Re: Wii U System Update 5.1.1 is Now Available

When I'm cleaning my gamepad while switching it on (so I dunno exactly how to replicate this bug again but it happened 4 times already with the last one being last night), sometimes the left stick gets stuck (on the system not on the gamepad itself) and the hand cursor on the screen keeps going up. I can scroll down but when I let go of the left stick, it goes up again. I'll need to put off and on the console again to fix it.

@Spuratis
Nice! I've stopped buying games on Steam for a while. I don't feel like playing some indie games on PC. I think some of them feel right playing on consoles. Plus I wanna support the Wii U. thanks for the info. I how they bring it to the Wii U soon!

Omfg I've played Kid Dracula a lot on famicom! I dunno if it's the same on the game boy. I've never finished the last stages because I couldn't understand Japanese. Although my older brother did a lot of times because he knew the sequences to the answers on the Q&A part.

Did they ever released it on NA or EU? Must play it again!

Edit:
Well it's not exactly the same as the Famicom according to Corbie's review.

Re: Poll: Is Online Co-Op a Major Miss in Hyrule Warriors, or is Local Multiplayer Enough?

I will get this game for half the price or if Nintendo offer to give WWHD for free if you purchase it within a month at launch. I'm hoping the Direct will change my mind and convince me to buy it regardless.

While it is really a missed opportunity of not including online coop on Hyrule Warriors, you have to understand that it will take more time to develop such feature for a game designed to be a local co-op in the first place. It could have been delayed until next year. Anyway, I facepalmed on those people who thought Super Mario 3D World would have worked with online coop (lengthy explanation so don't ask).

Re: Talking Point: Deconstructing Nintendo's Retail Releases of Wii U eShop Titles

There are console owners (parents mostly who bought it for their kids) out there that don't bother or don't even want to know the technical know-how on how to expand the storage space of the Wii U or use the eShop. It was really a bad decision releasing the console with only little storage capacity. That 8gig basic model is an abomination. They should discontinue it already and release only the 32 gig and higher. Nintendo is trying to cater on those kind of users by releasing retail versions of originally download-only titles. Plus Nintendo is trying to fill those "empty spaces" on the shelves of game stores. That's what I think.

Edit:
Also as mentioned by others, it's more like an awareness campaign to show these games exist. (As I mentioned earlier, some users may not even bother to access the eShop).

Okay, that looks awesome. I will try to find MH3 on the Wii U but for no more than 20 euros. I never liked the demo but I've been reading a lot of comments that it is addictingly fun.

This game, W101, Trine2, Sonic The Lost World, Rayman demos and others have turned me off from buying those games. LOL. I will never download eShop demos from now on. They've turned me away instead of luring me:)
