@sanderev ah ok. I wonder if they'll be more powerful games that require more power than the original switch can handle but needs the switch pro (which I thought had a new nvidia chip).

I'd like to see new leaf brought over to Switch. That would be cool. But then new horizons would just sit there so not sure they would do it.

As a sega fan since day one, I hope there's no sonic. My goodness. One more rehash and that will be it. However, if Sega opened up their amazing catalog and just started going to work, the players would be the lucky ones! Skies of Arcadia would be nice...

If I had 9.2 billion and had to spend 7 billion to acquire a software company, I'm not buying. Now if I have 9.2 billion just to spend on a software company and that's not all I have then maybe.

@AmplifyMJ I agree. I mean for it's size and being a hybrid, it's fantastic. Go look at the shear amount of gameplay, graphics and cut scenes in Dragon Quest XI S.

@StefanN so do you think the Switch pro will play the current switch library or require it's own special games. If it weren't backward compatible it would be the dumbest thing they could do.

@MikeHiscoe Dragon Quest XI to me anyway, is still the greatest Switch RPG to date. It's amazing. Ys viii while bit different in its fighting is another great game.

Downloading Seek Hearts RPG this morning. Then Saga Frontier and Oceanhorn 2. Seek Hearts an Oceanhorn 2 are on sale in the eshop.

Another reason the Sega Master System was more advanced. Jewel Cases.

Played it through once. Immediately started a second game. You carry over a lot of your items. This time around I'm trying to find all castaways and finish side quests. There's so much more to the game when you do this. Definitely in my opinion one of the best action RPG's for Switch. This and the mind blowing DQ XI S.

@Mirage-5x5 yah I remember getting the original when it came out. Good times! I'll get this one for sure.

@Krull so far Dragon Quest XI S is at least in my opinion, the most amazing Switch game overall. The sheer amount of story, graphics, just everything shoved on that little cartridge. That game is amazing.

@TheFullAndy thanks! Honestly if they mention a new MK, give a date for Zelda, Metroid, and Pikmin 4, and add some surprises like, oh maybe, a new Excite Truck...the Switch can hang around kicking butt for another 4 years.

If they announce some hot IPs and a couple surprises thrown in. Theyll keep smashing records. All they have to say is MK 9 or even DLC for that game and they'll break 175 million units.

I tried to get into the demo twice. But just couldn't.

@KIRO you know I never thought of that. Wow. I'm surprised they didnt give a little something. I love this other racer called Horizon Chase Turbo. Got that for less than $20 and there's free tracks added and DLC all the time...I mean its crazy what they give you. But if Nintendo ever announced MK9 for Switch? They would break 200 million units.

Amazing. Good for Nintendo. It's insane how well MK8 is doing considering it's age. It is one hek of a polished game though.

@goldener @goldener thank you. Too many people came here complaining about a game they never played. I was like like "wow, what a bunch of soy boys." I enjoyed the first one and am about to get the second...although I'd like to pay less than $29.99 for it. I like how you negated the "clone" issue and mentioned the good without comparing. I wish I read your paragraph before reading this review.

@Brummieendo90 I'm old school so i like physical copies. However, I say that but I have 3 physical copies, and about 12 digital. It's so much easier to just close one game and open another if digital. The game has to really mean something for me to buy physical.

@Yanina Phantasy Star 1 is a real gem.i played it on the Master System and Switch. So great!

I just finished this game today and thought it was great. It took around 18hrs. Lots to explore. The controls were fine. I just liked the game. Oceanhorn 2 looks really nice...
