Anyone buying Switch shoot em ups for their porn fix isn’t using the internet properly!

GX is light years ahead of this. These N64 games haven’t really stood the test of time, I went back to them in the Wii U days and kind of wish I hadn’t as it ruined my memories of such a great system……the best analogy I can use is when you bump into the fit girl you went school with and she’s now in her 40s and looking really rough. Better to have the good memories.

Nintendo really need a big 1st party title now, another Mario game, Zelda 2 release date etc.

It’s a great game but also one I can’t ever see myself going back to.

@Bizzyb it never materialised. I was led to believe the Kickstarter money was specifically for the DLC as game was ready to go beforehand. I’m guessing the Kickstarter was just a wages top-up for Platinum.

@ShaneReactions reading some of the comments on here I wonder what some people are doing with their Switch!

Day 1 launch model and mines still like new but I always look after my tech and thankfully don’t have any kids to mess with it and break it.

They’ve been living off the Wonderful 101 Kickstarter money for the last couple of years so haven’t had to bother putting in any effort to produce a quality product hence this and the Sol Cresta garbage.

Not cool ( and very cruel ) in real life, not cool as a game. Not sure who on earth thought a game about animal cruelty would be a good idea, robots or not, the concept is very bad.

Still have my day 1 launch model and it’s like new, best console ever! I’ve never played docked since I’ve had it though.

I never finished Eternal as found it too difficult and it became a chore to play. Doom 2016 is far better.

There’s currently a comparison video doing the rounds comparing the Switch OLED with the Steam deck, both and running Hades and the Switch OLED is noticeably better.

I literally can’t wait for this to be delivered, growing up in the golden age with the arcades this’ll be an absolute treat!

Just watched a video review of it, it looks good but definitely doesn’t make use of the PS5 hardware. I think we’re definitely at the limits of what games can offer now graphically wise.

Looks like a cross between Cyber Shadow and Katana Zero……looks pretty great to be fair.

Great collection especially as it contains Red Earth & Puzzle fighter…..now all we need is another collection with Alien Vs Predator and a port of Street Fighter 4 arcade edition ( which is the far superior game to 5 ).

@Max_the_German I do! I used to collect big time but then the reality hit me that it was all a waste of money, just lusting after an endless supply of material possessions. Now I live by the beach and spend most of my spare time with my dogs, swimming, paddle boarding and out with friends. I don’t need that stuff to me make happy. I used to though, and it was a horrible mindset to have because no matter what you bought, you always wanted something else…..collecting never ends.

What maniac would pay $750 for Sunset Riders when it’s on the eshop for £6 and it’s the far superior arcade version.

I’ll buy the DLC on its own then also the inevitable physical release Mario Kart 8 Ultimate with all 96 tracks when it’s released in 2024

I work for a tech company and we see so many broken Switch consoles…..it’s rarely broken screens though, 99% of the time it’s faulty charging ports or water damage.

@DarkTron they’ve been partying on the kickstarter money for 2 years instead of concentrating on any decent game development…..once that runs out they’ll knuckle down to some work.

Let’s hope Bayonetta 3 fares better.
