So what you are saying is that these 50 mini games aren’t up to the quality of games in Mario Party? wow, I love Mario Party but these mini games are so much more

I think you misunderstand... I think all games should be retail, I prefer that. I will always buy retail over digital. My point is that if a developer will not put a fully playable game on the retail disc then don't mislead people by offering the game as retail because they are not getting a usable product. If you can't give me a functioning game on the disc then don't bother, I don't want the illusion of owning a game that relies on the download being available.

Let them? I have no problem with people buying it at retail, I prefer retail but I am sure that nobody gets home, pops the game in and says "yay! it's incomplete and I have to download 20 more GB!"

What I'm saying is that if developers cannot include the full game then only let them sell as download only. Nintendo needs to set that rule. Those developers are making a huge mess out of gaming. Lets say you buy a used game 8 years from now... how would you even know if the other half of the game is still available? with things going the way they are... people will have no choice but to hack the Switch to play games in the future once Nintendo shuts down the servers. Imagine if all the NES and SNES games were sold with only half the content and people wanted to play them today.

Also... I'm not attacking developers or publishers. I have a developer license and have a game currently for sale. This is about doing the right thing and not including a fully playable game on the retail card is just bad.

Re: Burnout Paradise HD Remaster Confirmed For PS4, But Where Does That Leave Switch?

@BornInNorway81 Seriously? thats nuts! I’ve played Burnout Paradise for years on PC without analog triggers and it plays perfectly! with this type of game you benefit from being able to go between full and zero acceleration quicker... do you have a need to drive slower? I have yet to play any racing game that made me wish I had analog triggers, they were useless on Gamecube.
