Traded for the 'Completely Luigi' theme but has the same music as any of the 'Completely <Mario Character>' themes. Gold points seem a bit pricey but it's better than letting them expire. All in all, a rather meagre promo that we're stuck with for the month. I lament those Club Nintendo exclusive themes like the Nintendo Hanafuda, Nintendo Consoles, and Toad one. Still waiting for something big for the 3DS's ending...
With such horrible art style, the Alola set animé never won me over and every time I see a scene or screenshots of it, it makes me dislike Sun/Moon even more😒 Kalos was where he should've won but they decided to underwhelm the whole arc with the change in style and for me it dealt the whole anime franchise a massive blow. Especially when you had Pokémon: Generations that ran on YouTube!
So did Phil & Grant have anything to say about this? 😁 On a serious note, if he really was that good or ever had that skill, why can't he just go to break the record again?
Well duuuhh..obviously!! How cretinous are some people clamouring Goku to be in SSB..!? Why not throw in Mickey Mouse or Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles while we're at it? Oh wait no, there's the small points of licensing and most importantly, that the whole concept of Super Smash Bros. is about the video game characters crossover🙄!! Not anime or manga or cartoon ones. The closest, as everyone has said before, is the Hero from Dragon Quest and that's that from Bird Studio.
On another note as @GiovanniDimike and @Silly_G have said, Phoenix Wright would work or Professor Layton even. Can even pick out some others from Project X Zone 2 😜
I'm 37 and have seen Mario grow on and on. I must say, it's crazy how good the gameplay was then and still is now! Bought Super Mario Bros 3 on the 3DS eShop (had it already on GBA but never finished it) so will have a go on it again. 🎮🍄
What a surprise(!) There are way better potential cases or pouches than this, this is just a cash-in. Even the last 3DS/2DSXL Pokémon and non-Pokémon pouches and soft cases had better design than this and seemed more protective too.. Regardless of the clamshell-to-monoscreen peripheral even PSP accessories are a bit better than this. Sure it’s cute and sure it’ll sell well but only because it’s Pokémon and the average kid will be more concerned about keeping their games together with it than durability or screen protection
Meh...Yo-Kai Watch's target audience was always just behind the core target for Pokémon, thus slightly younger. Apart from the arcade medals, the whole franchise hasn't gone beyond 14 year olds so I don't see a lot of 12 year olds with a PS4 as opposed to the number that own a 3DS/2DS or even a Switch. Also the disappointing sales probably mean that the hype is winding down and needs to gain second wind so what better by moving the franchise to another console?
Japan has also had all the Dragon Quest games available on the 3DS for ages, including the free Dragon Quest Online. Why they take so long to release them in Europe when we've had the manga for ages is beyond me...
@Tandoori Yep it was..I’ve always seen it blue here in the UK and in France.
A console way ahead of its time but sadly fell foul to terrible decisions made by SEGA both in marketing and manufacturing and poor strategy in the face of Sony’s PlayStation 2 which killed it. Nintendo watched on as SEGA paid the final price and Nintendo learnt from it as dealt with its GameCube very carefully from then on. Annnnnyway, enough of my rambling. I say Shenmue, Jet Set Radio, and Space Channel 5 please!!!!🤗🎮
It seems like another reason less to buy Amiibos if they reduce the game compatibility...removing that fun little aspect will really damage sales. Nintendo can't peddle off new Amiibos on one hand but then limit their usage with another😑😑😑
Hmm...i recently replayed my original GB cartridge on my Old GBASP and was easily enchanting like when I was kid on the Game Boy again. One thing that really mattered and that I miss is the music: how is the music on this one?
This weekend so far I've been playing Fire Emblem:Revelations as well as a bit of old-school River City Random (Street Gangs) and my latest purchase Steamworld Dig 2 and the DLC of Steamworld Heist. I was on the fence about the DLC for a long time (I'm usually never lured by them) but with so many good things about Steamworld Dig 2 I thought I'd bite the bullet and am enjoying every penny of the £5! 😁
@Bunkerneath Totally agree!! I've loved that version ever since I played it on my Game Boy as a 10 year old and was still playing it on my GBASP until 2013. Never got tempted by later GBC and DS versions but now I've got a hankering for the late 3DS version (alas not longer available on the European eShop) and since I don't have a Switch yet I'm not in a rush to get Tetris 99 unless it can match and improve the original formula (experience and bells on)😒
@mooora I’m 4 years younger than you and am also feeling the nostalgia factor. Still waiting for the eShop to reduce it again in the final days on 3DS glory days though....
