@OneBagTravel It wasn't a publisher. It was the owner of Earhworm Jim saying they can't use the copyrighted material. I was going to say "another kickstarter then?" but somebody said that already and this situation can't be solved with kickstarter anyway so I don't think they'd try that.

Anyway you have a good point about how he used the copyright for his business. I was pretty much just ignoring people who sided with Pokémon til now. Anyways Ridley's already in the game, Daisy's boring, and Shovel Knight might be a good game(I haven't played it) but I don't want any overhyped indie characters in this. I mean, it's not entirely fair of me to say that since I didn't play the game and the devs seem cool, but Indie's like a dirty word to me right now. I guess I'd be okay if he got in. I don't really have anything against him, I just don't like it because. I also kind of want Shantae so I'm a bit of a hypocrite. King K. Rool is okay but he's ugly(yes) so I'm not sure I want him in the game...I want Inkling, and maybe Viridi but my reason for wanting Viridi doesn't really fly so I just voted Inkling. Raguna is cool because Rune Factory is one of the greatest things ever. From Kingdom Hearts Riku's cooler than Sora, but if a Kingdom Hearts character gets in Riku'll unqualify himself and Sora will be chosen instead.(again) Oh and Banjo and Kazooie. I love them.

Guys from everything I heard Australia is a horrible place for games. They ban several or just don't release them because of the horrible ratings system. Many of you complain about having to import amiibo right? Well in Australia they have to import games too. Not because they're not released(though that's part) but because they're so expensive down under it's cheaper to import from Europe...at least that's what I hear.

You're cool Damo(that's not sarcasm I seriously love this quote). That said, just yesterday I was playing Burst in the break room at work, so I think I'm officially a boss. Admittedly I know no one is paying attention to what I'm playing, not that I'd care all that much if they were. I'm not the only one with such blatant lack of shame though. In at least two college classes I took teachers recieved complaints from students that the students in the rows in front of them were watching porn, and some guy I saw myself in the row in front of me had a wallpaper of a girl in nothing but underwear. Don't get the wrong idea either. This isn't a problem with men. If I had cared I could have sued several girls for sexual harassment back in high school, and even junior high for physically touching me in public without my consent.(Yes, I mean touching in a sexual way and in most cases I barely spoke to them.) Anyway, no I don't feel awkward about it. Pfft.

Doesn't seem likely NA would suddenly start caring but since everyone is saying it I'll assume it's correct...Then again Siliconera, the main reason I'd give it any credence,(the 180 not the neogaf post about Xseed being mad) has been going downhill...or off a cliff. I don't think they messed up this time though, even though they suck these days. They(Siliconera) definitely have an in with Xseed but I wouldn't be surprised if one of those guys assumed something that wasn't directly told to them. I'm still assuming it's correct though.

I am sooooooooo friggin' tired of getting games later than the UK, while people just blindly accept it. I am the only one on this entire article to even notice that a November 20 release date for both America and the UK means that we actually have to wait several hours longer than them. For me it's six...SIX! Are you friggin' kiddin' me? This is the same crap they pulled with X and Y. I bet I had to wait twelve hours longer than Japan, then I wasn't willing to go to a midnight launch so I didn't get it until almost twelve P:M. That's nearly 24 hours! A whole day later than Japan! What is wrong with Nintendo's release schedules like seriously!? Shouldn't we get it November 19th to make it more even? See how the Europeans like waiting hours when you just want to play the game the same time as everyone else.

Pfft. I bet some of you thought I was serious. I bet some of you still do. I can never tell myself.

I never used it. Hopefully it's deletion will stop that video-player-related glitch where it says you have unecessary data, or it tells you you already have some of the content downloaded when you try to download a player. Then again that was half solved when I switched internet providers. Only half though. It's still definitely bugged I'm just glad I learned how to fix it.

The closest was one guy saying he should at least know the basics if you're the head of the company, which he should because they acted like he knew how to play and he claims he plays the games. Maybe the head of the NOA doesn't need to know how to play, but someone who claims they know how to play should be able to.

Actually I take it back. He said he sucks then he said he'd practice for a year and come back and win...but he didn't practice. He claimed Link's name meant that he was the players Link to the game world, but Shigeru Miyamoto stated in an interview that they chose the name because him being a Link between past and future. The original concept was to have the player travel between medieval and futuristic settings. He(Aounuma) shouldn't have been so daft, trying to make people feel special, because now that's what they expect.
