Club Nintendo was better, this is better than nothing but compared to the discounts I get on PS4 and X-BOX this feels more like a slap in the face.

After the last list ignored Zelda, Mario and Splatoon I half expected Vroom In The Night Sky to be number 7 on this list.

Fortnite didn’t track wins last week, I won 10 games. This is a drop in the ocean to my disappointment, lol.

Got it free on PS4, made it 2 missions in, hated it and I am one of the biggest horror nerds out there. This was just boring and relied on jump scares.

PUBG is a mess on the XBOX ONE X to the point I feel I wasted £22and jumped straight back to free Fortnite. So honestly I wouldn’t want to try running it on weaker hardware.

Netflix isn’t out on Switch and therefore couldn‘t get an update so unless this was an article about the 360’s Netflix I don’t see how the tagline is even close to being correct.

Got a smart tv and other consoles, keep Switch pure. I don’t need something to die on me mid movie and with Switch’s battery that’s a real concern.

Spent hundreds of hours in the first, bought it over 5 systems and bought every version, was insanely good at it had some impressive scores looked forward to this sooooo much and played it for like 3 hours. I hated the changes, it just isn’t fun at all.

I went back to the other pac man that hit ps4, forget its name now but got hooked on that too. The one with glitches and powerups built in, awesome title.

Get bored of it so easily these days because it’s gotten to the point where I see an article and think “should I even bother clicking, becase the miserable one will only be complaining”.

The WiiU one was ok, kept us busy a week or 2. Doubt I’d buy a 2nd without tons of extra tracks and variety. When a Mario Kart game these days comes with 32-40...

I don’t count Deluxe having 48 as it was originally DLC.

But... As Deluxe is gonna be its competition, maybe I should?

Yeah it’s a bunch of tech demo’s that you’ll spend more time building the cardboard than you will playing. This wil be yet another thing Ninty will drop support on as fast as they sold you on it.

Fairs fair, Sony get Nier, MS get to cancel Scalebound and release a cool new controller instead, Switch gets Bayo.

Even without Rabbids things like Just Dance and that are huge.

Inb4EIRE slagging off 3rd parties while praising WiU.

Looked cool then I saw the micro transactions, hard pass.

Disappointed that D2 Days isn’t one, only main Disgaea not portable.

Been hyped for this for a while, already bought even though I feel £19 for a pretty old game is a bit high, would’ve preferred £15.

Glad I’ve held off playing, got it for XMAS but Fortnite has kept me busy, sounds like a lot of great quality of life improvements have happened since launch.

@jsty3105 we hold grudges and when you release Super Mario RPG 13 years late, Chrono Trigger SNES 15 years late and Earthbound 18 years late, not to mention all the crap over the years and the horrific price gouging that makes the same games and consoles cost a butt ton more, your business moves elsewhere.

Microsoft and Sony were the ones who started releasing there massive 1st party games worldwide LONG before Nintendo.

I still remember the 9 month wait for Brawl on Wii and when people bought a freeloader disc to import so they could play before the online was full of tryhards, Ninty did a firmware update to block the disc.

Nintendo treat us like crap and expect huge sales, nah, not gonna work.

Played the hell out of it on release, bizarre game, don’t think I’ll replay it, not even 100% sure I enjoyed it, it was just a weel weird game, depressing and dark and an almost movie like twist at the end.

Plot felt lifted from a British comedy, daren’t say anymore.

My GBA library was massive back in the day, bloody loved that system.

Good riddance to yesterdays rubbish, I used my WiiU once every few months to play the party games round a mates and sometimes to play my VC back catalogue from the Wii. That’s, about, it.

A gamepad that was bulky, mostly unused except when ruining games like StarFox Zero and it had a horrific battery life for a console turning a console into a bizarre NDS with dual screens and 2.5 hour playtime (unless you wanted to be attached to a wall socket the whole time you played).

And sometimes it was enforced even when playing with a Pro controller (Bayonetta refused to launch if the gamepad was dead and it often was as it held its charge for all of 3 days).

So I just sacked it off, never used it. Thankfully they got it right this time and are now bringing all of the WiiU’s good games forward with it.

The WiiU is dead, long live the Switch!

P.S To all who loved the WiiU and a know a few around here do and think the Switch is a downgrade... Glad you liked it, shame you dislike Switch, but you’re entitled to your own opinion the same as I am and oh boy do I feel that the Switch is a MAJOR improvement.

But Nintendo wouldn't allow Link on Soul Calibur II HD so that we could finally have a version with all 3 characters.

@HauntedNostril gametheory did a video predicting the gaming style trend for the next 10 years, it’s worth a watch. It basically shows how games are mirroring art only at a faster pace.

So every major art trend has been a game trend too.

Seen a lot of praise and a lot of hate for this, some say it’s rock hard and rng based others say it’s got the most basic math formula an rpg can have and one you see that you can abuse it and instantly win.

Heard it’s a grindfest later on too.

Why play LOTR when it’s main gimmick of Orc battling is P2W, or Gamblefront 2 where it’s online is P2W, or UFC where you can literally buy a stronger punch etc...

Keep that trash off Switch for as LOOOOONG as possible.

Own all 3 systems but this really doesn’t appeal to me as an adult, it looks overpriced and the games look very throwaway. But, I own PSVR and I know tons who say the same about that, I upgraded to the One X so my 4K T.V could really pop and I know tons who say it’s pointless. So if you order this, I truly hope you enjoy it, I just personally don’t see the appeal and that’s ok.

EDIT finally found my answer on Wikipedia of all places. Due to the falling out they lost the license to the soundtrack. Which is why it now sounds crap.
