I lost an order of 2 PS3 games from Game seek last week. They're "looking into" giving me a refund.

Never again. I had to put a claim in with Amazon pay.

Edit:. I'd like to say Gameseek have since got the games to me. Any problems they were caused by the post between Ireland and the UK and not Gameseek.

Reading the comments, it's good to see some love for the Wii u. I felt Wii u owners were being ignored and it was all about the Switch port. BOTW is an Wii u game. There's life in the old girl yet.

I haven't noticed any loading issues. It all seemed quite seemless.

I played it for an hour or so on Wii u earlier and I could feel it drawing me in. I can't compare with the Switch version but the visuals looked fantastic to me and the game controlled perfect.

If I was to say something negative I would say I thought the colours lacked definition at times, especially the grass. The frame rate drop is there but it's not a serious issue. It's not ruining the game. The Wii u is being pushed. It's well able to handle it.

I'd say Nintendo would prefer if BOTW was only available on Switch.

Before I even opened the review I thought a 7.
Six is bad. This is one for the bargain bin.

A link to the past is magic. I'm looking forward to BOTW on Wii u. I hope it's the classic we're all expecting. I haven't really read anything on BOTW. I want it to be all new to me.

Japan doesn't like Xbox. M$ can't crack Japan. Whether it's the games or that it's a non Japanese console, I don't know, but it's interesting.

I don't think I'll buy a second Wii u. I do it with the intention of making money in the future. There's no money in it.

Yeah I know. Brand new they might be worth something. Believe it or not I own 4 brand new Wii's, a brand new sealed GameCube and only 2 weeks ago I bought a brand new 500gb ps3 sealed for 115euro. I had 6 brand new Wii's but I sold 2. On top of the 4 new Wii's I have 3 Wii's working in my house and that's on top of all my other consoles PS3, PS4, Xb1 and Wii u.

I am in 2 minds as to buy another Wii u before they're all gone. They could actually be worth a fortune in the future. Big investment though.

Before I read this I was sitting in the sunshine in the back garden when it dawned on me I got my N64 twenty years ago today. It's crazy. I queued all night like a mad yoke

The games industry has changed a lot since then. The video really captured the buzz of the era when N64 was releasing. Basically Nintendo were coming from all the success with the SNES with a new console to take over the games industry. They actually believed it and so did I. Didn't happen.

I remember one particular statement from some Nintendo executive where he thanked Sony and Sega for keeping people interested in video games, but now we're back.

They totally underestimated Sony. Great times. I was never as hyped for a console as I was for the N64. Still an incredible console. It was like winning the lottery when I got it.

Can somebody tell me where I can buy Zelda cheap? Seriously. These prices are absurd.

Has anyone got a lend of 90euro? I need to download the latest Zelda. WHAT?

Indecently Skyward sword is an amazing game and not a "disappointment" like you have said. I hate that word "disappointment" It is so condescending.

I feel the Wii u version won't be on shelves for ever. So there'll be no hanging around waiting to get it cheap. Spending 50 quid for a game is nearly against my nature at this stage. I did it way to often in the past.

Don't blame me, blame CEX.

I might buy it someday. I'm not hyped but I'll be interested in seeing one in the flesh.

The only thing that can sell Switch to me is the games Nintendo make for it. I hope it's a success.

The VC was big news when it was announced for Wii. VC is not one of Switch's selling points like it was for Wii.

It was exciting, now it is not.

€330 is not the rrp. Retailers have converted the UK price into euro's. I firmly believe €300 is what Nintendo intended the European price to be, but because of a ruling in the 90s against Nintendo they can't set the rrp in Europe.

GameStop have a sign up in my town saying €329 rrp. Totally false and misleading.

I don't see Nintendo making anywhere near the mistakes they made with Wii u. The biggest mistake with Wii u was Wii u. It's was an oddball console, that is the reason it failed.

Switch is far more clear proposition. What you see is what you get. Wii u was a confusing mess.

I think you need to get out of the house a bit more. You're not even buying a Switch so what's it to do with you? You are trying to ruin it for all the people who are buying a Switch. Pretty mean spirited if you ask me.

I didn't like Twilight Princess but I plan on replaying it someday to give it another chance and shock horror! I found OOT to be very tedious even though it featured one of gamings most iconic moments when Link entered Hyrule field. I wouldn't even attempt a reply there.

The N64 was released in March as well. I don't know what your musical taste is but I love Prince. Most of Prince's albums in the 80's were released in March.

It's the beginning of the year. the winter is over. It's a good time to release a new product. March is a great month.

The N64 will be 20 years old in Europe on the 1st of March.

1-2 Switch will be marketed as a family game. Nintendo want the Wii generation back. The Switch has a bit of everything in it. Interesting. We'll see Switch sports yet.

I know I have at least one music CD that I bought in 1994 and it's in perfect condition.

You make a very good point. Ya know I recently bought an Xbox 1 and a PS4. I didn't know what the OS was like on either console before I bought them because I didn't give a toss. I bought them to play games.

Has anyone looked at the Xbox store? New releases cost up to €99 for some games. On the PSN loads of games are at €70.

The only way to play 2D platformers is with a Dpad. There's definitely an issue there.

On the positive it's refreshing Switch is bringing 'in true Nintendo style' something new to the table: Hd rumble.

I really hope Odyssey is like 64 & Sunshine. My 2 absolute favourite 3d Mario games.

I think Nintendo wanted to be 250euro but retailers in Ireland anyway added another 20euro. I paid 270euro for mine in GameStop on day one. I queued from 6am that morning and was 8th in the queue and got the last one. Then I went to work.

Your right the price of controllers is very expensive. I thought that after I wrote my comment. Plus Wii Sports was free.
Switch will get a price cut eventually.
