I think the best course of action would be to turn it into a wario ware game focused on VS gameplay(like the shooting mini game in 1-2 switch)

Squid jump was great, I also enjoyed squid volleyball

Idk the joycons so light I feel like if I threw it at my TV it would barely crack

@Zenszulu Huh, I’ve only played on the Wii so I didn’t know that.

I assume the reason they couldn’t imagine a 3D metriod game on the 64 is because prime is definitely a great way to transition the series to 3D, and you need 2 sticks for that

I both hope this game does well and also don’t. I think this game is lazy and could’ve been so much more, but I don’t want Nintendo to think that this series is dead.

@Kid_Sickarus Hopefully this game has a decent tutorial, with xenoblade 2 I didn’t really get any part of the blade system until about halfway through the game

The Xbox series X vs the Nindendo 2DS on these sales charts are my favorite thing to watch

The thing about all this is to sell something, someone needs to want to buy it. With video games these things are pretty much infinite so that just takes away all value

I’ll probably get this when it goes on sale after all the updates are done, because I want to show Nintendo that there is still a large market for the Wii sports series but also not for some half hearted attempt

This basically confirmed what I thought, a game launching unfinished without the character or modes of the original. I’ll just keep to playing Wii sports resort, which is really a shame given how much I wanted a new Wii sports game in the series

I don’t like the company, but thier games can be pretty good. The negative impacts of them being bought would probably result in a decrease in variety of games they make, being more focused on their best sellers

I have not done any of the post game yet, but so far the game has been easy, but not so easy that it has harmed my enjoyment of the gam

Reid is an interesting name for a protagonist. I really like that name actually. No reason why.

I am very confused by the DLC, but this seems like a complete cash grab, and even if I had unlimited money I wouldn't feel the need to buy this, considering I already own these games one way or another, even if not in the ideal form

Also a few people have said that this shows that they’ve been sitting on this game for a while now, but I doubt it. Probably they have a generous amount of time but then realized that it would be done sooner. This wouldn’t change based on BOTW2 getting delayed as they probably knew BOTW2 was getting delayed before they made the initial announcement

I need to rewatch the trailer when I’m back at home but was that 7 or 8 characters in the party at once? That would probably mean that’s there’s no cap on how many party members you can have at once

If there was a mario heardle, pokemon heardle, or just nintendo heardle I might be able to get it. I don't know sonic music at all though

It might just be nostalgia talking, but I loved Star Wars the force unleashed back on the Wii. Don’t think I’ll get it though because I already have it

@Korgon fire emblem could use a technical upgrade, the game is great but it doesn’t look great graphically

Oh and also, the other reason I think that the switch 2 or whatever isn’t happening early 2023 is because we’re getting all these notable releases in late 2022, and so I don’t think Nintendo would want to cut their lifespans short

I doubt it, the switch is getting towards the end of its life but it’s not there yet. I think it’ll have a 7 year lifespan with the switch 2 coming out in early 2024 or maybe late 2023

I like this game, it’s fun. My biggest problem is the lack of content updates it has. It’s been getting a lot of new skins and characters but they still only have 1 main map to play on, and the same 3 rotating quick maps

I own the board game, but have never played it. I somehow know somebody who knows somebody who made it but I can’t remember how

Also the y button is often used for attacking, which I don’t think was mentioned in the article but what I immediately thing of when I think of The button Y

The game looks really interesting, not sure if I'll get it at launch because so many other games are coming out, but in the future I'll be looking out for this one

As long as Verizon has a spot at summer games fest I’m happy

The game seems overpriced for 6 sports at launch, Wii sports resort had far more than that and was a pack in with wiis

I wanted it this year, but at least now xenoblade 3 won’t get put away like DE did. I thought it would come out this year but I don’t think new hardware is coming out until 2024
