I hope we get Fartman on the Sega Genesis as well....

I actually grew really tired waiting for NBA Jam... so I picked it up at a used game store for like 10 bucks.... now I can alleyoop as much as I want.

i only have 500 points left... and i kind of want to download River City Ransom or Sonic on the Master System.... but now that this is out, I think I'll wait for a review before I make any purchases.

Most definitely getting this when I buy my next Wii Points card.... You mofo's better not be over-hyping the game GTAIV style!!!

The graphics look more polished on this than they do on Orbient. I'm considering giving this one a DL.

All the Street Fighters are getting really redundant.... I know they were everywhere when I was little, but there many other cross-platform games in the past and we usually get just one version of it. I know there are a couple of exceptions with Street Fighter II being the biggest one. Seriously what is this, the 4th version of pretty much the same game? I downloaded World Warriors when it first came out and although I think this Genesis version or Turbo Hyper-Fighting are the best, I can't see it being worth shelling out 8 bucks just for faster moves. This starts to make me wonder if the catalogue of games will start expanding to include the ports of games for other consoles, like maybe we'll see the SNES version of Earthworm Jim on the VC someday? Just a thought....

On another note, Secret of Mana has always been a game that interested me since I was little, but I never played it. I always considered renting it, but I'd always end up getting something else. I might give it a download.... but I'm out of channels... and I should probably finish playing Super Mario RPG or Mega Man 9. And I also really want to download World of Goo, but deammn! 1,500 points?! I bet it's worth it though... I'll get it plus an NES game with my next Wii Points card... hopefully something good comes out on the NES next week... and I think I'm just rambling now... this is a really long post, I'm just going to stop typing. Now.

Think about all the people that are downloading it on the PSN or XBLA.... this thing has to be making a LOAD of money.

I love Mario Golf! I used to play it for hours when I was a kid... I traded it with my cousin though, for F-Zero X. I think it was a pretty fair trade, considering F-Zero X is still in my collection. I guess now I can have a virtual copy of Mario Golf, but there's just one problem... I'm totally out of room for it. I guess I could delete TV Show King, but I also want to download Mega Man 9 and World of Goo when it comes out next week. Not to mention Earthworm Jim, whenever that hits the US VC. Too many games, too little space. It's a drag.

Man, WiiWare and the VC have so much good content coming out right now, it's hard to pick what to get. I've just spent a lot of points on Mega Man, Mega Man 2, Art Style: Orbitals and Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars. I really want to get Mega Man 9, as well as Earthworm Jim when it hits the US and World of Goo has been my most anticipated WiiWare game since WiiWare was announced. Also with Animales De La Muerte coming out this month and Eternity's Child coming out soon, it's knd of making me freak out a little bit.

I have had Earthworm Jim 2 on the SNES since I was a little kid and it's one of my favorite shooter/platformers. The animation is awesome. It's been forever since I played the first one, but I always the Sega versions looking and sounding better so I think thats cool that they're putting the Megadrive version up. Can't wait for it hit to hit US.

I don't like this storage solution at all. I think it sucks and its a really cheap and easy way out. It's still a major inconvenience that there's only 4 pages of Wii Channels and I'm still going to have to transfer games back and forth. I might as well just keep doing what I have been doing and not even buy an SD card and just redownload the ones I had to erase if I want to play them again. There probably won't be much difference in the time it takes to download the game as opposed to transferring it from an SD card. Plus, why would you download the game straight to the SD card if you can't play the game from it? Isn't that kind of retarded? You're still going to have to clear off room from your Hard Drive (if you can even call it that) and transfer your new game from the SD card to the Wii Menu.... this is really just Nintendo taking the lazy, easy way out, and it's something that could have been done a long ass time ago in a simple firmware update. I still believe a hard drive solution is the best way to go. I really don't see how so many of you can be satisfied with this.

This is a really good Monday! I only have 1700 points right now, so that means I can't get Vectorman and Mega Man 9..... I think I'm gonna get Vectorman because it's my all-time favorite Sega Genesis game and I've been jealous of Europe forever for having it. I'll hold off a little while before I get Mega Man 9..... I still need to finish playing Mega Man 1 and 2!

OH MY GOD OH MY GOD OH MY GOD OH MY GOD!!!!!! FINALLY!!! YAAAAAAY!!!!! Vectorman is my favorite game on the Sega Genesis ever! I've been wanting this game since the VC started almost 2 years ago. I haven't played it since middle school, this is going to be awesome.... too bad I only have 1700 points though, looks like I'll have to wait on Mega Man 9, but that's okay because I'm still playing Mega Man 1 & 2. What a great week for the Virtual Console.

AWESOME! Definitely downloading this on Monday.... I wonder what else will come out.

Finally.... I mean, I knew it was coming, but it felt like the only reason it was coming was because of Mega Man 9.... Not that that should really matter, I only bring it up because I want Vectorman! We need a good Genesis game this month, and what better game to get than Vectorman? A game that has been on the EU VC for 9 months just like Mega Man 2..... Please, Nintendo, can I finally have Vectorman again? Pretty please with sugar on top and a cherry?

Great..... I bet we don't get any VC games this week, and the 3rd game is gonna be Platchen or Bomberman..... I haven't looked into potpourri, but I doubt I'll be downloading anything this week.... I'm waiting on World of Goo, Eternity's Child, Mega Man 9 and Animales De La Muerte.

