Re: Feature: 30 Weird And Wonderful Peripherals From Nintendo's History

Not a piece of Nintendo kit, but that absurd steel battalion controller for the original Xbox was one of the most ridiculous peripherals ever. When they first started showing it online it had me hankering for the early 90s battletech pods I spent way too much time in. Too bad the game was nowhere near as fun!

@cammy the account limitation they should fix for sure. as long as the account is on the console, and you're online, it should allow anybody to play/save games.

@Rayquaza2510 You can change which one is the "primary"' console , so you could set the new lite as the primary (allowing you to play without an internet connection) , and with the old one at home and always online as the secondary, it would be able to play also.

I'm really surprised to see the 5 honestly, because I feel like this site has a tendency to inflate scores. This game was broken in a lot of ways on initial release, and I gave it up because of that, but I've been playing through it on my switch for the past week now and really enjoying it. It's not amazing, but it does enough things well , and I like the battle/progression system. Solid 7 in my opinion.

@NotTelevision

" For example, after killing an animal why does the player need to watch the same boring animation of Arthur skinning the animal?"

Because now the box can advertise 20 extra hours of gameplay if you have to sit through crap like that every time. It's like the FF games that made you watch 3 minute long summon videos every single time you used them.

Re: Check Out The Title Screen Music Of This Mario Kart 64 Prototype

@MrBlacky Muzak is a term for bland inane background music that is completely devoid of any character like the stuff that's always on in hotel lobbys, elevators, etc.

Edit: It's actually a brand name for a company that used to produce it, which I never knew. I guess it just became a generic term like "kleenex" , "xerox" , and to my parents when I was a kid playing genesis - "Nintendo"
