online, I found it more fluid but a second or two behind.
Of course, I understand if it can't be done, and thanks.

Only xenoblade for me on the wii u and miracle mask on the 3ds.

Could you guys use the YouTube broadcast instead of ustream? Or at least both?

This is good. They better have concrete info in it before kart comes out, that way people have more confidence in the system.

Nintendo's choices for marketing, gaming, online services, and many more have been very questionable lately.

@ikki5 NA will get nothing, just like with MK. NoA has been pretty bad with these things.

I understand that, but my complaint is why didn't they amend it or update it, I know it's possible. The buttons, triggers, and sticks can be matched. And that's why I'm mad, it's half donkeyed.

I'm thinking of picking up black flag, is it any good? I haven't played any AC games before.

Well that is true. One thing that baffles me is the wii backward compatibility on the wii u, it feels like an after thought. The fact that it doesn't recognize the Pro controller or the gamepad input for games that support the classic controller is really annoying. That's what's annoying about their services, lit of things are missing and funny make sense.

It's very common for Nintendo to do things very half donkeyed, this was obvious but sad news. It makes me not very excited for some if the cube games.

We all know it. They can't show the same games ask time and expect us to get wowed. They need to stop being so secretive sometimes. There is a limited number of x trailers that I can see before wanting a release date, name, and demo/game details.

I'm not a big fan of the design.

I found it off that dk tf didn't have a demo. They can have a few levels for trials. I hope Nintendo isn't being arrogant in thinking their games dying need demos.

@ikki5 they probably have been working on it for years, it's not just one team.

I would be very surprised if ubisoft released it on the wii u, it doesn't make sense from a financial standpoint. Though I'd be unhappy I'd watch dogs was cancelled.

This is good. No complaining from me. Though I would like it if the eshop gets a little redesign.
