Going to have to pick these up, although rare, having 3-4 joycons plus my Pro Controller will be needed, I also love yellow

I will be passing on both, there are multiple games coming out I am highly interested in, neither of these are in that catagory

Hopefully we see a physical release down the line

Love how indie friendly the Switch is but going to have to pass on this one, looks to browser-flash game to me

Have not tried it yet, however it is number 2 on my games list to pick up. Originally was not even on my radar but between Twitter, this site and Gamespot very interested in it

Quite impressive

I know the OS has gotten a lot of flak due to it being barebones....I personally like it, and the speed I can hop back into games when I come back from it being in sleep mode is unreal.

I'm a Linux sysadmin and I'm still not sure how they pulled that off.

Free DLC is always good, game should have had more content when it released, but as a Bomberman fan I still enjoy it

This was not even on my radar initially but after reading reviews and watching some clips it will be the next game I pick up. Wish it had a physical release though.

I am going to be picking up the Samsung Exo+ 256GB, between that and buying carts whenever possible I don't anticipate running out of space

Based on reviews, I will most likely pick this up eventually, although it is further down on my list

Hopefully more games being released get physical versions available, I'll buy digital versions if that is all that is available but much prefer physical even if it costs more

@Anti-Matter I was able to scoop one up last week. LOVE it. Gamestop 45 minutes from my house got five in a day earlier. Got there and they we're selling the 4th one. Needless to say I was, and am, quite pleased.

That's pretty close all things considered. Add in the portability and I would say the Switch version is superior.

@SLIGEACH_EIRE Not so sure about that. Last Nintendo console I bought was the N64 in High School.

I think it might, I would guess around 12 million+. I know I have picked one up, as have two co-workers. My wife is also planning on grabbing one later this year. None of us had purchase a 360/ps3, or an x1/ps4, and I doubt we are the only one's in that category.

Good Article. I would agree as well. I switched from console gaming (PS2 was the last console I bought in the early 00's) to PC gaming and haven't looked back since. The Switch has caught my attention like no other system has, and after watching my wife play BOTW on her WiiU, I decided I was making the "Switch". I was actually able to score the last one in stock at a rural Gamespot 45 min away from my house so I am a pretty happy camper

I hope they stick with the new format, but if this is the quality bar going forward I will be happy regardless

@BenAV Agreed. I would rather have ten devs producing quality, like Nintendo, Team Cherry, CD Projekt Red, etc then someone like EA which couldn't produce an interesting title if their business depended on it

@JaxonH Agreed. I would place a monetary bet after seeing the sales numbers and increased production ordered by Nin that several of the bigger studios have started looking into developing bigger titles for the Switch. Their not charities, they want to make money, and their not going to neglect that many potential customers.

@zionich I am in the same boat. I work in IT, add in a web TV only porgram I watch and 6 hours or so a week of studying for certs and the last thing I want to do is game in front of a PC. Being able to game on my TV or switch, no pun intended, to another room is huge for me.

Now that's a white pill..........with the recent reports about Nint doubling production me thinks we might see RE on it, hopefully at any rate

On the surface this definitely seems troubling, but then I stepped back and stopped thinking if this was a huge deal or not. As other's have sad, quality, not quantity. I am currently a PC Gamer but strongly leaning towards picking up the switch and making that my primary system. The vast majority of games produced are not worth the time, so as long as quality games comes to the Switch I don't believe this is a serious issue

I don't personally care about OW but a port on the Switch would be a big pickup so hope Bliz is watching the sales numbers and makes the right choice.

Excellent. I think the only thing that can bring things down at this point is lack of stock. Hopefully Nintendo is taking the necessary steps to flood the market with new consoles.

Nintendo actually physically selling games is one of the appeals of the Switch for myself

Watching the wife play this on the WiiU, very impressed by Nintendo

As with anything, have been doing my research and comparing things. I have decided to migrate from PC Gaming to the Switch at the end of the month.
-I work in IT, so really don't want to be on a PC if not at work
-Formfactor for me is a big selling point
-Game library has me very excited: Has Been Heroes, Mario Kart 8, BotW, Bomberman R, I am Setsuna, Hollow Knight, Perception, Pankapu, Dungeon of Zaar, Constructor, Dragon Quest XI, Octopath Traveller, Bloodstained
-Hoping for Metroid, Fzero, Kirby and some RE news in the near future as well

@mateq I agree. As a 34 year old with a family, the Switch is the perfect console for me, can enjoy games with my son on the TV, go handheld if the wife is watching one of her shows, and switch back to the TV for some Zelda. Win-win.

It's both. Form factor for this is a huge selling point for me, and Nintendo got it right on this one.
