Hopefully this is a precursor to VC on the Switch.

The Switch is doing incredibly well, imo, considering it's release in March, contrary to most other console releases.

This image could suggest something about the timeline and the story I don't think anybody's mentioned.
The split image, with the damaged sword on the left, and the new on the right, could suggest that Link and Zelda are actually in different times, but somehow merge in order to save the kingdom.

It's highly unlikely any of these new partners are working on any AAA games, as otherwise they would've started production much earlier, or never at all.

I really wish Nintendo would release their music online, and on Spotify. Their music is so iconic and amazing, and I would love to be able to listen to it easily on my phone.

I have always loved Nintendo, and to see them fail again would be crushing. I hope the Switch succeeds, and I know I'll be buying it come Christmas!

I was holding out on buying this game for Pokemon Stars on the Switch.

I feel like this game would be awesome co-op, but would have a disappointing single player, like Tri-Force Heroes.

I'm more concerned about the ports.
I wanna be able to play inkings in battle mode without having to repurchase the entire game.

The cartoonish art style certainly reminds me of Wind Waker - which is a wonderful thing. Looks good so far, looking forward to it's release on the Switch.

Frankly, as a fifteen year old kid with divorced parents, the Switch appeals to me on many levels.
Being able to transfer the switch between both houses is a huge plus, rather than just leaving it at one house like I have to with my Wii U. Especially considering additional docks may become purchasable after launch.

I haven't heard anyone yet use your point of character selection taking away to the story, and I actually agree with what you said.
What makes this particularly interesting is the fact the way the mysterious new female character was revealed in this trailer. If a female link was entered into the story as another character, it could be an excellent reason to include her while still maintaining the story. Just imagine Link failing to defeat Ganon, just to be saved in the moment by the true Link, or a past Link, who is female.
An improbability, but intriguing nonetheless.

Regarding the comment section, people just need to treat people like people. I understand your frustration, I get very frustrated when people present blatantly sexist and misogynistic arguments in comments, however, they just needed to be responded to politely, and presented with a reasonable counter-argument, otherwise I'll end up as bad as them.

While Linkle was a step in the right direction, I lost interest quickly due to the silly name (just name her link, dammit!).
Here's hoping to that female character in the trailer being a female link.

That's very nice. I enjoy seeing cooperation between the companies, to at least set an example to the fans to unite rather than hack at each other's throats about the fps.

Throughout the internet, particularly comment sections, users always misinterpret comments as aggressive, thus unnecessary arguments start. Small things like emoticons just help keep the space friendlier, and just tells readers of your passive intentions, if it wasn't obvious already 😉
