This was one of my most favourite games back in the day, especially because of its soundtrack. Clint Bajakian is a composing genius.

Frustratingly, the consoles listed on eBay for £125.00 over the asking price are selling. This really sends the wrong message to the scalpers who will continue to fleece people of more money than they can afford to spend on a new console. Shame on them.

I applied for myself and my partner for London but we were not successful.

Guess I will just have to wait for the launch of Switch 2 to play it!

Hopefully a set of these will turn up on eBay. Far too tempting to not have!

For those puzzled as to how Spider-Man 2 seemingly outsold Wonder, don't forget that the UK gaming charts includes the digital sales from PSN but does not include digital sales from Nintendo. This may account for this discrepancy.

Is it just me or does anyone else get really upset when Pikmin get eaten by enemies in the game? It has a similar feeling to losing a character in Fire Emblem. I tend to restart the day and avoid getting into difficult situations to save the little fellas.

Obviously not a Bitmap Book but still a decent coffee table book. But yes, I agree. The style of the Bitmap books suits 8bit/16bit

I've switched off (no pun intended) the rumble in the main system menu until this is fixed. Really offputting and no doubt rinses the battery...

What about Legend of Mana and Dawn of Mana / Seiken Densetsu 4? I hate these half finished "collections"....

@Dakt Exactly. Nowhere does it suggest that the NX version will be based on the PS4 version. In fact, they explicitly state that all 3 versions are different.

@RainbowGazelle That would mean waiting 6 months for an NX game at which point the "free to start" app will have dropped off the radar, if Miitomo is an example.

I think a further 3DS iteration is the reasonable and cheapest option.

Read the detail of the NoE press release: the Animal Crossing app will interact with the dedicated gaming version of the game. This means it will either connect with the existing 3DS games or, more likely, new title(s) will be announced at E3. Possible proper Wii U game or another interaction on 3DS incoming?

@AlexOlney Does this have autostereoscopic visuals? I can't find this out anywhere. Would hope so as it looks rather flat without it...

Are you able to get clarification from Nintendo as to whether the Japanese voice acting will be included in the final release? This could be a deal breaker...

@Peach64 Just to clarify, Camelot is not the developer of Everybody's Golf. It developed the first EG/Hotshots game.

@ferthepoet Read the article. Nowhere does it say that is what Nintendo is proposing for the future.

If anything, Wii Fit and Wii Sports are examples of previous attempts at "Quality of Life" / "Heath" products so the next platform sounds as though it will be integral with those types of products. Maybe the return of the Vitality Sensor?

Needless to say, this does not sound like Nintendo are positioning themselves to compete directly with Sony or Microsoft in the future and, as such, will distance themselves further from the current 3rd Party models.

One can only assume that if they tap into another area of unexploited consumers that 3rd Party developers and publishers will rush back to create their own "Quality of Life" products for Nintendo.

I am both curious and nervous about the future of Nintendo but will continue to enjoy the 3DS and Wii U for the time being.

Need to sell some more consoles then, don't you?

What is Nintendo's policy on including Club Nintendo PINs with games? I thought it was only First Party published titles? I was therefore surprised to find one in the Rayman Legends case.

I would love to pick up this 3DS XL. My blue XL is looking a bit sorry as some of the blue paint has rubbed off and there are scratches on the hinge.

I would like to see Criterion back working on a new iteration of the Burnout franchise and letting either Black Box or another EA developer working on the next NFS.

As far as I know (and I know a few people who work for Rockstar North), they don't even have any Wii U dev kits so unless this is being farmed out to another studio i.e. Rockstar Leeds then this is very much doubtful.

I've stuck a quick pre-order in at Zavvi for the ZombiU bundle along with NSMBU and Rayman Legends. Two epic 2D platformers on release! Fantastic stuff.
