Its kind of a acceptable interpretation of Mario, anything really wrong about it, but I think it looks weird because of a few details:
-The mustache is too brown, should be almost black.
-Arm too human proportionated

• mouth partially under mustache
  different head proportion

It almost look like a human in a Mario Costume with a big mask… like a character in Super Mario world park.

What I want from Nintendo but I doubt Ill get:
-Gameboy and GBA on NOS (ok, this one maybe Ill get)
-A new NES remix game (maybe online multiplayer like Mario 35?)
-A new Mario game

Of course I want BOTW 2… but why ask what I know Ill get?

Read it again and tell me where exactly it states that they had their highest sales since the 90’s….. you misunderstood what the article says.
Having an increase of sales this year after 17 years of declining, does not mean it have the highest sales since the late 90’s.

Cds sales did increased last year, but no way near the sales it had 20 years ago.

GBA on the NOS its all I need. Didn't get a Gameboy o Gameboy Advance as a kid (only my ol' good NES) so there are so many games I haven't play yet!

Form this list Ive played, beaten and enjoyed Hollow Knight, Mario 3D world, Metroid Dread….
But Cup Head, its so difficult it drains the fun from it. After a few levels (im stick at the dragon one) its really not fun playing it anymore.

The Japanese art look lifted from a lunchbox, t-short or any other generic 90’s turtle merchandise, nothing special about it.

I really enjoyed Mario Kart Wii more than Mario Kart 8 Deluxe... Something about all racers and cars being unlocked from the beginning took away some motivation for one player gaming.
Still, great game. Dont know what to expect for Maio Kart 9

@nessisonett So what make a Super Mario Land game? As you said, all three Mario Land are very different in style... so whats the point to imagine a new entry? These ones looks more like a Paper Mario Advance in art Style than anything else.

Tried to played again in the Marios 3D all Stars on the Switch...
Hated again. Hated F.L.U,D.D, hated the enviroment, the theme...
I dont really know what it is. But is like trying to play an early og playstation half baked platform game. Never felt very Mario... or even very Nintendo to me. Its falls very very low comparing it with Mario 64 or Mario Galaxy...

Nah, N64 have aged surprisingly poorly.
2D games on the other had are still very enjoyable, even good old Gameboy ones… so you know what I want… give me my Gb and gba games already.

I love MK8 deluxe, but, the fact that it came with all racers and cars unlocked was kind of a bummer, as it gave me little incentive to win races by myself.

If you are considering the Switch online exclusives, you should then add all NES, SNES, N64 and Genesis games, dont you?

Some people have jobs, lifes, friends and other hobbies besides playing videogames once in a while, and not time to do a “research though multiple sources”….its just a video game! (And a free one for that)

Well, I was eager to try the game... but it get stuck looking for players for 10 minutes before I get bored.

Why closing the doors to a potentially interesting game mechanic and environment.

Best sports game? Better than Splatoon 2? You can say Splatoon is a free interpretation of Paintball as this one is for football, or Arms to boxing, or Super Mario Odyssey to parkour (ok not the last one)

If anyone says Sunshine, its just because it was one of his first Mario as a child... there is no other excuse than nostalgia...
For me, is Mario 3, World, Galaxy and Odyssey are the best. (personally I love Mario 2, just dont think is in the top 5).

-Those new levels look much worse graphic wise than the rest of the game.
-Graphics can still be better even when in a cartoon style.

The Japanese art could be great if they used only the left half of the box. Dracula, the castle and the bats, with the nice title logo.
The other half and the foreground Simon are obviously 2 different and unrelated art collaged together.

I dont buy it. Specially the Megaman games and Castlevania. Konami and Capcom sell this games in their own collections, dont think they are interested on letting these for the online Service.
I hope Im wrong, but if this leak is real it may be only early tests before getting a deal with Konami or Capcom.

@TommyTendo This is BEFORE Super Mario 2 (USA) Before this film, Luigi was usually depicted identical as Mario, just with a color Swap.

I want to play an HD A Link between Worlds on Switch...
A remake of an old 2D Zelda, in the way of Links awakening would be great too.

Truth to be told, when I was kid in the late 80´s, and you just have to play the few NES games you got, I finished lots of games I didn't really like... (Friday the 13th, Fester Quest, The Karate kid, etc)

I would say Art is more important than graphic power (say than polygon count, or resolution)
There are many 16 bit pixel games prettier than some PS5 super high def ones.

Is not how powerful the machine is, but what you do with it.
That is why I feel they could have done a much better work with this game. Its a shame because it seems the gameplay is great!

I think you would even need more processing power that the gameboy had to archive motion blur instead of low framerate with a modern display…

Good points... but for me, the more important one was the lack of variety of enemies, and their numbers around the land. It always felt a very empty world to me.

Its look great. Though I never got into Kirby, I always felt it too easy (the few games I tried)so I got bored fast, never finished any.
Which one (from the online service NES or SNES) would you recommend me to try again?

Those are cheap nice controllers for a fun way to play retro games, on the console or on a PC.
