Great - they are finally acknowledging that those are poopitypoopoop games - next they will issue refunds and apologies. Then they are going to make a Good Sonic game for once, where you can actually run fast and have fun!!

@ikki5 you go to the wrong store then - they have it used for $40 at a local record store around here - and GS sells it for $60 - if you're paying more than $60 - then you're doing it wrong.

This idea is genius - they should figure out a way to make more of these Indie Mario Levels happen - given there are no slants/slopes in Mario Maker - this might give me a reason to get it!

I don't buy Nerfed for the West games - I was pumped about this - I love the demo - but if I love the game, then I'm just gonna wish I played the real one. (Final Fantasy 4 - I'm looking at YOU)

I guess it doesn't really affect me - but I can imagine as a kid - opening up Star Fox on Xmas and just spending all day playing it - IDK - I think Nintendo sort of whiffed on this one - they pushed Zelda back - maybe off the Wii U entirely - and now this... .I'm bummed. But I guess I'm gonna play Xenoblade CX - I wasn't going to - but I feel sort of bullied into it. I relent - I'll put down Splatoon for a bit when Xenoblade comes out.

@Crimzonlogic I just don't like how they said "Zelda and Star Fox before Christmas!!. And now..... uh.... what exactly is coming out for Christmas? Xenoblade? No thanks.... Yoshi's Woolly World looks good - but not a game changer for the Holidays. They better do a price drop down to $200 or NOBODY is buying a Wii U this Christmas.

Legend of Legacy demo - looks like the closest thing to Chrono series I've seen since!!!! (not enough excitement displayed)

@ryando I'm sorry - I didn't mean for the amiibos - I meant like we have Super Mario World, and Super Mario Bros art themes - I would want Woolly and Yarn and Clay for the level designs.

would it be copyright infringement if someone made SMB3 in its entirety in Super Mario Maker? Cuz that is the only reason I want to buy that game. I just want to play all of the old mario games remade - I own them all in virtual console - but whatever.

@Nego I saw the same thing - there is a bottle neck that happens in the trees - it gets congested - but I guess they'll modify all of them - maybe revamp this one again - who knows?

Thanks for letting us know about the amiibos we won't be able to find anywhere!! I'm pretty much over the amiibo thing - cuz you can't find them. I don't buy into the craze that happens when stock is super low. The GAMES are what I want. If you make amiibos available, I might want more. I have 5 - I don't need any more. I want the Splatoon amiibos, but if they aren't available? Who cares?

@ikki5 the NX was announced in 2014 - the Wii U came out in 2012. What math are you using?

@TheLastLugia Right - and most of those aren't coming out this year - so you aren't up to 9 or 10 - Zelda is next year - SMT x FE is next year - so yeah - you're at maybe 6 games for this year. I said a system shouldn't be announced for 4 years after the last one - for posterity purposes - it doesn't give me confidence that they will support thier next system for an appropriate amount of time. After you anounce the system - there would be two years before it is released. That would bring the grand total to 6 years. Or 2018 for the NX. Wow. The amount of times you've been wrong is astonishing, BTW. Just go away if you don't know what you're talking about.

@Faruko Right - look at what I said - it should be 4 years before the next system is even announced - it only took them 2 years - news was out before christmas this past year. 2 years doesn't equal 4 years.

@Ichiban Right - and if you look at what I said - 4 years before the system is announced. So we shouldn't even be hearing about the console until at least 2016. We started hearing about it at the end of 2014. Just saying - it doesn't make me super confident in their next venture. I'm programmed at this point to buy the next nintendo system - even if they call it the "virtual boy 2" and it looks just like the virtual boy. I'm just voicing my concern.

@TheLastLugia and I love Nintendo - not a hater in the slightest - but there are maybe 4 big Nintendo games coming before the end of the year. Mario Maker. Star Fox. Xenoblade..... Yoshi's Wooly World? Mario Tennis? Ok I've got five... what seven more do you mean?

@vonseux Right - Wii U's are not $1000. I've bought about a hundred and fifty games so far for it - when I bought the Wii U two years ago I didn't expect to be having to buy a new console so soon. Just saying. I hope the next system lasts longer that this one.

@TheLastLugia with the fact that the 11th Dragon Quest game isn't coming out on the Wii U - but 10 is on the Wii U - but can be played on the NX - that means Nintendo didn't push for Squenix to put it out on the Wii U. With the game coming out fairly soon - the main reason to not put it on the Wii U would be information regarding Nintendo's commitment. Of course they are different companies - but news like this is writing on the wall.