@RupeeClock Yeah, i thought the exact same thing. It's little more than a glamourised and up tweaked port of the 3DS Team Kirby Clash Deluxe (which I personally loved to play and maxed out everything and 42 platinum for all quests but I didn’t spend a penny, pure grinding), so it'll probably follow the same template. (anyone feel free to jump in an correct me^^;)
Wow.. What a wave of nostalgia right there!! These all came out more or less when I was starting secondary school! Not a bad line up but with the mini SNES already out there and the New 3DS Virtual Console too, they had to deliver a distinguished line-up. Super Mario World was the SNES flagship game so it was a given. Joe & Mac is a clear example of the good classic stuff we've been waiting for. F-Zero was long-called for a Super Puyo Puyo was a great surprise! Hopefully Nintendo will finally roll out some previous Japan-only games, since the catalogue is huge.
My personal hopes for more titles are: Parodius Mystical Ninja Goemon Chrono Trigger Donkey Kong Country Killer Instinct Earthbound/Mother 3
Anyway, hopefully they can then hurry up with the N64 titles and really start indulging the fans.
At this point I think random cross-company characters are to be naturally expected. SNK was always a long time rival of Capcom so once Ryu and Ken got plopped in anything was possible. I think they're being reaaally careful with their choice of female characters and so far have avoided the obvious boobage choices of Mai Shiranui or Athena Asamiya (keyword: so far) and even Chun Li. Other potential SNK line ups would be Iori Yagami, Haomaru (or anyone else from Samurai Showdown...personally I'd like Setsuna^^) or a character from KOF.
My guess is that the next 'proper' fighter will be either from Namco's Tekken series (Heihachi, Kazuya, Jin) or Soul Calibur.
As for my guess of who else could appear my list is:
Klonoa (Namco)
Morrigan (Capcom)
Ulala, from Space Channel 5 (SEGA)
Strider Hiryu (Capcom)
Waluigi (Nintendo)
Knuckles (Sega)
Anything from Monster Hunter (Capcom)
Basically at this point I'm just looking at the character appearance roster of "Project X Zone 2"...because that's where Smash Bros is going😆
I knew it!! I've been saying aaaaages that Nintendo need to roll out it's SNES game catalogue to a decent level in order to refresh, remind, and introduce gamers today of its magnificent gaming history. A few titles here and there on the New 3DS and Wii U was never going to be enough. Hopefully some GBA games next? Either way, a good strong start for Nintendo in terms of retro games content!
@Rhaoulos Yeah, I see where you’re coming from, an expansion of skills or a collection of different bots with different abilities in one game...or build your bot....?🤖🛠
II bought Steamworld Heist (3DS) a couple of years ago and was absolutely enchanted from start to finish as it had everything I look for in a game. Yesterday I finally bought Steamworld Dig 2 (3DS) and 10 mins in and i’m In love all over again😍😍! Was debating whether or not to buy the DLC for Heist but sod it, I think I will and pick up Dig 1 at the eShop whilst I’m at it. Thank you @imageform for making such wonderful games!!!! You’re by far the best indie developers out there!🎮🏆
@YANDMAN Game Boy version?? Now we're talking!😃 They included a Game Boy Steelbook in the Switch Zelda Link's Awakening Special Edition pack so a hint to it's glorious past (as well a nod to its 30th anniversary) so maybe a Game Boy edition of the Switch Lite for collectors perhaps..? 😊
@YANDMAN Yeah, i had the same passing thought about the colours. I guess Nintendo is trying to maximise their sale potential with 'choice' in their 'safe' colours.
Yellow = kid friendly and synonymous of Pikachu
Teal = probably a continuation of the 3DS's release colour scheme which proved successful and different enough to stand out from its competitors at the time (take that Sony😆)
Gray = Rather bland and dreary yet a solid staple neutral colour for Nintendo consoles in general (bar purple for GCN and GBC and GBA).. also probably cheapest.
Tbh, the best looking Switch Lite is the Pokémon Sword and Shield Edition...(and even that is still a bit meh) so that's saying a lot.
Don't worry, I'm sure Nintendo will release many different versions soon (the 3DSXL and GBASP collections are still by far the most impressive😍) but they also have to be careful to avoid being repetitive with their colour schemes from the Joy-Cons already.
