Never got rid of it but I traded my N64 stuff at one point and biggest regret because I had everything mint with box and book and wish I never traded it in. So from then on I have never traded anything and was even more glad I didn't trade/sell my Lunar Sega CD.

I won't download it because I'm never going to buy this travesty! I had the physical edition pre-ordered but as soon as the game launched and all the bugs and issues being reported, Rockstar has now lost me as a customer forever! I won't buy this and I won't be buying any other rockstar games ever.
This was just absolutely unacceptable and there are so many other great games and too little time so this helps me narrow down my list by never buying and worrying about another rockstar game from this point on.

It's not worth the value (well lack of value) for that price. I'd be much happier buyi g those games at $10 each and not having to shell out $50/year to play them. It adds up quickly year after year. I'd have been fine with a $10 increase for single and $20 increase for family but to more than double (25 and 45 respectively up to 64 and 100) is absurd.
I'll buy the ACNH dlc and stick to the low tier and I'll dust off my N64 and games instead of paying this. Unless I can find 6 more people to join the family membership then I'll pay at 12.50 each but not $50 each.

I'm sorry but where do you get $7/mth? Family is $80 USD/$100 CDN so divided by 4 that's $20/$25 depending on currency. If you have 4 or more people then sure I can swallow that price but family is only 2 of us here so basically family price still equals the single price each and for the little bit that they offer, it's not even close to being worth a slightly more than double the price now.

PS and XBox are on such a higher tier of quality and value for your money. Xbox I think is monthly now but PS Plus last I had it (couple years now) it was a yearly same with Xbox but Xbox changed when Game Pass Ultimate came around which is a far better value so worth the monthly cost.
Those both offer much better games thrown at you free per month (Xbox you keep the games even if you end your subscription) and PS Plus only while subscribed but both also then offer discounts on their respective game shops and a far better online experience. Also, Xbox Game Pass Ultimate let's me stream Xbox games on my PC and phone and play a huge selection of great games included with that price (Doom, Halo, Forza, MS Flight Sim, etc...) so it makes this plan by Nintendo a huge and total rip off!

Excessively shiny things like this look tacky and cheesy so this, imho, is pretty darn fugly. It's cool and all in the sense it's rare and is a NGC that can watch dvd's (for its time) but I loved the Gamecube because it was just built for gaming which is what I want a gaming console for.

I just assumed it was a Japan/Asia release only but that link shows exact locales it launched in. I wish they would do more physical releases for us in North America though, ridiculous how we get shafted so much for Switch releases.
@Friendly FF VII & FF VIII were never released on physical in the west. Had to import and still is the case but the import copies have English on them so correct me if I am wrong but when and where did they officially release those with a physical copy here in the west?
FF XIV is the same as above, can import it or find from sellers on Amazon that imported copies to resell here which is how I got them all (7 & 8 Twin Pack, and 9).
Crystal Chronicles doesn't have a physical release here either. It seems after X/X-2 and XII that they decided to screw over their western customer base and not release physical.
It seems we miss out on a crap ton of physical games in general and it's really starting to irritate the F*** out of me. These companies need to give us physical copies and if they don't then I don't buy.
Nice to see the numbers. I expected the fps was 30 fps in handheld during my time with the demo (in handheld only so far) and never noticed any dips and game looks great too.
I was already excited for this game and now even more so. March can't come soon enough!
@Baker1000 I think that was the point to show off the Switch version compared to PS5. With the lack of power on the Switch this game still looks good on the Switch.
Of course nobody would ever expect it to rival PS5 graphically but this still looks impressive on the Switch and very playable.
Already have it on pc and love it and would be more than happy to double dip and play it again on Switch but not until they release a proper physical version (not some half-a** BS like 2K did with Borderlands, Xcom and Bioshock requiring almost the entire games still being downloaded).
Release full physical with entire game on cart and I will buy even at full price but not until then.

At this price Nintendo needs to up the online multiplayer BIG TIME and add much more value otherwise $64/$100 CAD for single/family so I'm sorry Nintendo but go ***** yourselves!

I'll buy an emulator on my phone for $5 and play there instead if I really want to.
I'd pay at most $20 more per year for the family plan (and that's still too much imo) but going from 44.99 (IIRC) to 99.99 just for this is insanity and nowhere near worth the price unless they start including dlc for all first party games.
If they think they can compete with ps plus or xbox then they are sorely mistaken with the little they offer for such a steep price. Keep pushing customers away Nintendo, because I've always been a big supporter even though you do some stupid things but this is pushing it and I'm about ready to walk away, especially once my Steam Deck arrives.

Excessively shiny things like this look tacky and cheesy so this, imho, is pretty darn fugly. It's cool and all in the sense it's rare and is a NGC that can watch dvd's (for its time) but I loved the Gamecube because it was just built for gaming which is what I want a gaming console for.

@sanderev ya but it's $2000 is just the screen, then $1000 for the controllers and another $1000 for the consoles body. So we're looking at $4000 all in which sounds about right for crApple lol.

@GamingDude800 that they are! I've imported twice and I won't do it again because of the import taxes are ridiculous. I just find it unfair and not even logical to screw us Switch gamers constantly like this since XBONE and PS4 both had these versions released here in NA so why not the Switch too?
These companies piss me off sometimes. I only buy physical if at all possible so I've bought a lot of games from LRG for example, I'll buy this regular version if we get at least that in physical but I'd have bought the cheaper edition of these 2 if we got them.

@Friendly Ah yep that would be it. I ordered it on Play-Asia when I found a few other games at the same time to consolidate shipping costs but have seen it on Amazon from other sellers who import to resell.
I just assumed it was a Japan/Asia release only but that link shows exact locales it launched in. I wish they would do more physical releases for us in North America though, ridiculous how we get shafted so much for Switch releases.

@Friendly FF VII & FF VIII were never released on physical in the west. Had to import and still is the case but the import copies have English on them so correct me if I am wrong but when and where did they officially release those with a physical copy here in the west?
FF XIV is the same as above, can import it or find from sellers on Amazon that imported copies to resell here which is how I got them all (7 & 8 Twin Pack, and 9).
Crystal Chronicles doesn't have a physical release here either. It seems after X/X-2 and XII that they decided to screw over their western customer base and not release physical.
It seems we miss out on a crap ton of physical games in general and it's really starting to irritate the F*** out of me. These companies need to give us physical copies and if they don't then I don't buy.

Nice to see the numbers. I expected the fps was 30 fps in handheld during my time with the demo (in handheld only so far) and never noticed any dips and game looks great too.
I was already excited for this game and now even more so. March can't come soon enough!

@Baker1000 I think that was the point to show off the Switch version compared to PS5. With the lack of power on the Switch this game still looks good on the Switch.
Of course nobody would ever expect it to rival PS5 graphically but this still looks impressive on the Switch and very playable.

Already have it on pc and love it and would be more than happy to double dip and play it again on Switch but not until they release a proper physical version (not some half-a** BS like 2K did with Borderlands, Xcom and Bioshock requiring almost the entire games still being downloaded).
Release full physical with entire game on cart and I will buy even at full price but not until then.

I'm sick of games NOT getting physical copies or only Asia and Europe getting physical copies and North America getting screwed. If this has physical on other consoles why not Switch as well? Just means companies won't be getting my money!
Another example of games I passed on would be Borderlands, Xcom and Bioshock collections for Switch being on tiny cards still requiring almost full size massive downloads so I won't buy any of those either because that is also a BS move. I'll buy indie games digital or some if they get released by Limited Run Games but major games from big developers need to release physical or F*** OFF!
