Re: Upcoming Prodeus DLC 'The Elder Veil' Looks Utterly Ridiculous And Brilliant

@Serpenterror
first this content are made from the community and the base single payer content is already very short and they put a lot of effort to publicity the custom map download and they did not give full transparency about it, and Nintendo does no required membership for free staff or in games accounts only multiplayer it was Their fault a mess error.
third I do not pay online games period so for what reason i have to pay for online membership every time I want to access the custom made maps?

Re: Upcoming Prodeus DLC 'The Elder Veil' Looks Utterly Ridiculous And Brilliant

i regret it to buy it, because there was no info the custom maps staff and not just the multiplayer are locked behind their account system which is locked behind the Nintendo online membership what an ass~@~@ole move, doom allowed to download customer dlc without this , and there was no information about on the e-shop i will never buy something from this developer ever!!! (luckily i hade one week free so i downloaded as many maps i could before expired(and there is a limit even for how many staff you can download , so i got the best ones )

the problem is they will be sued in USA and EU and will lose very badly because they modified a pre-signed contract and without any agreement with the parties making retro-active for any games release even several years ago, no Judge will say is ok , plus they CEO is still liable for insider treading (and with him several managers because they did the same thing) having sold his stocks before the drop of the new.

this was something i was looking as well and from other sites they said yes there is local multiplayer and you can put bots

"All included campaigns are playable co-operatively with up to 4 players either online or through local split-screen, while multiplayer maps support up to 16 players online or four players locally via split-screen (this is increased to eight player son PC). Additionally, crossplay is supported across all platforms, and those not in the mood for fellow humans can make use of bots to fill out offline and online deathmatch and team deathmatch modes."

Re: Ark: Ultimate Survivor Edition Outlines DLC Roadmap For Switch

@Joeynator3000
they remade the port from scratches using the ue4 engine instead and by putting in charge of the port a third party developer(GROVE STREET GAMES yes the same authors of the terrible gta trilogy port but here they did the the job done), they actually made a little miracle redeemed themselves in full compared to the original port, you can find a lot of comparison video between the rotten first version and the new version is like day and night almost , if you own the original you are entitle to upgrade to the new version for free , I still not interest because I only play single player and for what i see is not worthy of my time in general I don't like multiplayer games and beside some stuff are multi related only like base defense ecc. so for me is a pass and much better non man skies for my playing preferences

Re: Review: Resident Evil Village Cloud - A Solid Streaming Version For Switch Owners

@liveswired
after I have played doom eternal but most important dying light, the Witcher 3 and no man skies , there is no way for this game not be able to running directly on switch with little effort(aka optimization) maps are very small like corridor just reducing setting to low and dynamic scale resolution as usual I am pretty convicted re village could run at 30fps with same drops to min 20 here o there (like any third party games) and still be playable especially in handheld mode, this is just crapcom being cheaper and lazy as usual just look at the RE4 port is the worst port ever they have made (even still playable and i am enjoying right now(first playthrough)

Re: Review: Mario + Rabbids Sparks Of Hope - Creativity Trumps Challenge In This Delightful, Divergent Sequel

@Wisps
actually I was afraid of this point and i read a lot of review to see if it was truth and the truth is , some reviewer are saying the same others are saying at the hardest difficulty still provide some challenge and you have to be careful and planning each battle looking for elemental weakness and synergies, is depend to how you play and how good you are with tactical games, beside they are saying there is a huge spike in the last world and some of the side quests actually provide the best challenges(and if you think about it most reviewer never do all sides to save time to complete the game and prepare the review for the embargo, they barely do 40-50% completion game in total normally, some maybe even less than that )

Re: Old-School DOOM-Like FPS Prodeus Delayed For Nintendo Switch

aresius

@Ralizah
you should get it on pc anyway if you wants the level editor and community browser sharing map, they will not be on the console version in general that's what the developer said in another news, console version only have the campaign, maybe some pack of custom maps (I am guessing this from the trailer)

Re: Old-School DOOM-Like FPS Prodeus Delayed For Nintendo Switch

aresius

I am on fence with this game I loved the trailer, but knowing the level editor will not be release on console(all news(including the e-shop) are falsely reporting info from the pc version in reality the developer already confirmed we will not have the level editor neither the community map browser , is only for the pc gamer) I wants to know if at least they will release free updates with custom maps packs created by pc players, because IF not this is a big drawn back e cut the leg of the game, custom maps are the core of this game in particularly , for what i know there are even weapons locked in the lever editor(the most amazing ones like the auto-shotgun and the swarm missile launcher)

Re: The "Finishing Touches" Are Being Added To No Man's Sky On Switch

@SteamEngenius
bigger is not always better, this small team worked very hard on this porting, they release an interview saying they had a lot of technical challenges to bring it on the switch and every time it was looking impossible and they were ready to give up, they find new idea/solution after a good night of sleep to work it around and make it possible, I belive it will be a good port, probably will still have some drop here and there and po-up but every third party game on swtich have it