I think definitely a new Atlus title could be on the cards, Shin Megami Tensei V perhaps?
Intelligent Systems have already given us the fantastic "Fire Emblem: Three Houses" so I think it's about time that they heard that other long-called winner of Advance Wars" to make its reappearance after so long.
Capcom could easily pull out a new Monster Hunter or a Phoenix Wright and Square Enix could do no wrong with a long-awaited update/sequel to be Chrono Trigger
Moreso, I'm guessing à lot of GB/GBA and N64 title to the eShop's Virtual Console since they'll have to cater to those new Switch Lite handheld-only users.
@Nagi You’d think by this point in time with the Wii U promotion and commercial support discontinued and the Switch Lite announced for this month, that they would do away with the discounts and just peddling off some games close to 20years old and instead some proper incentives..
I'm still firmly attached to my 3DSXL🇪🇺 and New3DSXL🇯🇵 so I'm in no rush to get a Switch. As I mentioned in another thread (check my "Discussions" tab on my profile), the Streetpass/Spotpass functionality is a game changer for me in terms of handheld peripheral..until the Switch Lite gets it I'll stick with my 3DSXL and continue to play the myriad of DS🇯🇵 and 3DS games🇪🇺🇯🇵 I've yet to get and play.
Also the whole My Nintendo layout is flawed and they left out a lot of good things from Club Nintendo ( I.e exclusive goods, sticker sets, a 3ds stylus sets, coasters, plushes, etc.) so the point gaining has very little to reward you with.
To date I currently have have 7060 platinum points and 124 Gold Points (mainly from Animal Crossing Pocket Camp and FEH) and reached its nadir with Miitomo items. Apart from that, the points have little to redeem them for.
It's not hard: they could have offered certain goods in exchange for points such as posters, Pokémon keyrings, screen cleaning cloths, notepads.. basically any real-life stocking filler items as well as additional themes, free games, codes for DLC, or exclusive demos, but no.....they've never fully expanded on the Rewards scheme effectively and you can't even blame that on regional differences. About 60% of the games on the European eShop have demos for them on the Japanese eShop.. but not on the European eShop. (e.g Dillon's Dead Heat Breakers has a Japanese demo but no European demo... Why not???? Especially as it's a first-party game)
Oh, and quite frankly, I'm surprised Nintendo is still bothering with the Wii U when it has all but in name, dropped it as soon as the Switch came out. Two years later and the state of affairs is this? The consoles were never on life-support until Nintendo decided to make these sudden decisions out of the blue and cripple them and their users severely. @TheRealKyleHyde I wouldn't get my hopes up. They'll probably leave them as foundation as the rest of the content will be pushed out/removed to make way for Switch stuff.
@Nincompoop Sold!! I've already been a massive fan of Steamworld Heist for a long time so was really pondering whether to bite the bullet and get this one but with the end being nigh for the 3DS eShop, the current discounts make me think to buy this for sure!
Tbh, out of every 10 3DS discounts, there was only 1 or 2 that were really good deals..and they were usually Game Boy titles, such as Wario Land 3 or Warioland. Nintendo is always soooo flipping slow for change and keeping up its customer service and this is no different😑. Remember when the 'massive change' of Club Nintendo to My Nintendo took place? Massively underwhelming was what is was, thank god they kept the free 3DS themes. Also the Switch has been out for 2 years and still there is nothing for Switch users on My Nintendo. Pffft !! 😒
The few apps that Nintendo 'legitimizes' are the ones on the MyNintendo portal: Super Mario Run, Pokémon Rumble Rush, Animal Crossing Pocket Camp, and Fire Emblem Heroes. I play the latter two daily and am happy to earn the Nintendo Points they give. This is probably the best support Nintendo can offer its users and customers from their apps. I've gotten loads of in-game items, eShop discounts, and 3DS themes from this (even when it was Club Nintendo) so it really benefits its clientele...especially when it had Miitomo!! 😊 The other Nintendo apps such as Dragalia Lost and Dr.Mario World can still link to a Nintendo Account but nothing to gain except sharing the friends list from the other apps.
If Nintendo increases the 'point system' with more rewards then it'll have a strong advantage and less pressure from other mobile games apps.
Ugh...first they had these crappy games being flogged in the 3DS eShop and now on the Switch. Overpriced, underwhelming, and barely value for money. Anything that can get completed in less than an hour gets owned by even a mobile app game. And the rip-off Kirby factor shows dated naivety.
