As someone that worked in retail. the shipments come with big "DO NOT SELL BEFORE" I don't know the upper management side of things but based on knowing how retail generally works and basic common sense and logic. legal documents and agreements are signed for the selling of products.

I perhaps shouldn't have used "illegitimate" but my point stands. and to further the point. Nintendo has all right to pull video content. While this is a big point of contention for a lot of youtubers in regards to Nintendo's stance on youtube. (That is a whole other can of worms.)

As the game is not officially released, fair use does not apply in terms of footage distribution if the property is unreleased. if this was a court case. the prosecutor would probably use that as their key point. Unreleased implies the legal permissions are not in effect.

@rjejr Spoilers or not. he has the game illegitimately. a store breaking street date does not make it legitimate. It is legitimate once it is officially launched. Lawsuits can be filed for such situations.

BotW's FPS is because it is clearly an unfinished game, running on an unfinished system, both of which still have 6months of tweaks and optimizations.

@Frank90 Try smogon, personally 3v3 is the better format as that mitigates some of the issues with 6v6. long match time, and brings more tactical elements to the game since you have to choose 3 to counter a possible combination from 6 but that is beside the point. I don't think you paid much attention to VI. a plot where a mad man wanted to destroy the world and recreate it in his image by using what is essentially the god of death. Sure a war from thousands of years ago isn't the same as the possible mentions of a more recent war. since you can't relate but i wouldn't say it was " happy to go to war"

Also the character isn't 10 years old. only the anime keeps making that claim. the character are clearly mid to late teens.
Also. just because there was no mention of the jerk rival, doesn't mean there won't be one. perhaps that is saved for a plot reveal trailer. or villain team reveal.

@Frank90 play competitive or try rom hacks that add dificulty. pokemon has always been silly. Gen 1 still has some the silliest/stupidest looking pokemon. Tangela and likitung anyone.

Are you insane Nintendo life. this is either troll bait or you are just crazy. This question has started epic flame wars. All pokemon games are the best. we play Pokemon as a whole. Every game has brought something big to change things up. every generation has booth good and bad designs for pokemon. Every gen is unique but still it is the same game we love.

Gen 1 started it all, Gen 2 was the first step towards breeding and fixed many issues such as Special.

Gen 3 introduced Abillities which was Massive and made Pokemon a competitive game as well as introducing EV/IV

Gen 4 Was probably one of the biggest shifts with the physical/special split

Gen 5 had hidden abilities, made the online the most accessible yet and had tonns of content

Gen 6. Megas, Easier EV training. easier breeding, and the best online functions .

@nik1470 Shadow of the colossus had a vast, empty, desolate world with the occasional notable feature. You also had a linear progression.

@BigH88 competative? the hell. you ever played a Dynasty warriors game. the closest thing they have to competitive is. playing it with friends and bragging about your KO Count. Now not saying competitive in a warriors game is bad. if it is done right. The whole argument of new vs old is stupid. To those that like the old physics. step up to the challenge. Don't mope about in your retro cave viewing everything through nostalgia vision. @Ioannis ah. WTF are you talking about. there is no seperate slot for the male/female versions. they are alternate costumes. also Zero suit and power armour samus as well as sheik/zelda are so different that they have to be separate for balance reasons.

I Imagine that Sakurai might be trolling and Chrom might be in as an alt costume for Marth or even ike. it could work

Yeah Rayman doesn't deserve to be anything more then a Trophy especially since he isn't an exclusive character. as I said before. Snake getting in was a stroke of luck that Kojima and Sakurai are good friends. I doubt Sakurai has that kind of friendship with Rayman's creator.

As for Megaman, Sonic and Pacman. they aren't exclusive, but they are iconic

@FiveDigitLP I never said that. I said Rayman didn;t really become popular until origins after what, 10 years of not even having a game. Xenoblade is a nintendo exclusive game, there is a new Xenoblade coming out. Rayman has been on multiple platforms and ubisoft screwed nintendo out of legends being exclusive.

put Rayman up against Megaman, Sonic and Pacman. he is a speck to them in fame that is why they are in smash bros despite not being first party. Snake in Brawl was because kojima and sakurai are good friends and Kojima basically begged. I doubt Sakurai would be that friendly with a french game dev.

@FiveDigitLP no. Rayman would not happen, nor is it a good idea. He doesn't exactly have the same pedigree as the rest of the characters. no one knew who, or what Rayman was until Origins. if legends had remained WiiU exclusive then maybe you would have an argument. just look at the leaked list to think of who it could be. I would put my money on Shulk. Yeah I made the connection between F-Zero X and july 14. but since it is a video. I doubt it unless he gets announced alongside the new character.

@MrGawain shovel Knight...no multiplatform indi game character so again, no. Skull Kid is an assist trophy, so Bayonetta is really the only one and that is unlikely. though more likely than K.Rool just because he is no longer relevant
