Snaking definitely ruined Mario Kart DS for me so if this is similar then im not interested in playing online till it gets sorted

I completely understand not releasing the same week as mario kart, that would have been suicide. But there's no reason to wait nearly another 5 months longer for a game that is now out. Just ridiculous really

As a street fighter fan since 1992 I think they have done an incredible job of capturing the spirit of the game and nods to the anime tv series. One of my favourite parts of the show is the old man that continually taunts ken throughout the series. Love the bit when he plays Ryu's song
And the Mega Man 2 bit was great, reminded me of me and my mate when we got a brand new game, cheesy as hell but really fun.
I really hope Joey and Christian go far with this series and make movies and a longer series.
The only negative I have would be ryu and kens acting isn't the best it's not awful but they are stunt men and martial artists at the end of the day, so I can let it slide. That being said the Japanese cast are fantastic and this is easily he best live action street fighter anywhere.

Oh and the soundtrack is excellent, episode 0 is my favourite piece of music from the show. Gonna download the soundtrack off amazon

I'm probably one of the very few people that actually thought the concept of wii music was fantastic but it just had an awful selections of songs in a midi format.
Hopefully they will correct this for the sequal, and give users an option to compose and download peoples composisitions

It's awful, nintendo to re do there adverts for certain games they make them look dreadful. Look at animal crossing, awful advert awesome game. But try to convince people to buy it with these adverts will just put people off.

I love the gamepad not so much for the games as there aren't many that use it really (however Zombi u was awesome with it), but it is so much better than a conventional controller it makes nagivigating menus, miiverse the eshop and the internet infinitely superior to using a standard controller. Well done nintendo for standing by your values, I guess Microsoft are to weak to do the same.... Lol

@retro_player_22 agree exactly with what u said, what a poor article this is, to be honest I lost it at having to press a button more than 7 times to start a race. Seriously that's a problem???? imagine having to load between button presses, I'm looking at you lego city undercover.

This is no good for me as I have not been able to access the WII SHOPPING CHANNEL for over 6 months it just never loads, i don't know what to do about it. Has anyone else had this problem?, the only thing I have thought about doing is formatting my Wii U but then i lose everything and i really dont want to have to complete all my games again because of Nintendos stupid system of not being able to back up anything.

This game seems really interesting but I am not a fan of football, if this was a fantasy RPG, and instead of football it was battles I would be sold.

@ferrers405 well they have done ok for free online with mario kart 7 and mario kart wii for the last 3-5 years (dependant of system)
So I think mario kart 8 will do fine on a free online system