@ImperiumRegalis Yup, still do!! I went back to playing Y again since the end of spring... Been catching and transferring Pokémon from my White to Y. Only go to my Moon to trade on the PGL and fill up my Alolan Pokédex. But to me Pokémon Y is my favourite right behind Emerald!!
This is a bit of a non-story and rather stating the obvious. It's been clear for some time that the 2DS is the main one being marketed and after the 3D eye-health hoo-hah Nintendo would rather stick to the winning formula of the original DS simplicity with the power of the 3DS.
I personally have just recently ( a few weeks ago) unboxed my New 3DSXL SNES Edition (JPN) and tried (in vain) to find a case and case covers for it... Only 2DS and 2DSXL accessories around now....
Omg.. Finally!! Been in Japan for over 5 years and have constantly been on tender hooks waiting for a western release for my 3DSXL🇪🇺. I do have a 3DSXL🇯🇵 and was almost going to buy this but it's a headache to play in Japanese for me😅 (plus English seems to match better for anything Sherlock Holmes too😉hehe)
Awesome article and really highlights why SOR was one of SEGA's biggest series. I loved playing it on the Mega Drive at my friend's house back in the 90s and remember how disappointed SOR3 played compared to 2. Happily bought SOR2 3D on the 3DS eShop (thank you M2!) a few years ago and never get tired of going in now and again for a few rounds and the music is still truly awesome!! Hopefully SOR4 will be able to cater and satisfy old and new fans alike.
Hahaha...takes me back to my primary schooldays 😆 I know that a lot of people will buy the game just for this retro section alone. Not surprised that Nintendo/Sega kept this up its sleeve for the last 5 years...what better way to mark the Olympic Games in Japan again by having two of its famous video game characters go full retro. @RupeeClock yeah I though the same...having 8 bit Mario vs 16 but Sonic seems weird but I guess they didn’t want to compromise their ‘original’ looks.
@Muddy_4_Ever Totally agreed with the eShop still having life for 5+ years BUT...it really depends entirely how/if Nintendo decides to: a) update its online catalogue..especially its Virtual Console catalogue, namely the Game Boy selection..really really poor when you consider the wide breadth of games available..and peddling out first-gen titles like Balloon Kid and Alleyway are more of an insult when you see the price they charge) which brings me to my next point. Also: GBA games..why did they only put them on the Ambassador edition 3DS' (first gens) and then never again on the eShop? The GBA has a plethora of games (some of the best ever on a handheld i.e Advance Wars 2) yet Nintendo stupidly reserved that section for Wii U, hence another slap in the face for 3DS owners.
b) the pricing at the eShop (especially the European one, UK in particular) is just ridiculous. To still keep 'new' titles at full rrp of £34.99 when the console is clearly being pushed aside doesn't make much economic sense. Squeezing new 3DS owners like that in the face of the upcoming Switch Lite seems rather insulting, especially when this is the perfect moment to start shifting online software by the bucketloads and really recuperate sales.
I know there's been a summer sale of up to 70% on the eShop very recently but I can safely say that the UK 3DS eShop wasn't impressive. Save for a handful of all-time titles that they reduce on an occasional basis (SSF4, Steamworld Heist,3D Mario Land, Zelda, etc.), there are some that have never had a discount despite being in the eShop for over 5 years!!
hmmm....well, i still haven't played nor downloaded Pokemon GO when it came out in 2016 because: a) I had to look for a new job so i didn't feel I could afford to waste time playing it and b) I wasn't into mobile games. I only did Miitomo and FEH because i could earn Nintendo points and rewards Also I just couldn't be bothered and was much more focused on Sun/Moon at the time.
I downloaded and played this year's latest Pokemon Rumble Rush (again, mainly for the Nintendo point earning) but after a few goes I couldn't be bothered and much preferred the 3DS Pokemon Rumble World.
I then tried the new Dr.Mario World but didn't actively pursue it and deleted it after a couple of weeks.
I much prefer to play my 3DS than use up my phone's battery for mobile games. Plus this micro transaction component can be rather off putting. They tried that with the Pokemon Shuffle app and then the response was that it should've stayed as freeware.
Of course i'll give this a go but i can't see it lasting long on my phone...
