hmmm cant notice a change in frame rate, im only playing it on gamepad at the moment though. But its defiantly not running at 60FPS

Awesome my save file got corrupted and have been waiting for update to start the game again. Can't wait to see how much better it runs

That really sucks for you Americans, I wonder why they do that. I'm fortunate in the U.K that I have been able to preorder all the special editions I wanted.
In a way I suppose it stops the ability for some a-hole to buy a shed load and sell them on ebay for a huge increase. Can't stand idiots like that.

It's a shame none of my friends own a Wii U and most likely never will, they are all xbox guys, it would be cool to compare times and taunt them. Were all in our mid 30's and I've always been a nintendo guy. I own a 360 but i rarely play it these days. It's a shame nintendo have such a bad image as being a child friendly console, also the lack of third party support turns them off. I think the Wii U will do well at a very slow pace but Nintendo need a shake up. They need to implement better business decisions and start moving forward. Things like this our a slow start, it's nice to see nintendo embracing more online connectivity but this is stuff they should have been doing a few years ago. They are sometimes so backwards with there ideas.
Hopefully the next home console will get it perfect.

Oh joy, must be a day one purchase for me, these third party developers are slowly losing any respect i had for them.
Capcom, Ubisoft, EA and now Activison can all go do one.
Hopefully Nintendo and platinum games will keep my appetite for gaming consistent.

What angers me more is the inclusion of xbox one, the install base is 2 million less than wii u!!!

Capcom can go do one, I'm done wih them been a loyal nintendo//capcom fan for years. I bought resi revelations day of release and the mercenaries on 3DS. I even bought the mercenaries downloadable so I could have it on the go when ever I felt like a blast.
So dissapointed there is no 3DS release.

@OmegaStar I don't see animal crossing as a casual game, there's a hell of a lot involved in making the perfect village. It's a more relaxed game but that doesn't mean it's casual

I never even thought about a metroid track, that would be awesome imagine Ridley flying around the track a bit like dead or alive on the 3DS where he flys around and attacks you.
Also I wonder if we will see new items included at some point.
But the thing I would love to see the most is some sort campaign/story mode. Mario kart needs something more than just new tracks, don't get me wrong it's awesome and your basically getting half of a new mario kart game for £11.00 a fraction of the price of what the mario kart 8 bundle cost me. But I want to see more than just new tracks. Who knows what the future of his franchise holds. It could be endless and I can't wait to see it unfold.
