This will be a slap in the face of the nintendo switch exclusivity. Why treat the switch like it doesn't matter. If they try this so called acts then they should as well port over persona 5r to act as a leverage for the switch.

@LegendOfStewart i don't disagree with facts the game on all the consoles are a mess! What do you expect from a 4gb ram and an outdated Tegra processor on the switch? A miracle to happen? The switch version is as bad as others. If anything the other powerful consoles needs to be ridiculed more.

I have to disagree with DF on this one. We need to wait for an update before jumping into rash conclusions here. What I have figured out is that this is just a rushed port for all the consoles and they made a mess of a 20years old semi remake/remastered port.

Yes he's not all that wrong but credit to finally porting over GTA for the very first time on a nintendo console. Yes it came bugged, but that is outrageous to say it doesn't deserve the definitive edition name, as the other more powerful consoles are suffering from the same bugs found on the switch as well.

The glitches should be on the other consoles but not the switch? This game is a 20years old game and it's rockstars fault for rushing to release a game not tested properly just to meet lunch day release.

They're the same game across all the major platforms. Just that the switch don't have 60fps, advanced effects like the ps5, serie x and pc. Of which it's reasonable, considering the switch limitations.

I have seen some people here were expecting the switch version to look like ps5 upgrade. What a dumb idea😒. It looks good and reasonably so for the switch hardware.

Got burned out on crysis 2&3 for switch. Completed 2. Now playing 3. I liked the 3 more.
Also disco elysium for switch will be looked into because it's my second playthrough after completing it on PC.

@Friendly nintendo first party games always draws people in. No matter the hate, you will still see people buying. Maybe a spell done well by nintendo wizards 😃...

Steam deck won't stop nintendo from achieving their objectives of creating fun games for all ages in a way that some high demanding graphics games on other consoles wouldn't. If nintendo releases something with the power close to the Playstation 4 in handheld/hybrid it will blow away the steam deck..

I will get the Steam deck. However, will wait and see if it's just like my gpd win 3 in terms of generating heat and loud noise when playing handheld.

@Friendly don't get me wrong when I said digits! What I meant is the numbers of the 3rd party games mentioned are mostly shovelwares. Not that it's all bad. 😉 something for everyone, as I will always say.

Shovelwares makes up the majorities of those digits quoted i believe so. However, the very few that aren't may or may not be my cup of tea. Something for everyone though.

An epic failure when trying to recreate the original NES classic in 3d for modern consoles and ended up giving birth to this abomination of a game. My favorite 80s/90s toon. Deserves a better game than this.

Zelda and Bayonetta(SMTV is a sure banker pre-ordered) for AAA games i will like to purchase when released.
Then will buy as well project triangle.

Hope they don't delay the switch version beyond others. Will like them to release the game for all consoles when it's finally done.

@RainbowGazelle you're not forced to buy the DLC though. It's optional. If you like their games then support, if not don't bother. You can't say that other developers don't do same as well. Unless it's a mandatory dlc then I will be angry about it.

@KillerBOB well I don't think anything like a full change on graphics will occur that much. If it gets anyway like the xenoblade remastered for the switch, then it may worth it. I wished they could've ported iv or v to the switch that would've been much better.
Regardless, we're going to see what they've in place for us all, they can't even show any footage of the game when announced, that shows something may not be all that right with this definitive edition, I will like to be proved wrong though..

@iaLgan yes it can. And it needs more love as you said. Yes it's almost 5years old but I believe a game like kingdom heart 1&2 will work well, Apart from the KH3 that is demanding.
