There’s a lot of ***** ones but most of the stuff I’ve played recently are pretty good (ghost of yotei, dying light the beast, Zelda totk) all of them feel full of life and real worlds with lots to do don’t get me wrong for 1 really good one there’s 3 average ones but if done right it will be incredible!

Open world tomb raider would be the one 🙏👌

It’s only just came out but Metroid prime 4 is mentally good definitely my game of the year. The graphics are breathtaking! The gameplay is fun annd exciting. And running at 60fps solidly!
Makes me wonder why some 3rd party games can only run at 30!!

Behind this it’s donkey kong bananza that games so fun!

What an absolute disgrace charging £50 for a 15 year old game. To put into perspective Metroid prime 4 is £50 in most retail shops when it comes out Thursday!
All they’ve done is use the pc textures so it’s very minimal work to get this looking better.

@Max_the_German id rather pay more money and have the game on the cartridge than have a game key that I can trade. The games are sub 30gb so it’s definitely do able it’s just greed

Yawn! So that’s 2 hours worth of directs for a racing game………I’d be more hyped if its was an hour on Metroid prime 4

I got a solid 60fps on my rog ally z1 extreme so it’s a shame that this is only getting 30fps on switch 2.
Not boding well for a console with 120fps capabilities 😂 even 40fps would look great on a 120hz screen

I got Chronos on ps5 it’s incredible the performance wasn’t quite there for me to get on switch 2 but if silent hill 2 comes to switch 2 then I will definitely cop that 🤘

A game for everyone is a game for no one I enjoy the difficulty of this game and if you don’t. Don’t play it there’s plenty of other metroidvanias that are easier

Nope hard pass on this one the switch at 30fps. It’s a shame they’re not boosting to 40 which would look lovely on a 120hz screen.
Picked it up on ps5 and is gorgeous at 60fps.
Yet again only going to be using my switch 2 for first party and indies depending on titles

Cronos the new dawn but on ps5 for that 60fps butteryness!
Other than this Silksong on switch 2 and @roadwarden on switch which is a very cool game with beautiful music.
Just picked up sea of stars too so will get my teeth into that at some point!

I can highly recommend the game it’s phenomenal just not on switch 2.
Get it on ps5/xbox and play it at 60fps it needs it for the fast action scenes and lighting. From what I’ve seen of the switch version it’s very janky with stutters and frame drops. Not the one.

Has it been reasonably priced? Why haven’t they updated posts on other social media platforms to say the price why is only the BlueSky? A social medial platform so obscure that I hadn’t heard off until yesterday 😂 yet their instagram which they are active on and their twitter doesn’t mention a thing………the store pages for Silksong are not updated either on any platform. I’m calling it now £30-€30-$35

@nessisonett I do agree the Japanese voice acting is absolutely elite!
Sometimes it’s easier for people with immersion when it’s in the native language though so I do sympathise 🤘

Still 30fps 😂😂 with Nintendo pushing and advertising 60-120 on their system 😂 30fps just feels like dogsh1t in 2025

I’ll be buying both. DD2 looks so sick. And Silksong because why not. But looking forward to DD2 more 🖤

Ready or not on the ps5 (it’s my comfort game atm over 70 hours on ps5 and 130hours on pc)
And I’m going to try and smash throw hollow knight before Silksong! Completed most of it years ago when it came out and loved it so going to finally complete it now!

Game freak haven’t innovated since sword and shield (other than the illusion of an open world)
Their worlds feel empty.
The games struggle massively with performance issues and lack of optimisation.
I was really looking forward what gamefreak was going to put out on the new hardware considering the big power upgrade but the environments just feel flat and a lack of atmosphere/life.
How can you feel immersed in an empty world? Especially when other companies can achieve this on switch 1 (totk/botw etc)
Maybe it will be better on the full release but this is almost as bad as the fifa fiasco on switch just a repackaged product with a different number on it.

Day one on switch 2. I’m a massive survival horror fan and this game looks insane! Was contemplating getting it on ps5 but the portable factor for me 🤘

@gusz the thing with going from 60 to 30fps the first half hour feels jarring and is horrible but once your brain and eyes get used to 30fps it’s fine (in preferably 60fps) but 30 is fine for some games and can make some games feel more cinematic.

Definitely picking this up day 1 as it’s been on my radar for a loooooong time so stoked I can grab this I know it will run better and look prettier on ps5 but I can’t take that everywhere with me can I 🤘

Personally I’ve picked up the satanic bible after playing this game and on Tuesday nights we dance around the campfire followed by a sacrifice.

This fine is outrageous, he will never be able to pay it.
Say he lives till he is 90 years old, to pay the fine in complete he has to pay over $20 000 a month till he dies 😂
I get it piracy sucks and I don't agree with it at all but this is too harsh. It gives him no incentive to work again if its taken direct from earnings.
There could of been a better more intelligent resolution by nintendo but of course they have to "send a message"

@Snaplocket yeah 100% I'm not gunna buy it for fill price I will wait for it to drop a little as it will because its a remaster nintendo exclusive. I still got monster hunter stories 2 to play which is pretty amazing (apart from the occasional 25fps drop)

What a pile of *****. Was expecting at least an upgraded cpu/gpu/ram call it the New Nintendo Switch and then I'd consider it. Plus you could of made the screen bigger on the face of it. Look how small the bezel is on phones now.
I will not be purchasing this that's for sure.

It is such a good game I am tempted by this one. The others are a no from me I've got no interest in playing massively downgraded games on switch doom I played when it came out and switch and the performance was sub par. Plus I have a Ps5 which has ruined quite a few fps on switch as it runs at 60fps on Ps5 and it makes it hard to go back.
Indie games on the other hand is what the switch is all about 👌👌

This and the ninja gaiden collection the only good thing about the direct for me. Was hoping for windwaker HD though but never played skyward sword so keen on this

I'm hooked on blue fire it's amazing. Definitely a zelda platforming soulslike. Art work is soo pretty and the platforming feels so tight. Incredible game runs beautifully in handheld so that's what I'm playing all weekend

@Strictlystyles it isn't the game they described not one bit at all. You can't even change your hairstyle. The voice acting is wooden with no flow to it. Your stuck to one apartment the whole game, you can't bring strangers home to have relations, people in night city don't lead their own life if you follow one npc you will see them walking round the block when they said that npcs would live their own life.
The list goes on tbh. The game was soo bad and soo buggy on ps4 Pro. It's definitely made me no preorder games from now on and wait till after release

Gunna be playing animal crossing, a bit of cyber shadow and resident evil 4. And if I'm in the mood at some point may start dragon quest xi
