Nice to have some variety in kart racers. I love Mario Kart as much as the next guy, but I’ve been hoping to play this game for a while.

Am I the only one that thought Guacamelee! was a bit tiresome? I’m not trying to hate, I just feel that the bosses were way too difficut and navigating the levels was very tedious. For me, there were too many flaws in the game that it hindered my enjoyment, but I’m sure others had a great time with this game.

@SwitchForce I think the people at Special Reserve are the ones that set the release dates, which they have not announced except for just 2019.

@Sherlock Probably delayed or cancelled because of the situation with Telltale.

@Likethepear I would also go in the training mode. It’s a great area to get a feel of the stages and practice moves. I’m pretty sure Smash has never had a tutorial, but the Prima guide may help.

These are on my list, but I wouldn’t pay a premium for two games that together only cost $40.

Dang, really need to get this while it’s still on sale.

@Laxeybobby Super Smash Bros. isn’t an MMO, though. I don’t think you would offend anyone if you said an actual MMO was better at being an MMO than a fighting game.

FEH spent way too much time focusing on releasing new summons and barely any time on the story. It took months just to finish Book II because of how little the devs released the chapters. It didn’t help that they went with the cliché lets kill off the new main character, Fjorm, because we need plot development.

I know it was a joke in the article, but I actually will be playing Astro Bears Party, it is surprisingly fun for the price, just a little barebones.
Other than that, probably some Yoku, MM11, and Ultimate.

This is a great game. However, it is a bit short with little replay value, so just know that the price may be a little too high for the amount of content.

Just noticed that the characters do the Naruto run. Why does this exist?

Modern Dig-Dug? Didn’t expect a game inspired by it, but Diggerman seems interesting.

@Heavyarms55 The cards came out with Happy Home Designer and did not support Festival until later. The amiibo is supported by Welcome, Festival, and Happy Home Designer, but the amiibo started releasing with Festival.
@Peterjr1 Yes, but the amiibo line started with Festival, so the figure is technically from Festival.

@Varkster It really is hard to believe the ceremony started only five years ago. It’s way more interesting than many other awards shows.

Now I know that Nintendo isn’t holding back with their choices and isn’t afraid of third party. Getting Banjo & Kazooie actually seems plausible at this point.

An amiibo unlock from a game nobody wanted (Animal Crossing: Amiibo Festival). Business really confuses me sometimes.

@Aozz101x Yes, the characters are what are supposed to be similar to Inklings (gameplay looks nothing like Splatoon, only the color choices).

Bennett Foddy, the same guy that made Getting Over It and QWOP, is doing art for a real game. The final product will be interesting, at the very least.

@OfNullAndVoid Yes, Jackson did do some of the music for Sonic 3, even though he is not visibly credited in the game (most likely due to his request). I’m pretty sure he didn’t care if it was rereleased because he wasn’t credited, but celebrity estates can be ruthless.

I always wanted a trading card game version of Animal Crossing: Welcome Amiibo. But couldn’t you just play the card game physically play the game instead of wasting time doing it virtually?

The worst part isn’t that this game is free, it’s that a game called Santa Tracker was made on a real developer Switch. Nintendo needs to stop giving them away like cookies on Christmas.

Never thought I wanted an indie Puzzles and Dragons, but Astro Boy himself makes the game worthwhile.

@Dysnomia They would only do that if they could develop their own controller for iOS and Andriod. I don’t see them doing that soon.

Megaman X9 would be nice, given that they released the Legacy Collection 1+2 on Switch shortly before MM 11.

@Anti-Matter This leads me to believe that the next Toy-Con is related to the zoo or safari.

TIME says this, but the stuff they featured from the Consumer Electronics Expo (I give up on providing a link) could actually be revolutionary. Not trying to downplay LABO, it’s just that I wouldn’t say it’s one of the best inventions of the year.

@kopaka I think you are still not comprehending this. The Mario Kart 8 Deluxe game part of the bundle is free, while the actual Switch console is at its regular price. But the wording could be improved, as “a Mario Kart 8 Deluxe bundle at the price of a regular Switch console” is just a little clearer.

Would be great, but I don’t believe there has been a situation in recent Nintendo history where a first party game is re-released for more than one home console. First party games from previous consoles are very welcome.

@Anti-Matter That’s not true at all. The recent Digimon videogames have not been in the style of Pokémon, the anime was only recently rebooted, and they don’t even make trading cards anymore.

They made over four hundred of these? Nintendo really did think AR was the next big thing.

The 3DS game needs a sequel, personally thought it was one of the best games on the system.

Can’t tell if they wanted to troll or this was just a bad business decision. Probably both. You could say that Koei is sort of an ass.

NSO is pretty decent right now, but the service really does need non-NES games so it can succeed in the long run.
