Was that Chris Sabat voicing Ganondorf? He has always been my top pick to play him, hopefully he gets a lot of screen time!

I’ve heard people say you can but didn’t see any mention in the review, can you customize the hair color of the main character to something less Pepsi? Like solid blue or maybe a good solid black?

Please let the hair be customizable, that design is in the so bad I can’t play it territory.

For me it will always be Deadly Premonition, sure there are other bad games I like but this one is a glorious turd that I will love for eternity. It isn’t just my favorite bad game, it is one of my top 5 favorite games along with Majora’s Mask, Snake Eater, Hollow Knight and Final Fantasy VI/VII/X(can’t choose).

I really wish they’d get the English voice cast to dub this. Even if they don’t do a raunchy rewrite of it.

You guys talking about generations… I’m not wholly convinced PS5 and Series X are real. I haven’t seen them in person at least. Until the scalper pandemic and chip shortages are gone I’m still saying next gen. I seriously can’t believe so many people caved and bought scalped units…

Inscryption would have been my game of the year if it wasn’t for Metroid Dread. Dying Light would have been a distant 3rd. Great port but it did come out years ago… I’d tried playing it back in the day but it just never grabbed me like it did on Switch.

@Longondo more likely one of your kids broke it and you never noticed. Or you know this is a fake post. If one game can do it any game could.

@Azuris I have no need for a gaming PC though. Between my iPad Pro and a business laptop it just doesn’t make sense with our budget. From what I have seen in just two patches I am very impressed with what they have accomplished, went from garbage to playable yet poor ports that do have some improvements I know I’d enjoy seeing. Playing these on the go is priceless to me. They will continue to improve these games well into next year, may be asking a bit much at this point but maybe they’ll even fix the body horror nightmares that are the San Andreas character models.

I’m definitely buying these games because I love them to much and haven’t played them since PS2. Hopefully within one of these patches they make the draw distance further for the vehicles… it was bad on the PS2, I remember getting mad at a few missions because a vehicle appeared right in front of me while chasing/racing at multiple points… instances like that are unacceptable on current hardware.

If they’d just improve the draw distance on the incoming vehicles I’d be happy with the collection. The last update cleaned up a few things, not the draw distance though…

Someone needs to make a Forrest Gump style movie trying to explain the workings of his uhhh… “mind”. I’m sure there are a lot of great quotes that could be peppered through out the film, he grew up in the town I am currently living in(Batesville, MS) which is a stones throw from the birthplace of Blues music(Clarksdale/Tutwiler), maybe they can spin a BS story out of that with a good bit of actual history in it and make millions. Hell they can cast Tom Hanks as the CEO of Atari towards the end of the film. Could be one of the greats.

Steam Deck sounds to much like something you’d find in a horrific section of an adult website. I don’t think Nintendo has anything to worry about. I’ll get the OLED Switch over that double entendre any day.

I feel like we’ll get a lot of sequels next year along with the Super Nintendo Switch. The instant I saw another cloud game announced I knew we wouldn’t see an updated switch.

They need to release the VR version of RE4 on the Switch! Turn off the VR I bet it would be a great FPS.

If I had started playing this game on the Switch I probably wouldn’t know better but if you jump from the XBOneX version to this one... even after all of the patches(can’t speak for this one yet though) there is an undeniable hit to button response and frame rate that is hard to put up with. Pretty much the only Switch port where I had the feeling that I’d rather play it on the beefier console.

I want to know how Deadly Premonition 2 sold. Great game, still tickled to death we got a sequel. I hope it becomes a regular franchise!

Bought it for Wii U, not paying full $60 for it again.

After making my way through Deadly Premonition 2 I feel like I have handle any and all frame rate issues if the game itself is good.

I have a 300mbps connection and the Control demo I played last night was pretty bad. I am fortunate to have a One X to play these taxing titles on because the frame rate was jumpy and the lag was making aiming and platforming near impossible. They need to focus on streaming older generation games.

I remember watching his videos on Game Trailers website and thinking he was a moron. Always hates to see Nintendo do well, must really irritate him that they are at the top of the market now.

Isn’t this pretty much equivalent to authors going after individuals that post fan fiction?

The way Switch is selling it will break a million by Christmas.

In the updates since launch have they fixed the draw distance on the grass? That is the only real problem I have with the game. Just looks odd.

Makes perfect sense to me. We all have seen Mr.Resetti a bunch and a lot of the times it was from exploits. I dialed back the clock many many times to farm bells. This is a sure fire way to make gameplay fair. No multiple accounts trading into each other from one Switch. Smart on Nintendo’s part of this is going to be a very social online game.

BotW trees look a lot better than that.

Resident Evil 2 will always be my favorite. Saved up to the last penny to buy it on N64, I completed that game multiple times. I did the same with RE4 but the game feels like a different franchise. Great but not what I think of when I want to play a real Resident Evil game. Code Veronica is better than 4 to me.

Fortnight is an awful game, back in my day I saw friends lose days to Halo and CoD but this Fortnight epidemic is so much worse. Kids can’t function. They are failing classes because the game is on their phones now. It is like that episode of Star Trek where everyone is addicted to a game and nothing gets done. The show predicted Fortnight Lol

I have never been more excited for a video game, this was the best non-Nintendo game of the last generation and it seems Nintendo noticed. If it second game exclusive? I am so happy!

I love the demo. So far I haven’t made it past where I got on PS4 before I decided to wait for the Switch version. It amazes me how close the two look alike. My only real dislike is the FPS seems do take a massive dip when you go indoors. That or the character and camera move slower, either way it feels awkward. If the PS4 version did that I guess I didn’t notice.
