Game are, or were, taking £50 deposits on SNES mini's. There's a failing business on the high Street. I'm going up to give them £50 in the hope they make it.

Slightly off topic. Penny's are selling Super Mario T-shirts for €10. Picture of Super Mario with Japanese writing on top. Official T-shirts and no I didn't buy one. I nearly did though ☺️

Thanks for that. I hadn't actually noticed it for £13. I sold my copy in CEX last week for €47 cash in hand. I'm after buying it again for £12.96 plus £2.03 p+p. I had to send it to my parcel motel address which will cost me another €4. Mad or what.
I was only on my way to take on the second Devine beast. I'm 60 hours in.

Amazon have Wii u version in stock.

This site now has 2 types of Nintendo fan. One who have a Switch and think Wii u is a crock and Wii u owners who aren't impressed with Switch and don't think the upgrade is worth it.

I'm in the latter myself.

They're not like "cash generator". Maybe if you took your nose out of the clouds you could see they are providing an excellent service.

Some stuff in CEX is overpriced. On the whole I think they provide an incredible service. I only look for old games on eBay rarely these days thanks to CEX.

People need to get of their high horses. No one is being forced to buy anything. If you don't like the price move on.

They have PS3 and 360 games on sale for next to nothing. I see games in there that I paid €50 for being sold for €1.

Yeah forgot about 200cc. I don't dislike the game. I think my hopes were so high they would never be satisfied.

I was and am underwhelmed with Mario kart 8. The best Mario kart for me is MKDD. The handling in 8 is way too easy for my liking.

I'd say the profit margin was very small. It was probably deemed not worth it. On the plus side anyone who did manage to get one. They now own a rare piece of Nintendo history.

Now i want one 😊

Who said launching a console in March is a bad idea? I feel like I'm falling behind the times. I really don't want a Switch but I'm glad it's doing so well. This is the first Nintendo console 'ever' that I don't want.
I'm getting old.

I figured out early on I didn't want one. Short controller cables and short supply didn't make my decision hard. We'll never see a SNES mini.

Delete it and any updates with it. Try to keep your save, although it could be that that is corrupted. Then re-download it for free.

Mario kart 8 cost me €60 + €12 DLC. I don't like spending that much on a game. There's not a hope I'll ever buy it again.
It still annoys me i spent €72 on it.

If the production costs is $260 Nintendo are losing money on each unit. Development​ costs i suppose can be scraped back through game sales over time.

$260 plus tax, plus the cut the retailer received = selling at a small loss. They probably need to do it because this baby has to succeed. It's do or die for Nintendo.

This will be available for buttons in a few months. I'm going to say it; I knew it'd be c**p.

Of course it's going to be a success. 😁 Why wouldn't it be? Nothing like it on the market. Nintendo games, what more do you want. Seriously powerful for a handheld. Nintendo will never go 3rd party.