Awesome!! Another good game to look forward to! i enjoy both "Street Gangs" (NES) and "River City: Rival Showdown" on my 3DS so I'm glad that they've updated the Kunio-kun series for another corker ^_^
Omg, the same packaging that we had in Europe! I remember getting it when I was 10!! I think i'll go and dig it out and go play it, just for old time's sake. p.s I often change my Streetpass Mii to the Game Boy hat too! <3
I've been waiting to buy this on the eShop but it's still at the full price of £34.99! Other games have easily had a discount at some point but in the face of the decline of the 3Ds, you'd think Nintendo would give 3DS users a break and start flogging more software online but no. You cn pick up a physical copy of this for £10 or so second-hand or online so i'm thinking of doing this. I much prefer having downloaded software on my 3DS but i don't mind having a cartridge, preferably for non-UK sold European titles (like Tekken 3D Edition) or old DS games. Nintendo needs to really do a rehaul of their 3DS eShop, especially in pricing, if they want to still make money from their limited European catalogue >_<
@USWITCH64 As much as I personally adore the 3D,I doubt Nintendo will apply this function again because: A) it took them two go's to properly perfect it (New 3DS) and B) the uproar of parents worldwide on how it 'badly affected their children's eyesight' led to Nintendo scrapping it altogether with the 2DS release and all subsequent software had the 3D capacities removed.
I'm currently playing it now on my 3DS Virtual Console after using my My Nintendo discount. I absolutely loved the first Wario Land (Super Mario Land 3) on the Game Boy and it's nice to see a few familiar points in this one.
Funnily enough i only know Fire Emblem from Advance Wars (both Intelligent Systems) and AW2 was the first and still one of the best games I had on my GBA. After playing out FE: Fates and Revelations on my 3DS I'll def be getting Three Houses but i have to say that Steamworld Heist is an amazing game and is definitely a must-buy!!
So until Advance Wars comes out on the Switch should i go for Tiny Metal or Wargroove?

Re: Talking Point: Should We Expect A Nintendo Direct In September?
Re: Get Discounts On Mario, Pokémon And Metroid In The Latest My Nintendo Rewards (Europe)
@Nagi You’d think by this point in time with the Wii U promotion and commercial support discontinued and the Switch Lite announced for this month, that they would do away with the discounts and just peddling off some games close to 20years old and instead some proper incentives..
Re: Team Kirby Clash Deluxe
Doubt it...but it’s a free game and has Streepass and Spotpass function so fun to play
Re: Video: Nintendo Welcomes Switch Lite To The Family With Flashy Console Trailer
Re: You Can No Longer Get 3DS And Wii U Discounts From My Nintendo In Japan
Re: Review: SteamWorld Dig 2 (3DS eShop)
@Nincompoop Sold!! I've already been a massive fan of Steamworld Heist for a long time so was really pondering whether to bite the bullet and get this one but with the end being nigh for the 3DS eShop, the current discounts make me think to buy this for sure!
Re: You Can No Longer Get 3DS And Wii U Discounts From My Nintendo In Japan
Tbh, out of every 10 3DS discounts, there was only 1 or 2 that were really good deals..and they were usually Game Boy titles, such as Wario Land 3 or Warioland. Nintendo is always soooo flipping slow for change and keeping up its customer service and this is no different😑.
Remember when the 'massive change' of Club Nintendo to My Nintendo took place? Massively underwhelming was what is was, thank god they kept the free 3DS themes.
Also the Switch has been out for 2 years and still there is nothing for Switch users on My Nintendo. Pffft !! 😒
Re: Soapbox: Mario Kart Tour Looks Lousy With F2P Trappings, But That’s All Right
The few apps that Nintendo 'legitimizes' are the ones on the MyNintendo portal: Super Mario Run, Pokémon Rumble Rush, Animal Crossing Pocket Camp, and Fire Emblem Heroes. 😊
The other Nintendo apps such as Dragalia Lost and Dr.Mario World can still link to a Nintendo Account but nothing to gain except sharing the friends list from the other apps.
If Nintendo increases the 'point system' with more rewards then it'll have a strong advantage and less pressure from other mobile games apps.
Re: Review: Whipseey And The Lost Atlas - A Kirby Clone That's Over In The Blink Of An Eye
Re: Pokémon X & Y
@ImperiumRegalis Yup, still do!! I went back to playing Y again since the end of spring... Been catching and transferring Pokémon from my White to Y. Only go to my Moon to trade on the PGL and fill up my Alolan Pokédex. But to me Pokémon Y is my favourite right behind Emerald!!
