@Ravenmaster it would take alot more than that to push me into another console. I'm gonna hang on to my Switch till it won't play anymore. I'm just enjoying it to much.

@kingbk I agree. I think you can filter out by price and such by pressing "y" but that might only be in the "great deals" section.

@JaxonH thanks for your input. It would or could work but with the Switch still selling really well, Nintendo would need to show one hek of a list of AAA titles. And not discontinue Switch. Maybe kill a model like the "lite" not to oversaturate. I have had my Switch for 3 years, my son got his when it came out, my daughter when Animal crossing came out, and my wife a month ago. I'm having too much fun with this unit to want to "Switch" over to another console. (I don't want to spend another $300). I will say the shovelware is getting a little out of control in the eshop but it's still a great console.

@JaxonH I'd be hard pressed to think most Switch owners would grab a new system to play botw2. I for sure wouldn't. Die hard will. I could easily wait till late 2024 I'm enjoying the Switch that much. The longer Nintendo goes, the more cash goes into R&D and the chip situation should be ironing out.

I could easily wait for late 2024. I'm having so much fun with my Switch I forgot there were 2 other consoles out there. You know the ones, the ones that make you sit in one spot to play video games. Yah. No thanks.

This game deserves all the accolades it receives. It's a great game.

Just watched the trailer. I'll pre-order this one. Looks like another good one. The last 4-5 games have been better than previous.

@Moonsorrow999 @Erigen they're decent old school rpgs if you ask me. I like the 7 or 8 I have. Not all are perfect but they've gotten better

@sanderev I really like the kemco rpgs. Kemco/EXE Create are good for the money, and I seem to like them.

@Kiz3000 I have about 7-8 kemco old school rpg's. I really like them. I got half of them on sale. Regular price these games are not even $15. I look forward to every release.. if it seems like I'd be interested, I'll get it.

Off the bat it reminded me of the very awesome Ittle Dew games.

@StarPoint me too, Nintendo put a lot into that game. It's a good one for sure.

@NintendoEternity especially if it's backwards compatible. I don't think it needs BOTW2. that wouldn't be a reason I hop the fence. I say Switch can easily keep it up if they released Pikmin 4 and pick a few other AAA Nintendo titles.

@Tasuki @SuperCharr everywhere you work, it's all about the dollar. You and I don't matter. I work because I have to but I know I'm not important even though if I walked they'd have they're hands full. I'm sure this person is disgruntled as well. Don't forget, the suits need more money.

In all honesty. They should know how to release / manufacture these without drift. It's that simple.

@sword_9mm i find horizon chase turbo to be tough to beat. I'll take another look. I have that one from EA. Forget the name...controls suck.

@sword_9mm if you can recommend another racer as polished, other than mario kart, I'd take your advice.

@sword_9mm I was going to eventually grab Luigi mansion, SOR4.. I really like those inexpensive kemco rpgs. I thought Ys viii and Dragon Quest XI S were fantastic. For racing, horizon chase turbo is really good.

@sword_9mm sure, I get it. Everyone likes what they like and games that they want. The Switch has alot of games I like but there are games it doesn't have that I'd love. Like more Ys games, especially Ys 1, and I'd love a Master System Collection, and some Sega classics likes Skies of Arcadia and the Shenmue Series.

@Tendogamerxxx I take it you're under 25yrs old. Prob under 18. If you grew up with Atari, Colecovision, etc...power numbers don't mean anything. Just give me a good game

@Mattock1987 hear you there. I'm having so much fun with the model I have now I dont need another system. Honestly with the way the Switch sells, the longer they wait to release some brand new platform the better. Their R&D money just keeps growing and I know and hear of so many people that are just now buying one.

@Tendogamerxxx when you sell a product at the rate the Switch is selling you can't just "stop". Look at how many copies they sell, let's say Animal Crossing, I would say a high attach rate, they'll be many people who will have just purchased the system and the games. Now if the system was past its peak, not hardware wise, but sell wise, like 2.5-3yrs from now then, you start announcing new versions of game A,B,C, and so on. Do it 2022, they'll be alot of late adopters that will be upset. I've had my switch for 3 years, my wife, 2 months, my son got his in 2017 and bought an Oled 2 weeks ago. So it's still selling. Now, if it is backwards compatible, that changes the picture a little bit...

If a Switch replacement came out today it would flop and it would make a lot of customers angry. Switch is selling to well to put out a replacement. Many people are just getting going with their Switch to upgrade. I've had my Switch 3yrs and enjoy it way to much to want to upgrade. Too many people would be alienated. Plus what are you going to put on it?

The pleasant surprise was Kirby. I don't think anyone expected the game to be this good. Its really something.

@Anti-Matter I'm happy with my Sega Master System so I don't care if they release it or not. I so enjoy the Switch the way it is! I guess I'm not part of that "oh my God! The frame rate dipped for a nano second! This System is terrible" group of gamers...but I agree with what your saying.

@Lordplops not sure. Saw a 9 out of 10 review today. Guess it depends on who's playing.

@Rez I ordered 2 copies, one for a friend. 21 games and Master System games included. Next I'd love to see them do this with Ys!

@Bunkerneath however, I can see some people wanting to upgrade to the "better battery model" like me. Or my son upgrading to an OLED. I know some people, more than I should, that are now just buying the Switch and it's 5 years old!

@TommyTendo really? I don't understand why. If it released today it would be dead in the waters in 6 minths. The Switch is doing really well and look at the line up of games we are getting Switch is too good right now. Enjoy it while we have it. I love it. I wouldn't buy a new Switch upgrade if released today or in the next 3 years.
