oh man battlefield 2 was great!

i think a large part of the switch to online only is that A.I is the hardest aspect to code. it also ensures that gamers buy the same game year on year.

thank god (or whatever deity, system, ramen or herb you wish) someone has said this. Rather than get offended on someone else behalf or misunderstand what censorship means or cultivate deliberately thin skin to gain sympathy.

software drives hardware. and there is no compelling software on the horizon let alone currently. the gfx cards necessary are also beyond the ps4/xboxone and probably NX. the media are really letting people down by rehashing marketing and being so uncritical.
i'm more interested in augmented and secondary displays. immersion does nt require technology it requires artistry

glad ive delayed upgrading my 3ds, that is gorgeous. my 3ds has been out of action for near 12 months with only steamworld heist keeping it near the charger, now a whole lotta fire emblem and dragon quest on the way. hooray!!

i agree about achievements they suck unless they are at the end of a level and mean something(excepting Gran tUrismo), but with bayonetta and w101 i scrapped and cursed and lusted for every medal!

you only button mash once you have initiated the attack. the game is about positioning and timing. i struggle to think what games have been keeping bayonetta 2 out of your consoles:) its one of the games of the decade, assuming you like action, and a bad mother of a hero.

Bayonneta 3 for NX ninty and hire kojima for new gen Tactical Espionage Action.

i totally agree, despite my avatar. the posturing, self importance of the so called mature gaming and messaging in indie gaming is far more embarassing than the goofy nintendo games like splatoon or w101. i want fun not moral vanity in my gaming. colour and imagination and the emphasis on original mechanics are what keep me interested in gaming

got it and happy with the price. the game is deeeeeeeeep. and unique. casual gamers, why comment? it'll never be a few bucks because you cant create systems with this complexity for mass market pokefans. its niche sure, but there is no alternative so i am happy to pay these legends for their hard work. this is essentially Atrain 9 by the way. on the go. pun intended.

love the look of this and its a perfectly reasonable price. if you look at the prices 20 years ago, people were paying between 40 -70 pounds for a cartridge game. this is the price of a few subway sandwiches

fan of the wombles and bowie and definitely picking this up. looks brilliant

great game at a low price. honestly if its worth your time, its worth the money. i dont care if its cheaper on ios. i dont consider phones and tablets game platforms, all phones have done for gaming is flappy birds, ads and a delusional sense of entitlement amongst gamers

apart from this, DK Tropical Freeze and MK8 wiiu has been poor this year, whereas the 3ds has great 3rd party support. next year should be great particularly with Fire Emblem X SMT. only nintendo could hold down the fort with exclusives alone and a few quality indies
p.s. only just got my hands on Shin Megami Tensei 4 on 3ds and it is awesome

@edcomics i didnt like the w101 demo, but i bought the full game and love it. it seems that for a game of its depth releasing a very limited demo was a bad idea.

bad graphics are not retro, they are just bad graphics. pixel graphics can be fun because they offer a different perspective, which affects gameplay. in some cases, its just nostalgia. i dont feel nostalgia for most early polygonal games.
