Just bought this in 2020! Surprisingly good, it is pretty hard but enjoying the challenge and refreshing weirdness

Origami King is great so far. Sure the combat isn't ideal but at least they tried something new and the overall world just pops with fun charm.

@BlackenedHalo I agree, and I also thought the level design was uninspired and pretty terrible in Mario Odyssey, I don't get how people can think greatest 3D Mario. Mario 64 is untouchable imo.

Going to keep my pre-order - not usually into normal rpg combat and enjoy puzzles and strategic combat and it does look a good bit better than colour splash

Agree with @spideyroxas - Thankfully I have a stylus for my switch. Bought this for first time yesterday and loving it, but I think the stylus is essential to make the controls feel fluid and Ds-esque. So all is not lost with that simple solution

I guess Nintendo are skipping this Holiday season, while Sony breed games like rabbits.

Just dug this out in lieu of switch port and it still looks lovely - I never got past Day 10 before so looking forward to giving it a thorough playthrough Hope Pikmin 4 gets made!

I am trying g to think of any PlayStation games were particularly depressing... Perhaps Final Fantasy 7, which is a loss for Nintendo that could be the catalyst for such a comment. It is a fairly sombre, downbeat but utterly engrossing RPG. Aside from that... Silent Hill or Resident Evil? Many other games were vibrant and exciting like Metal Gear, Spyro, Driver, Crash, Tekken 3 etc. Still I was N64 through and through. Mario 64 still kicks six shades out of any PS1 title.

This is probably the undisputed Nintendo game of the decade - yes it's not an exciting choice but it is phenomenally polished and fun and it brings ppl together. Agree with earlier comment on the Last of Us - that game is just a life changing experience start to finish.

Remember playing Myst on a Mac in the 90s and would always get stuck. I think there was a secret elevator near the start, you could go up several floors and a guy would be up there asking what you were doing there? Is that right or am I just misremembering it...

This list is utterly crooked and makes no sense what-so-ever. X & Y are better than Sun & Moon. You can't have Diamond and Pearl that low and Platinum that high in the same list. Sword and Shield were reviewed a 8 so cannot be that high, let alone above Red & Blue. What a mess.

Mega Drive Aladdin was my first ever video game... so tempted by nostalgia to get this. Maybe when there is a sale.

Aladdin on Mega Drive was my first ever video game. I was 6 years old

5/10 is an unreasonable score - Grandia 2 is one of the greatest RPGs of all time. I bought this day 1 and am having a great time.The combat, story and characters are 9/10; It should be docked to a 7/10 at the very lowest given the sheer quality of the game(s).

Maybe they can name them: Switch Plus and Switch Minus - to indicate one with extra and one with less features.

If you already have a switch and are saying you won't buy a mini if it doesn't dock, that's a meaningless comment. Because it is squarely aimed at ppl who don't already have a switch.

The Wii U is not top 10 material, it's a very poor piece of hardware. Even just setting it up was a chore with too many wires and its best game was Mario Maker which was ported to 3DS.....

At the very least an option should be available to cancel the pre-order and get eshop credit instead
