@Mgene15 Those games are all good but, I could basically say the same about the Switch. Fire Emblem, Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3, DaemonXMachina, Astral Chain, Zelda Link's Awakening Remake, Luigi's Mansion 3, Animal Crossing, Bayonetta 3, Metroid Prime 4 and rumored Trilogy. If you haven't played Xenoblade 2, Zelda or Mario Odyssey then you have 3 more gems to hit from the backlog. So where as the PS4 has good games out now and more coming down the pipeline, so does the Switch.

Meh. Just another reason to not buy this filth.

With the way this Microsoft relationship, Nintendo has, is going; I almost wouldn't be surprised to see a Trilogy of the first 3 Halo games release on the Switch. I think it would sell well and go over alot better than some people might think it would.

@FragRed Dude it's crazy. Cinemassacre is bigger than ever. AVGN had Macauly Culkin in an episode about the Home Alone games this past Christmas. James was also just on Macauly's podcast. Pizza and Bunny Ears.

@onex I know you didn't ask me but, it's an action-adventure. Totally unique in it's own right of course but, you could liken it to Zelda, The Elder Scrolls or The Witcher.

Dragon's Dogma and FF12 for me. Both games I've wanted to play but never got a chance too. I gotta get em both beat before Fire Emblem drops. Then that one before Astral Chain. Not to mention time in there to play Wolfenstein: Youngblood, Bulletstorm and Ultimate Alliance 3! It's such a good time to be a gamer.

Excellent. I was gonna be slightly disappointed otherwise. I'm sure it would be good either way but with what Panic Button has already accomplished on the Switch, I'm sure this game will launch in great shape and only improve from there. I loved DOOM and Wolf2 so I'm stoked for this one. It's crazy how just all of a sudden it was announced, BOOM Youngblood confirmed for Switch, July 26th! What! Panic Button's doing it! What! I'm surprised they didn't announce this sooner.

I like some of the Alex Kidd games but don't really have any nostalgia for them. I do wish the Sega Ages line would release games a little faster. There are so many good games it feels like are going to take forever to get to at this pace.

Cool. I'll check it out. I heard a rumor that a bunch of third party Switch titles were about to be announced. Hopefully this is the beginning of that.

It's a nipple, who cares. I would rather my child see a naked body than a mamed destroyed bloody corpse anyways. Censoring basic anatomy seems like overkill.

Look, in the gaming world, companies come and go. Nintendo's been going strong as a gaming company for nearly 40 years because of one thing, their IP's. Google will NEVER have Mario, Zelda, Smash, Kart etc. So it's really a moot point. Maybe 40 years from now if Google is still in the gaming world then we can start to talk about their place in the industry.

I was hoping for the announcement of a new Switch game in the series.

I keep seeing this game and wondering about how good it may be. It looked nice from the screens but it sounds like it turned out pretty good. I need to watch some gameplay to decide but I may bite.

This makes me oh so happy to hear. I love Streets of Rage and can't wait for this entry. If everything goes well, I'm actually hoping for a new trilogy.

How is making a DMC5 port at all contingent on Dragon's Dogma? Makes absolutely no sense at all.

Man, people talk about frame rate problems. This game was the poster child for such. I, personally, gave it a 4.5 out of 10. Great concept, absolutely abysmal execution.

It's absolutely imperative to have an escape for a while to relax, unwind and enjoy a good adventure. But if that becomes a retreat that supersedes the priorities in your life then you really gotta take a step back and reevaluate. This problem is very real for gamers in their teens.

I can't wait to have the Baldur's Gate games on the Switch. I've been wishing for it for over a year but, I never thought it would happen.

This is in no offense to anyone because I know AC has alot of fans but, I just don't get it. I've played a couple of Animal Crossing titles and just couldn't find the hook. However I feel like I could have been missing something. I've never really liked "Sim" games much. So is there more to AC than that and I'm just missing it? If anyone feels or used to feel the same way and are now a fan of AC could you please shed some light on the subject for me. I feel like I may be missing out.

@Zuljaras Wonder Boy and the Dragon's Trap did the same thing to great effect. I really enjoy the extra love developers put into these rereleases.

I'm a pretty big retro head and I know about alot of different games spanning across many systems/years but, I've never even heard of this game. I had a Snes and a Genny and rented and owned loads of games but I can't recall ever seeing this one. I'll have to look into it a bit.

@Regpuppy Yeah there was a 100 vs 100 Warzone Mode. It kind of reminded me of a precursor to the "Royale" games. On one of the Warhammer games on PC you could also do a pretty big war. I can't remember the numbers though.

Though I would never want to discourage Id/Bethesda from bringing Rage 2 over to the Switch but, if they do I really hope they consider porting the first Rage too. I feel the same way about Wolfenstein 2. I own and thought it was wonderful but, I really wish I had the first Wolf sitting next to it on the shelf. Plus, I've heard Wolf 1 was a better game.

Well darn. "Card" games just aren't for me. "Deck building" is just so blah. Props to those happy about this announcement though. I'm sure the game will do well.

Still playing Y's VIII though I think I'm nearing the end of the journey. MK8Deluxe is always in the rotation. Tales of Vesperia is next but I'm not sure if I will start it this weekend or not.

Say whaaaaat! I've wanted a DBZ ARPG for as long as I can remember. There was that beat em up that came out on Gamecube but, ultimately it wasn't very good. Just ok. I'm really stoked to see this one.

@Gravitron I've had mine since February and they both work great. Never experienced any drift.

I only have grey but wish I could get a pair that's blue and green without buying 2 sets of joy cons.
