I would expect a Nintendo Direct fairly early in the year that should bulk things out prior to E3. Then obviously E3 for Q3 / Q4 announcements.

@Kilroy fair, but with so many games these days, is the game on the cart the actual game? Patches seem to change them significantly. I take your point though!

Whilst we take the feedback on board, I think you might want to be a little more careful about clicking into Smash Bros news over the next month as certain things might be considered "spoilers".

@Tasuki perhaps, but like I said that can be applied to any subject. I don’t think we’ll ever be able to please everyone, the majority of our readers seem to want us to cover it point taken though.

@Tasuki you could apply that logic to any subject though, maybe the review you wanted to read is the same thing someone else wanted to ignore. Each individual needs to take responsibility for the content they want to read, if they aren’t interested in an article then don’t click on it. If a site has more content you don’t want to read than content you do want to read, maybe no longer visit that website?

@Tasuki sorry, but that doesn’t make any sense. You don’t have to read every article published on every website on the internet. The majority of people seem okay just reading ones that are of interest to them, no website expects all of their content to appeal to every single visitor.

It's funny the amount of people that can't handle other people enjoying video games in the way they wish. If you don't like something for whatever reason, you can just ignore it and move on, simple.

Sounds like it's basically like the magnifier attachment we all used to have on our Game Boy's, but less effective.

Anyone who even thought this would give anything close to a "VR" or even "3D" experience will be disappointed.

@AlexOlney @NEStalgia yeah, it's certainly something we're happy to debate with the community. Currently, we try to only report on things that we feel are newsworthy at large. It's an important topic for Nintendo and not something we want to become "taboo", we often don't report on things that we don't feel are of interest to our readers. The decisions are certainly not taken by simply what would get the most traffic, if it was there are lots of things we should report on!

@HobbitGamer yep, looks like they are having issues. It's working better for me when logged in.

@Nincompoop please be more careful with your comments. We can give you the benefit of the doubt on this occasion, but anything more like that won't be tolerated.

Thanks for all the comments so far, some good suggestions in there and some useful feedback too. I think we already have some plans in place to tackle some of the issues your talking about. We'll collate all the feedback once the article has had enough time for comments from everyone

@fiendcodes we're already looking into something that might help with that

@NEStalgia the other point to all this is whether it’s acceptable to charge £180 to replace the casing, probably not! I think everyone can agree that replacement casing should be significantly more affordable for those that want it replacing regardless of the cause.

@NEStalgia yeah, I don’t disagree with anything you’re saying. I guess your also making some assumptions on our users too, without asking the same people a lot more questions it’s tough to know the exact cause and how many it affects. If it’s happening to heavy users now that’s not to say it won’t affect light users on a longer period. Either way it would be great to understand if this is a manufacturing issue and whether it’s already been addressed.