Re: Nintendo's North American Website Now Only Advertises The 2DS Line
This is a bit of a non-story and rather stating the obvious. It's been clear for some time that the 2DS is the main one being marketed and after the 3D eye-health hoo-hah Nintendo would rather stick to the winning formula of the original DS simplicity with the power of the 3DS.
I personally have just recently ( a few weeks ago) unboxed my New 3DSXL SNES Edition (JPN) and tried (in vain) to find a case and case covers for it... Only 2DS and 2DSXL accessories around now....
Re: Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Arcade Attack
Haha...two conflicting comments has definitely piqued my curiosity now!🐢🐢🐢🐢🕹
Re: JUMP ULTIMATE STARS
I just bought this the other day second hand for ¥560..why isn’t there an option to add this to ‘Have’ category?
Re: The Great Ace Attorney Receives Full 3DS Translation Thanks To Fans
Omg..
So this version can be played on 3DS?
Re: Feature: The History Of Streets Of Rage
Awesome article and really highlights why SOR was one of SEGA's biggest series. I loved playing it on the Mega Drive at my friend's house back in the 90s and remember how disappointed SOR3 played compared to 2. Happily bought SOR2 3D on the 3DS eShop (thank you M2!) a few years ago and never get tired of going in now and again for a few rounds and the music is still truly awesome!! Hopefully SOR4 will be able to cater and satisfy old and new fans alike.
Re: Check Out The Classic 2D Action In Mario & Sonic At The Olympic Games Tokyo 2020
Re: Sorry Nintendo, But The 3DS Really Is Dead Now
@Muddy_4_Ever Totally agreed with the eShop still having life for 5+ years BUT...it really depends entirely how/if Nintendo decides to: a) update its online catalogue..especially its Virtual Console catalogue, namely the Game Boy selection..really really poor when you consider the wide breadth of games available..and peddling out first-gen titles like Balloon Kid and Alleyway are more of an insult when you see the price they charge) which brings me to my next point.
Re: Pokémon Masters Has Already Secured Five Million Preregistrations
hmmm....well, i still haven't played nor downloaded Pokemon GO when it came out in 2016 because: a) I had to look for a new job so i didn't feel I could afford to waste time playing it and b) I wasn't into mobile games.
Re: Feature: WayForward On River City Girls, Its "Crazy Interpretation" Of The Kunio-kun Brand
Awesome!! Another good game to look forward to! i enjoy both "Street Gangs" (NES) and "River City: Rival Showdown" on my 3DS so I'm glad that they've updated the Kunio-kun series for another corker ^_^
Re: Anniversary: Game Boy Turns 30 Years Old In North America
Omg, the same packaging that we had in Europe! I remember getting it when I was 10!! I think i'll go and dig it out and go play it, just for old time's sake. p.s I often change my Streetpass Mii to the Game Boy hat too! <3
Re: Sushi Striker: The Way of Sushido Has Shockingly Poor Launch In Japan
Re: Monster Boy Dev Teases Switch Lite-Specific Game Feature
@USWITCH64 As much as I personally adore the 3D,I doubt Nintendo will apply this function again because: A) it took them two go's to properly perfect it (New 3DS) and B) the uproar of parents worldwide on how it 'badly affected their children's eyesight' led to Nintendo scrapping it altogether with the 2DS release and all subsequent software had the 3D capacities removed.
Re: Monster Boy Dev Teases Switch Lite-Specific Game Feature
I did think a Streetpass option at first but then that's just me..... 😅
Re: Mario & Sonic at the London 2012 Olympic Games
Am tempted to get this just for the novelty appeal (being a Londoner SE14 myself). Might see if it's priced reasonably.. £10 or so should do
Re: Wario Land 3
I'm currently playing it now on my 3DS Virtual Console after using my My Nintendo discount. I absolutely loved the first Wario Land (Super Mario Land 3) on the Game Boy and it's nice to see a few familiar points in this one.
Re: Feature: Best Nintendo Switch Strategy Games
Funnily enough i only know Fire Emblem from Advance Wars (both Intelligent Systems) and AW2 was the first and still one of the best games I had on my GBA.
After playing out FE: Fates and Revelations on my 3DS I'll def be getting Three Houses but i have to say that Steamworld Heist is an amazing game and is definitely a must-buy!!
So until Advance Wars comes out on the Switch should i go for Tiny Metal or Wargroove?
