I did like yall's reviews at one point but these days to get to them I have to scroll past 5 or 6 articles like "Watch Dogs U Canceled?!", "What Nintendo Should Do", "What the Direct Says for..." and now "Tropical Freeze only sells blah blah blah"
Seriously it is annoying. I bet the traffickers that are fan boys to your sister Sony and MS sites just eat up all of this negativity and don't even look past the negativity when considering getting a Wii U. Wii U's biggest enemy right now is all of the negative press it has been getting so good job Nintendo Life, sure you think you have had good intentions but really you are just part of the bigger problem of trolling media.

The drought is across all platforms. At least Nintendo has Donkey Kong, Bravely Default and Kirby to tide us over a bit. As far as I can see Sony only has a Final Fantasy X remake for Vita that catches my interest until Uncharted 4 or Phantom Pain comes out. How is that better? And XBone isn't worthy of a mention. Nothing about that console is attractive gaming wise as of now...

Edit:I forgot about Kingdom Hearts 3. Sill useless until 2016 most likely lol

What games are making the other console money that aren't first and third person shooters? Btw I count Skyrim amongst those types of games, instead of modern weapons you have bows and magic lol

If you look at it this way the Wii U is the only console made for the hard core gamer, casuals that prefer the all in one media hubs and a box that plays fancy first and third person shooters that have yearly updates look elsewhere when they want a gaming experence. Knowing this these sales are expected, the figures look very late 90's/early 00's, these are the core gamers that have always been there and the new generation of gamers that prefer game play over point and shoot death match nonsense.

Nintendo will do fine but the press constantly saying the Wii U needs to go isn't helping. It is a false statment. Wii U is the best console out there, it is the press that needs to go and let Nintendo do their thing. They have a plan and it will work(Nintendo has some killer upcoming Wii U titles planned to add to their already great library that the press oddly ignores...), interviewers insist on focusing on the bad instead of this year's big releases. This site is one of the worst when it comes to doom and gloom articles too. Should be ashamed but I guess they are busy playing... what? Kill Zone in the PS4? Talk about awful library... I am shocked the thing has some as much as it has. Sadly gamers care about graphics over innovation these days I guess

@Mahe the game pad is great... The Kinetic is and always has been awful lol
All PS4 did was add a pointless touch thing, a goofy light and a speaker which they stole from Nintendo in how it works with games. Also I still can't get over how cheap they feel every time I pick it up. Same with the XBone controller, I guess after getting used to a luxury like the Game pad everything feels cheap. I still think the PS3> PS4 in the controller department though...

EA is an awful company with a sense of self importance. .. who do they think has the time to play their games? KIDS! Consoles are toys and kids play them when their parents are off doing adult things. The last battlefield game I played (bad company 2) there were more kids on the Multiplayer than adults or even older teenagers... they clearly need to be boycotted for a year. That'll teach'em lol

First game of the series I could get into with Casual mode. Don't have time for multiple play through and replaying to save fallen characters. Casual made it accessible to the average gamer so it sold like hot cakes! Love it!

The way you worded that made it sounds like the Wii version of the game is the better version performance wise on the hardware not on sales lol

@Gerbwmu Now we just need developers to start taking advantage of the hard drives and having an install option. AC4 would be the best last gen version avaliable if it had the option. I wish they had tried porting the new gen version... I think the Wii U could handle it.

@SKYW4LK3R really it is my only problem with the console. I'd of paied extra for a 500 gigger if they had it. The external that gamestop provides is only around 320 gigs and is WAY over priced. Nintendo really does need to provide a list of good compatibal and cheap externals if they choose to continue with the low gig consoles.

What do you think reviews are? They sell the people on the product. This site has a lot of great writers and they seem to waste it on sales articles from what I have seen here lately. I do love the site but for every good article there is another Nintendo sales fall again article. Just seems backward to me. Guess that's why I dont run a game site... I'd be one biased but positive s.o.b. lol

Lol propaganda? It's called getting the word out about Nintendo's great system. If you want doom and gloom Nintendo articles go to Gamesradar or Game Informer.

Why is a Nintendo centered site posting negative sales articles instead of trying to sell people on the fantastic console and its software Nintendo has given us? Do your job? Convince the public to what Nintendo is struggling with, show us with your journalistic skills how to properly build up popularity for a fantastic system. Do articles on how Wind Waker HD, Mario 3D World and A Link Between Worlds are the highest rated games of the holidays and how everyone that claims to be a gamer needs to experence those fine titles...

@Marshi The thing is the bad textures pop up consistently through out the campaign and it is very distracting. The gameplay sadly is exactly as it has been since COD4. Why they haven't brought back Wager Matches in multiplayer is beyond me, that was a fun step in a new direction. The campaign? Am I the only one that finds them to overly dramatic. War isn't about slow-mo, big explosions and bad acting, it is about the life of you and your team, the mission and staying sane. Treyarch gets that to a point(still overly dramatic but they know how to put in a illusion that your life and sanity is on a dangerline) but IW makes it pan out like some Saturday morning cartoon, the characters feel bloody invincible. Over all it all just feels silly in the end.

@Marshi It can be seen, I posted a lot of ugly textures to Miiverse and I hope more people do the same so a patch is made. Textures on some character models, environments and random objects like monitors and junk piles of trash and old TVs look lifted straight from an N64 title. I was thinking they were that bad across all currently avaliable platforms but DF showed that to be wrong sadly. This is simply an awful port. Assassins Creed Black Flag look superior on Wii U(most textures look lifted from PS4 version), just lacking a few next-gen effects like Rain hitting the ship deck, water spilling onto the deck and running off which ever way the ship is tilted and moving foliage when sneaking in the grassy areas. The game is a beaut.

WiiU's Mii creator is loads more detailed than 3DS' s and the original Wii's.

I got it for PS3 and for one hate the mini map given in the game... if I could have a USEFUL map on the game pad at all times to look at so I could glance down to know where to go instead of having to have my eyes glued to the bottom corner of the screen maybe I'd be able to enjoy the games world... which would look FANTASTIC on the Wii U due to it being more powerful and able to play the game with more detail. And after playing NFS on the system I think the controls would be loads better too. We already know shooters are great on it.