I don't really like shooters per-say, but as someone that is all about the man-love, I don't see how I can pass this one up. Not that I'm that in to bodybuilders, but seriously, video games have always had really ripped shirtless guys, more so in old school games.... Contra, anyone?

I actually can't wait now for this to come out, after watching that video. This game looks very entertaining.

whatever happened to Castlevania: Rondo of Blood? Is it getting the shaft because of the PSP game?

I thought Secret of Mana was an action game, or maybe that was Pitfall.... I don't know, I get those 2 mixed up for some reason. Maybe it's because I haven't played either of them.

The only Castlevania I ever played was 3D and it was Lament of Innocence, and I thought that was actually a pretty decent game. Rondo of Blood looks worth trying, but I don't have a PSP. I was thinking of downloading Super Castlevania IV, but I don't know, I always hold off on it for some reason. Although I guess, I could also download Symphony of the Night since they have it on the PSN..... What should I download Super Castlevania IV or Symphony of the Night or should I just wait for Rondo of Blood to hit the VC?

It's really weird that Pong Toss is #2... I guess there is a reason for shovelware after all: it sells for some inexplicably crazy reason.

HELL YES!!!! FINALLY! I'll be getting this as soon as I put more Wii Points on my system. Now, I know I should be happy and satisfied with this update... but why did this take so long? What is it going to take to finally get Vectorman in the U.S.? Is there going to have to be a new one for WiiWare first?

Oh, well... looks like I might be getting this game on the PSN... I just downloaded Pixel Junk Eden and I'm enjoying it a lot. I'm waiting for something good to come out on Wii Ware... I'm kind of curious about the Strong Bad game, but I'm waiting on reviews for it.

I love Wallace and Gromit.... they're hilarious. I'm always skeptical whenever they take something and turn it into a video game though, like a movie, cartoon or comic book.

I freaking hate Beer Pong. It's one of my least favorite drinking games. Better drinking games are Power Hour or F*** the Dealer, but I don't want to see any of them converted into a video game. The only good thing beer pong did for me was get me laid one night, but every other time its resulted in really bad hangovers. This ends up being the 5th or 6th week in a row that I download nothing. I can't wait for Animales de la Muerte, Megaman 9, Eternity's Child and World of Goo. Let's save the shovelware for the shelves, please.

Don't we already have this in the States? Isn't this a Genesis game? If it is, the graphics look pretty bad. It looks like a high-end Master System game at best.

I don't care what anybody says, I want an external hard drive dammit! Give me more empty Wii Channels so I can have all my games all out on the menu at once in all their glory.

I don't know why you keep saying Star Soldier R will be history... does Nintendo plan on removing games from the download service if their sales are poor? Or if they drop out of the top 20? I seriously doubt it.... Look at all the VC games, I don't think any of them have been removed.

These 2 look like good games, and I suppose that its good that we finally have them, considering they are import titles and everyone else has had them on the VC for some time now, which brings me to my next point: WHERE THE FRACK IS VECTORMAN!?!?!?!?!?!?

This game looks like it could either be a blast or it could be completely retarded. Hopefully, its not bad, but I have low expectations.

No way a game in Australia was $100 bucks... unless you're talking about Wii Fit or Guitar Hero III w/the guitar.

But this game looks kind of cool. I've kind of purchased a lot of puzzlers lately though, with Dr. Mario Rx Online, Pokemon Puzzle Leage and Boom Blox. I'll wait until I see some footage from this game, but it looks pretty promising. If it comes out soon I might buy it and then have points left over to finally get River City Ransom.

This game is gonna be awesome. I wonder if it'll be in HD on the PSN? I think I might end up downloading this on my PS3 simply because of the storage issue on the Wii. I'll wait for the reviews though to see which version is the best.

Man that sucks for you guys, and in response to what somebody said earlier, I don't think that Chrono Trigger will be released for the VC because they're about to come out with a remake of it on the DS this fall. That's why I think Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island won't come to the VC, because of Yoshi's Island DS.... but I could be wrong. I hope I am at least.

Man, that's ridiculous. I can't believe this kind of shovelware BS is making it to WiiWare... I kind of figured there would be some crappy games, but lately it feels like the amount of crap we have been receiving is entirely overwhelming. How can Nintendo release this garbage for 10 bucks, and not feel like they're ripping people off? This looks just about as good as that stupid Burger King Bumper Kart game for the Xbox 360.

Grrr... Screw NEO-GEO, there's not a quality game on their lineup. If they would just give me Vectorman already I would shut up and stop complaining. wait a minute... Japan doesn't have Rockman 1 and 2, but Australia and EU have them? That's crazy! I thought the Japanese had pretty much everything. Do they have Vectorman then? Why aren't we getting Vectorman? When will Sega re-release it!?!!?!

I really want EarthBound and Super Mario RPG.... but what happened to the Earthworm Jim games and the Clay Fighter game? I thought those were rated too.

Ehhh... none of those sound particularly appealing to me. MAYBE Donkey Kong 3 and MAYBE Splatterhouse 2...... but thats about it. Think they'll decide to give us Vectorman in NA this month?

I never played the SMS before, but I'll download this one for sure.
