@SamusHunter182 i’ve spoken to some others who pre ordered on game and they haven’t had any emails aside from the initial one AND i checked emails from previous pre orders (spider-man 2 to be specific) and i didn’t get another email after ordering until a few days before the game arrived, nothing to worry about there!

@Bentleyma there’s a button on there saying “view my order” and when i click it it takes me to the website, lets me sign in and then the order isn’t in my order history. This happened before though so hopefully it’s just a bug and not cancelled.

I pre ordered my switch 2 from Game in early April and only had one email regarding it with the pre order also not linked to my account (admittedly my fault, i rushed it a little bit) but i’m now incredibly paranoid that the pre-order has been cancelled without any email to confirm it. Does anyone else feel the same?
