Honestly out of all the fanbases, Xenoblade fans are one of the few who deserve crap like this because of how arrogant and gatekeeping they are.

There's alot of things in this Rumor that really make no sense.
Three Houses was released in 2019, so if this new game was finished last year then either the B Team at IS and Koei worked on this during Three Houses dev, or this game was only in development for 2.5 years at Most, or 1.5 years at worst.

Plus we can assume that Three Hopes was green lit for development just a few months after Three Houses released and became a hit, so again that would mean IS and Koei's B Team would be working on a new Mainline game.

Summoning old Lords from the series past is anything new, Awakening and Fates both had elements of this and it wasn't exactly a game seller.

Mother being a dragon is such a overused trope in FE that it almost sounds like a meme at this point.

Red and Blue Hair Protagonist sounds oddly specific...In fact, combining Red and Blue makes Purple, the hair color of Shez.

Really this entire Rumor could just be related to Three Hopes.

For people above asking about unions, I'll offer the different perspective than alot of unions are just as bad at the corps themselves. Lazy workers not getting fired/disciplined cause the union protects them, Having to give a part of your paycheck to the Union, Being coerced into political events, and even being denied certain benefits unless you do exactly as they say.

Unions are really just a cog in the corp machine in this day and age, and have long outlived their usefulness.

I should know, I had to deal with a union for 5 years and eventually couldn't take it anymore.

Not that I care, in a way I want Prime 4 to fail so Nintendo will put that money into franchises that need it, but at the end of the day its whatever.

@Blooper987 Bad Inventory management, pacing issues, up and down difficulty, everybody starting at Level 1 when recruited, characters have their introduction arc and then become nothing but party members, a boring villain and a dull setting.

Next time you should get somebody who doesn't have a Nostalgia Bias for this game so you can actually give a fair review.

The game has aged poorly and you didn't mention this.

Very heavy BOTW vibes, of course I'm sure that is completely intentional, would not shock me at all if the BOTW team assisted in some ways with this game.

Anyway it looks much better than earlier footage, and I'm leaning on being cautiously optimistic for this game. Obviously with Game Freak you have to tempter expectations, but I have hope that perhaps Nintendo took a more hands on approach and assisted with development.

Either way that trailer actually made me kinda excited for the game, can't wait to try it out.

@graviton You can get a base PS4 dirt cheap as well; Ive seen them go as low as 200 bucks...Which is still cheeper than a switch.

People be crying because the Switch doesn't have Persona 5...News flash, if you still haven't played Persona 5, thats on you. The game is almost 5 years old in America(6 in Japan) and you could buy a PS3 and a copy of P5 for dirt cheap, even cheaper than a switch!

Yes, we do live in a capitalistic society...Doesn't mean you should charge for stuff in a game that I'm sure has not only made up its development cost; but has likely gotten enough funded to make a brand new game on its own.

@gaga64 I've yet to see any news outlets or people comment on the box art, other than a few people in the comment sections here. So no it wasn't because controversy, it's because GTA doesn't give two sh** about stuff like that. You can call it "Misogyny" but the Truth is that plenty of women IRL dress and act like that; and it fits the themes of the games.

My problem with this is that the Pokemon Company is a Multi-Billion dollar company, and the Pokemon Franchise is the most successful Media Franchise OF ALL TIME. There should be no excuse for a 1:1 remake of a DS game.

This should of knocked our socks off, thrown us to the ground and made us beg them to release it so we can play it. We should have been praising the Pokemon Company for ever doubting them for how lackluster Sword and Shield was.

But instead we get a bare bones Chibi game that will be outdated by January.

This should have been like Final Fantasy 7 Remake, one of the greatest games ever made. That game pushed the PS4 and then some, and 20 years from now, people will look back on it and be like "Damn, how the hell did they make that in 2020?"

But in 20 years for this? People will look back and wonder how this was acceptable for the times.

It's a shame, and unlike Metroid, I won't feel bad for emulating this if I play it.

It's my fav game of all time, and I'm not ashamed to say my current hour count is 545 hours; and on my eleventh play through(4th Golden Deer)

So far I've gotten Dorothea, Mercedes, Dimitri, Edelgard, Claude, Constance, Seteth, Manuela, Sothis, and Ingrid's S Support scenes so far.

Hoping to one day get all of the S Supports.

@mariomaster96 Well also gotta remember that compared to when the OG Skyward Sword came out, Digital sales have exploded(Not to mention the OG Skyward Sword didn't have a digital version). So I'm sure in terms of overall sales, the HD remaster has far surpassed the OG.

So yes the PS4 sold better, but that was during the time where you could go outside and not get arrested for not wearing a mask. The PS5 is great, and the Switch is great. I love both.

@Parmandur Now that just silly to think Sony hasn't committed to full PS5 software support. For the next year or two, you'll see a good amount of Cross-Gen games, but afterwards it will be nothing but PS5 games. Also Demon Souls is a Niche title, and any PS5 exclusive will be hard pressed to break into the top 10 anywhere due to shortages(Some group legit bought 3500 PS5 units just to sell them for thousands.) and the only PS5 exclusive to do so is Spiderman: Miles, and that's a cross-gen game.

I was lucky enough to grab a PS5, and while the games I want haven't came out yet(Persona 6, FF16, FF7 Remake Pt.2) I have very much enjoyed Demon Souls, Sack Boy and Astros Playroom so far. All of them PS5 exclusives.

@CharizardEmperor The combat is much smoother than the first HW first of all, and to call this generic is pretty funny considering every character is unique. Perhaps the maps can be a little repetitive, but they do a good enough job of varying. Anyway, feel free to hate on the game because you don't believe that Nintendo should of made this and instead work on something else; not my concern that you don't have anything better to do.

Coming from a warriors fan(I've played ever DW game since 5), this game is great and a good starting point if you've never played a Warriors game before as it's not as hard as some others.

@Rhaoulos I really hope you're joking; also anyone complaining about frame rates are pretty absurd. I played 2 hours after it unlocked, beating both the Mipha and Daruk missions and I had no major frame rate issues. Maybe I'm just an old grandma, but I think kids need to learn that a couple of frame drops don't automatically make a game horsesh*t.
