I enjoy my Wii U it's the only console I play at the moment and I don't plan on buying a ps4 or xbox one any time soon. What I love about it is the fact that I actually get to finish games on Wii U and I think that comes down to the fact that there is no real support for the system. It definetly isn't a shovel ware console like the original Wii and that's a good thing, yes it has its share of dog turd games but what console doesn't.
But come on it has some amazing titles
Suoer mario 3D World, Pikmin 3, Bayonetta 2, Mario Kart 8, Zelda Wind Waker, Lego City, The Wonderful 101, Hyrule Warriors, ZombiU, New Super Mario and Luigi, Donkey Kong Country and many more and an amazing 2015 line up. Then there's the indie titles some truly impressive titles. Yes the VC needs some work but I still have a pretty wicked collection of Nes and Snes titles.
And the one thing I love about my Wii U is that it's a games console not a blu ray player or a media system it's a games console with some decent integrated free network features, and come on MiiVerse is probably the nicest place to actually discuss and talk about games. And I have got some pretty amazing wallpapers off of it to. I don't know how log it will last and I doubt any of my friends will ever by one I'm a loner when it comes to Nintendo with my friends but I'm enjoying every minute of it. I will stick with it till the end and if Nintendo release another games console then I'll do the same again.

@taffy Nintendo make mistakes but they don't release shoddy games with missing features and full of glitches and charge a premium for extra content There's no comparison to Nintendo and ubisoft lol!

I really really hope the animal crossing track takes advantage off the internal clock and changes depending on the time of day and has random weather, that would be incredible. Imagine playing it in the winter and it being snowy or at night time and its dark or during the day and having random times when it rains or is cloudy or during special events like on halloween the characters in the stands have halloween costumes etc. Please make it a reality Nintendo..

Thats a shame I got home from work hoping the DLC would have automatically downloaded but I have to download it manually. Am I missing something or is it just UPDATE data that downloads automatically. If so maybe something nintendo will fix in the future.

This is my most hyped for game of 2015...(and Zelda but that's obvious)

@BensonUii no I wouldn't want to lose the many hours its gonna take to level up all the Amiibos in smash Bros to have to delete it if a Nintendo style skylanders game cane out

@SanderEvers it's not about being under a rock, the controller sync menu only shows options for 4 controllers and the gamepad making 5. Even the lights on the wiimotes and pro controllers are only 4 lights.

What a pain for people who switch between games regularly. Once more games use Amiibos like smash Bros does its Gonna be a real HASSLE for people who play a different game every day and use Amiibos. Silly move Nintendo, should have seen it though really, shame....

I don't think there is enough praise for how gorgeous xeboblade looks. Looked glorious watching it on my 40 inch TV in 60fps. Definate day one purchase

The japanese direct was great for 3DS, that attack on Titan game looked epic, if it ever got released I bet they would add pants to the enemies lol
Ace combat with Amiibo support was cool to see to.

Everyone moaning about Amiibo need to realise these figures are going to outlast your games because they will be playable on many games for the next few years. I can't wait

At the End of the day if third party developers put the effort that Nintendo put into the games they make I would buy more of them but they don't we get gimped ports of old games and missing features of newer games. Nintendo will always be my favourite game developer for the effort they put in. Third parties are lazy and only out to make a quick buck.

Pretty mich agree with Reggies comments to be honest. Nintendo announcements excite me way more than Sony or Microsoft's.

I just can't wait for everything, it's new stuff to do and use in mario kart 8 and by March the game will have a total of 48 playable tracks!!!. Local multiplayer on Thursday nights with my friends is gonna be great. Can't wait to see what other tracks get announced in the future.

Still can't really see how Amiibo will work for Mario kart, if its just away to customise your favourite character then that would be absolutly pointless. Maybe they have gone down the smash Bros route and you train your Amiibo to race, then you can race against your different Amiibos and maybe there will be an Amiibo mode update but once again what's the point. Anyone have any other ideas?
