I saw this on the eShop and assumed it was some sort of awful shovelware. They're doing no favours with how the listing looks! Might be worth a look if there's a price drop.
I’m thinking the same as above. We already have Galaxy in the 3D All stars. If this version is enhanced over that one then buying again might be necessary.
Would have been ideal if the Switch2 had been designed with 2x cards slots. One could've been compatible with 'old' cards and people could've ported their Switch1 collections seamlessly (some of us had 1Tb cards in Switch 1s) - if the speed was good enough for Switch 1 games on Switch 1 then that's good enough. Second slots for the new EX cards for Switch 2 games.
Invitation from Nintendo arrived by mail just as I landed at Reykjavik airport. Bit of a mad scramble to get through the virtual queue (was quite easy in the end) while I was still on the tarmac and had some 5G.
Looks like it's more than the three criteria in the UK. I've had paid NSO uninterrupted since it started. Have 100s of hours of playtime and opt-in to emails. No invite for me.
I was sceptical on the portal being LCD having just bought an iPad Pro with a lovely OLED screen but was enormously impressed with what a good LCD it is.
Wonder if this is happening across the board? I use a South African account with a credit card and a Mexican account with PayPal as content on those stores is often cheaper than UK.
This is great! I'm a huge fan of Ridge Racer and RR64 is the only iteration of the franchise that I don't have a physical version of and even if I did I don't have the hardware anymore to play it.
Great, yet another awful freemium type Star Trek game. For such an amazing franchise it’s baffling that all the games that come for it are awful mobile pay to win shovelware.
Definitely bots in the 1st attempt. I won bowling at a canter on my 1st online attempt and every other payer was at 50 something score. Totally different experience 2nd time round,

Re: Metroid Prime 4's "Combined Sales" Have Surpassed One Million, Nintendo Confirms
It's a decent enough game but the archaic save system and silly difficulty spikes are a problem
Re: More Switch Games Have Received Switch 2 Compatibility Updates
@AG_Awesome graphically messed up sky on Switch 2. Makes it horrible to play
Re: More Switch Games Have Received Switch 2 Compatibility Updates
Kingdoms of Amular Re-reckoning still needs fixing.
Re: Rumour: Nintendo Patent Supposedly Points To Return Of DS Games
Something like the FlipGrip would be perfect for this.

Re: Nintendo Direct September 2025: Every Announcement, Game Reveal, Trailer
Still no Twilight Princess 😥
Re: The Next 3D Arcade Archives Release Is Available Today On Switch And Switch 2
These are just too expensive now for whim purchases.

Re: Rumour: Major Third-Party Devs Reportedly Sitting On Multiple Switch 2 Announcements
@Sambuc but without analog triggers it'd be sub-optimal to control sadly.
Re: Poll: Box Art Brawl - Duel: 1080° Avalanche
Japanese version is so much classier.
Re: Here's Why Switch 2 Joy-Con And Pro Controllers Don't Have Analogue Triggers
This is disappointing but expected. Luckily I have PS5 for all my “proper” car racing game needs.

Re: Where To Pre-Order Nintendo Switch 2
@kevmauldin preorder invite emails in the UK been going out since yesterday.
Re: Where To Pre-Order Nintendo Switch 2
@Jhena same. Have had NSO for 5 years uninterrupted. Plenty of play time and adopted into emails. No love for me either.

Re: Where To Pre-Order Nintendo Switch 2
No invite for me here in the UK and I meet all 3 criteria. The GC controller’s going to be annoyingly so hard to get hold of.

Re: Review: Hot Lap Racing (Switch) - An Enjoyable "Simcade" Racer That Still Falls Between Stools
'Proper' racing games just don't work on Switch. Not having analog triggers was (possibly the only) mistake when designing the Switch.
Re: Soapbox: 'Switch 2' Is Nintendo's Chance To Adopt The PC Feature It's Desperate To Take For A Spin
It’s a good idea but analogue triggers first please.
Re: LEGO Animal Crossing Launches March 2024, Five Sets Announced

Re: NASCAR Gets Arcade-Style Twist In New Racing Game, Coming To Switch This Year
@Manxman64 I’ve never mastered that right stick throttle / brake thing. As they’re two separate pedals my brain refuses to map them to a single stick.
Re: Poll: What Did You Think Of Today's Nintendo Direct?
Still no remasters of Twilight Princess and/or Wind Waker.
Re: NASCAR Gets Arcade-Style Twist In New Racing Game, Coming To Switch This Year
lack of analogue triggers kills racing games on Switch. Unless this is sufficiently 'arcadeified'
Re: Nintendo Reconfirms Release Windows For Upcoming Switch Games, And It's Slim Pickings
Surely a Twilight Princess / Wind Waker remastered would be an easy money spinner. On the back of Tears of the Kingdom it would market itself.

Re: Classic Puzzler 'Qix' Comes To Switch This Week
@DashKappei as a kid who grew up in a seaside town in the 80s with lots of arcades I played a lot of Amidar.
