I find it weird how in the US when it comes to workers stuff it's almost always some extreme (like fully remote and unlimited time off (which isn't necessarily great tbh) or 60 hour weeks with no time off) instead of something sensible in the middle
I don't think I'd care about limited run if all they did was making physical games for games that under no circumstances would get a physical release otherwise but they have barely done that for a while now lol
@BloodNinja: Limited Run made it difficult for people to get physical versions of games like Scott Pilgrim or No More Heroes (especially the latter) so I don't see how that's good for collectors - especially not good for collectors outside the US. That's maybe an argument you can make about places like Super Rare Games
Thought there would be more to it than just running around and catching Pokemon. Don't think I will ever pick this up which is quite sad since I love Pokemon
I think it's fine for you to talk about them having leaked once but I don't think you need to talk about every single thing someone achieves in that leaked game
I think they should keep some sort of longer distance as a quality of life feature (although probably not double) but Pokemon Go is a socially distanced outdoor activity which means pretty much no covid risk (and it keeps you fit as well) so I don't think the health concerns are very valid tbh
Always a bit weird to see UK based writers write articles about things you can't really get in the UK unless you are sent one for free. I know they haven't been sent on this case but a lot of the time that is the only easy way to get one outside of the US
@COVIDberry odd, should only happen if it is a pre owned copy where someone has already redeemed it but I redeemed a bunch of 2019 games just fine a while ago
I'm really struggling to understand what this feature is trying to say. The only reason this would make sense is if everyone had a Switch and an Xbox such obviously isn't the case
I am flabbergasted that some people seem to think Nintendo would be happy having a third party game streaming service (from a competitor nonetheless which people seem to forget) that would be almost guaranteed to hit software sales on the Switch.
Some people seem to forget that the Switch is almost guaranteed to be the best selling Nintendo home console of all time
@Heavyarms55 Tbf, I've played a trillion platformers in my life and I still died 150 times in Cortex castle and have absolutely no desire to get anywhere close to 106% (which wasn't too far from doable for me in Crash 3 for example)
@Kislevi03one and having a couple of established franchises exclusive to consoles they never had a big footprint on achieves what exactly? It's not great from a business sense and terrible for players
Probably won't bite on BOTW 2 if it doesn't feature at least some more linearity and makes exploring feel more rewarding because whilst I liked exploring in botw I often felt like I was lacking a purpose so if they could add that it would probably make it into my top 3 Zelda games
@Varkster: Believe it or not, people enjoy different video games

Re: Pokémon Legends: Arceus' NYC Launch Was Unusually Subdued, But That's Fine
Living in the UK I have to say half of the people in the replies here seem to live on different planets and not just different countries

Re: Fancy A Switch OLED For £800? Scalpers Are Already Flogging Pre-Orders
No one is going to buy one for 800 quid, they have been super easy to pre order so far
Re: This Adapter Lets You Play Game Boy Cartridges On Your PC, And It Even Detects Fakes
@Markiemania95 Oh Yeah, 100% but I feel like especially when it comes to Youtubers, they should point that out more often

Re: Nintendo Reveals The Top 15 Most-Downloaded Switch Games In May 2021 (Europe)
Just mentioning on the digital Vs physical thing that you also get gold coins for physical games that came out within the last 24 months
Re: Pokémon Brilliant Diamond And Shining Pearl Will Launch In A Special Double Pack
@KBuckley27 Those decade old games will comfortably outsell both Halo and Horizon 2
Re: Ni No Kuni II: Revenant Kingdom Is Coming To Switch
@dojmin Nah, if you keep up with equipment and everything this one never really gets too difficult
Re: Hardware Review: RetroN Sq - An Affordable Way To Play The Entire Game Boy Library On Your Big Screen TV
Like this but unfortunately stuff like that never comes to Europe
Re: Sega Wants To Release Atlus Games Simultaneously Worldwide
Yakuza Like a Dragon did not have a global launch, It was released a lot earlier in Japan than it was in the rest of the world
Re: Random: Elon Musk Appears On Saturday Night Live As Wario
How very fitting of him to dress as someone who doesn't care who he hurts as long as he gets more money

Re: The Epic Vs Apple Lawsuit Might Have Revealed Phil Spencer's Nintendo Secret
"Most people think that collab will turn out to be xCloud, Xbox's cloud gaming service, on Switch"
Do they though? Sounds like a thing from the echo chamber of the author rather than reality
Re: Video: Now Is The Best Time To Release Mother 3
Interesting to see someone get so worked up about Nintendo not localising a 15 year old game from a very niche series
Re: Poll: Box Art Brawl #84 - Pokémon Snap
Tough one but I think it's between Europe or Japan and I think Europe wins it
Re: Random: Head Of Xbox Phil Spencer Still Has That Nintendo Switch On His Shelf
@Jeronan It will effect software sales on Switch which are incredibly strong as people have limited time and money to spend on video games
Re: Random: Head Of Xbox Phil Spencer Still Has That Nintendo Switch On His Shelf
No, Nintendo is not going to allow the streaming service of a competitor on their platform that has ridiculously high software sales.
Re: The Great Ace Attorney Chronicles Will Use An English-Style Court System
If it meant fully British they'd also have to get rid of yelling objection because no one does that here
Re: Limited Run Republishing Another Two Game Boy Titles, Pre-Orders Open This Friday
$35 for a Game Boy game? No, thanks

Re: Sega Tops Metacritic's 2020 Publisher Rankings, Nintendo Squeezes Into Top Ten
@RushDawg I love all of those but I'm pretty sure P5R was the highest rated game on Metacritic last year

Persona 5 Royal carrying Sega, I see

@link3710 good to know that you already played the games and totally know what they'll look like
Re: No More Heroes 1 & 2 Physical Releases Announced For Switch, Pre-Orders Open Next Week
I really hoped they'd do a physical release but not like this. No way I'm buying both seperately
Re: Spoiler Alert, The Next Pokémon Games Have Leaked
Not interested in a mainline Pokémon game that isn't turn based. Like at all
Re: Poll: What Did You Think Of The February 2021 Nintendo Direct, Then?
@Henmii might want to turn down your expectations there
Re: The Legend Of Zelda: Skyward Sword HD Will Feature amiibo Support, File Size Revealed
@octane Really not sure why as a mod you think it's acceptable to take such a strong stand in either direction
Re: Nintendo Download: 18th February (North America)

Re: Post Malone To Star In Pokémon 25th Anniversary Virtual Concert
@MorganWhoop Not in terms of hearing their music on the radio but then again most European radio stations won't play rap at all
Re: Post Malone To Star In Pokémon 25th Anniversary Virtual Concert
How the hell is this the first thing Nintendo USA is doing for the 25th anniversary of Pokémon? 🥴
Re: Levi's Just Announced A New Line Of Pokémon Clothing, And It Includes Misty's Outfit
