As we head towards Winter and the busiest shopping season we get to enjoy a few more gaming events that'll showcase a bunch of games, which is always fun. One online event that's earned a decent fanbase over the last couple of years is INDIE Live Expo, and it looks like its next event will be a big 'un.
As it's Japan-focused in terms of its audience the broadcast time isn't ideal for viewers in Europe and North America - it'll run on 6th November at midnight Pacific / 3am Eastern / 7am UK / 8am CET, with streams on YouTube, Twitch, Twitter, and Bilibili in English, Japanese, and Chinese languages.
The headline '500 games+' for the show is quite possible considering the Summer show was nearly six hours long, and the format will be full of sizzle reels. There'll be some new reveals, of course, though we'll also see previously announced and current games.
The show will feature world premieres and exclusive new reveals from some of the most-anticipated upcoming indie games. ILE will also feature 15-second showcases of hundreds of currently-available and upcoming titles as well as musical performances from some of the best indie game soundtracks.
The online expo will also have its annual awards, which you can vote on here.
We'll be sure to keep an eye out for any particularly exciting reveals in a couple of weeks.

Hope there will be a few gems!
This is great news! There have been so many great indie games on all platforms in the past few years that I have to ask myself whether the indies are better than the "triple-A" developers! Panzer Paladin, Cyber Shadow, Blazing Chrome, the three Bloodstained games, and so many more have enthralled me in the past months.
@TheWingedAvenger I feel like being an indie studio leaves a lot more room for creativity and expression, whereas a lot of AAA studios need to comply with a lot of guidelines and restrictions when they make their games. That's why indie games can end up being extremely unique, and sometimes revolutionary.
This is perfect! I've been needing 500 or so games to play!
Impressive. Very impressive
Hopefully the good ones come to Switch...
Let's hope some of them are good.
Quality over quantity please.
The indie titles sure have been delivering though, some truly amazing games on the eshop, just wish we could rate the games to clear out most of the rubbish.
A user based rating might not be perfect but the cream always rises to the top and it would be nice to have that option.
Nintendolife.com should put an article of best indie games.
And 450+ are just going to be mobile shovelware
@Bunkerneath probably yes
Nov. 6th is NOT winter!
I don't buy too many indie games these days since I already barely have enough time to play all of the good first party ones. I am happy to see the indie scene continue to flourish though. It makes me happy to see how far they have come.
@kukabuksilaks I enjoyed this comment. Probably more than I should have.
Weeeoooeeeeeeoooweeee
Silksong?
I don't know why Nintendo life wants me to have more words in this comment so just ignore this.
I like watching alot of the showcase stuff, but I cross the line at Indie Live, since they don’t really give the games their due spotlight, despite the translator’s efforts. Also, its common to see games there that have been released years ago, but might just be getting a release in Japan.
500~ is way too many
That said, I'm hoping to see more footage of Dordogne, that one Rune Factory -esque witch game made by that Korean team, and of course Yokai Inn!!
