@Dark_Isatari Same, I work 12 hour shifts. Stuff to do on my days off. Gotta get while the gettin' is good. I'll probably be playing this while on breaks and lunch haha.
I just wish they would share the whole series with the Switch. I'm not even asking for semi-freebies on NSO. Toss 'em up on the e-shop and I'll buy 'em again.
I don't usually feel that way but we are talking about Metroid here. Exceptions can be made.
They need to put up or shut up as far as I'm concerned.
I played a ton. I tried to keep going while thinking something substantial was right around the corner. It just didn't happen and I finally got burned out, bored, and gave up. It's going to have to be really big to get me to go back at this point.
@alecseus People freeze it. Chest freezers and upright freezers are fairly common if you own or even rent a house. At least in the US. It's especially true if you live out in the country like I do.
Part of the reason people got so into baking bread was because early in the pandemic you could NOT buy bread. People were hoarding it. Then so many people got into baking that you couldn't find flour. Among other staples.
Mario Golf games make great party/drinking games. Things can get super competitive in a full 18 hole course. You can adjust the rules depending on how sauced you want to get. I'm buying it asap and I'm sure my friends will as well.
Sign me up for a demo. I intended to buy it but then I looked at my back catalog and other hobbies. It wouldn't take much to talk me into it if I'm into the demo.
I'm Mario 64 you can clime up slopes in a similar fashion to what you talked about in Galaxy. It's just much easier. Face away from the slope and jump kick backwards to inch your way up.
I'm not crazy about a price hike. Who would be? To be fair I paid over $70 for Super Street Fighter 2 Turbo on SNES and that came out in 94. I got MORE than my monies worth out of that. If anything, it will just make me more picky.
I know I'll get called out for this but I don't care. I think Wave Race and 1080 are very over rated. I don't miss them. I owned, actually still own, both and they were/are played little.
I can't comment on Excitebike 64. I never got my hand on it but I have very fond memories of the NES version. That start up tune is sooooo, catchy, right?
It's definitely not affecting all Amazon orders. I'm in the US and ordered mine through Amazon Prime. It shipped as expected and is on track to arrive tomorrow.
Maybe they will do a hybrid method. Some dlc is free, some is paid larger packs, and some is micro packs for a buck or two. Personally, I'm not against bulk packs if it's fair but detest being milked by constant micro packs.

The opening bit about bread seems a little off.

The Twins are cringy as hell but the game itself is a blast. I would consider double dipping if it was done well.
